Hearing Huang Bin's praise, Chen An simply smiled and said, "I was only able to come up here because President Su gave me face. I'm just someone who runs a security company, nothing special."

Huang Bin waved his hand and said seriously, "No, I knew you were special the moment I saw you."

"For Stephen Schwarzman to treat you so politely, you must have something special about you. I love making friends. My grandfather always said that connections and vision are more important than anything else."

Hearing him say this, Chen An couldn't help but become interested.

The young man in front of me looked to be about the same age as me, but his speech was very mature. He must have a powerful background to be able to board this cruise ship.

"I haven't had a chance to ask yet, Mr. Huang, what industry do you mainly work in in New York?" Chen An asked casually.

Huang Bin smiled modestly: "I haven't done anything big, just opened a few clubs. I was kicked out by my family to gain experience, and I only got on the ship this time because of connections."

"Then we can be considered kindred spirits." Chen An smiled slightly, raised his wine glass, and said, "Come, let me toast you."

"Cheers!" Huang Bin clinked glasses with a cheerful toast. The two chatted casually while enjoying their drinks, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.

Ten minutes passed in the blink of an eye.

A series of steady footsteps came from the direction of the stairs.

An elderly man dressed in a black Tang suit, with his white hair neatly combed, slowly walked up to the deck. His eyes were sharp as lightning, and he quickly locked onto the area where Chen An was. He walked steadily towards him.

Chen An had actually noticed the other party long ago.

Almost the instant the old man appeared, the [Danger Premonition] skill was triggered. The sense of threat this man posed was even stronger than that of Jerome, the top assassin he had faced before.

He's a master... a true master.

"Mr. Xu, what brings you up here?" Huang Bin clearly recognized the visitor and asked.

The elderly man, addressed as Old Master Xu, nodded slightly, his tone respectful yet authoritative: "Young Master, the banquet is about to begin; it's time to leave."

"So fast?" Huang Bin checked the time and nodded, "Okay, I understand."

He then turned to Chen An and introduced him, "Chen An, this is Xu Tai, whom my grandfather arranged to protect me. Old Master Xu, he is a true master."

After saying that, he introduced Chen An to Xu Tai: "Old Xu, this is Chen An, also a Chinese, who runs a security company in the United States."

"Nice to meet you." Xu Tai nodded to Chen An, his gaze lingering on him for a moment.

Chen An smiled in response, but secretly pondered to himself.

Who exactly is Huang Bin?

Xu Tai is even more dangerous than Gordon, whom we've met before. The chilling aura he exudes suggests he's not an ordinary soldier; he must have experienced real life-or-death trials.

Xu Tai was also observing Chen An.

His years of experience in judging people made him keenly aware that the young man in front of him was not simple.

Beneath its seemingly calm exterior lies a hidden, dangerous aura that, once unleashed, could be as fierce as a beast unleashed from its cage.

It seems... we need to be more careful from now on.

"Chen An, shall we go down together?" Huang Bin invited warmly.

"it is good."

The three of them walked down the stairs together and soon arrived at the main banquet hall of the cruise ship.

The place was already packed with guests, their elegant attire and lively atmosphere creating a vibrant ambiance.

The female companions were all outstanding in appearance and extraordinary in temperament. Chen An even recognized several of them as top-tier celebrities who were currently very popular in the United States.

"Chen An! Where did you go? I've been looking for you for ages!" Wayne's voice came from the crowd, and he quickly walked to Chen An's side.

"I took a walk upstairs," Chen An replied. "What's wrong?"

"Come with me, Mr. Su is waiting for you over there. These are just small fry; the real big shots are all inside."

As Wayne spoke, he pulled Chen An forward.

Seeing this, Huang Bin also joined in with great interest: "Come on, Mr. Xu, let's go join the fun!"

Xu Tai whispered a reminder: "Young Master, you must be careful when you're out. We don't yet know Chen An's background."

"I understand," Huang Bin smiled, "but it's rare to meet such a compatible fellow townsman, and we had a pleasant chat. Grandpa always tells me to make more friends, doesn't he?" As he spoke, he caught up with Chen An and Wayne.

Xu Tai said no more, but silently followed, maintaining a distance that allowed him to protect the person at any time without disturbing them.

Led by Wayne, the group quickly arrived at the door of a private room.

Two stern-faced security guards stood on either side. Upon seeing Wayne, they immediately and respectfully pushed open the door to let him in: "Please come in, gentlemen. President Su has already given instructions."

"Chen An, go in. There are some very important people inside. If we get to know them, we won't have to worry about business in the future," Wayne said, and went in first.

Chen An then stepped into the private room.

This was a rather private rest area where Schwarzman, Oris, Carlo Gambino, and others were sitting together.

The table was laden with expensive wines and delicacies, and the entourages of each person stood around them, including An Xing and Emily.

"Chen An, you've finally arrived. We were just talking about you." Su Shimin's voice came through the phone, tinged with amusement.

Chen An stepped forward and politely greeted everyone present: "Hello, everyone."

"Mr. Chen, it's a pleasure to meet you," the others replied politely.

He sat down in the empty seat next to Schwarzman, his gaze quickly sweeping over everyone present before calmly looking away.

"Good evening, everyone!" Huang Bin waved and greeted everyone with a smile, appearing completely at ease.

"So it's Mr. Huang. Please have a seat."

Oris greeted him with a smile.

Huang Bin didn't stand on ceremony and found a seat near Chen An, leaning back in his chair and looking like he was listening attentively.

"This is Chen An, whom I just mentioned to you all," Stephen Schwarzman introduced. "If you have any security needs in the future, you can contact him. He's very reliable."

"Mr. Su, what are you saying?" someone laughed. "Doesn't Oris already have a security company under his command? They're all old acquaintances, why hire outsiders? Of course, I'll consider it."

His tone was dismissive, clearly indicating that he didn't like Chen An.

"Schwarzman, it's been a while, and you've started drumming up business for people?" Oris teased, his tone sarcastic. "We're here to discuss serious matters, not these trivialities."

"Mr. Oris, that's a bit of an overstatement," Chen An calmly replied, still smiling. "President Su was just mentioning it casually; why take it so seriously?"

Oris's expression darkened as he stared at Chen An.

How dare someone who owns a security company talk back to him to his face?

I'll have to get someone to look after him later, let's see if he still dares to be so arrogant.

Chen An's eyes flickered slightly with the "Micro-expression observation" entry, taking in the fleeting annoyance on the other person's face, and a barely perceptible smile appeared on his lips.

So you've already held a grudge?

She has quite a temper.

"Alright, alright, let's talk about something else," someone said, trying to smooth things over as the atmosphere became tense.

The reason we're gathered here isn't because of personal relationships, but because of mutual interests.

"Yes, let's get down to business," Carlo Gambino chimed in.

Just then, Emily, who had been standing quietly behind Chen An, leaned down slightly and whispered in his ear, "Sir, Xiaobai has sent back the live monitoring footage. There's something going on."

"Find out what happened and report back to me," Chen An instructed in a low voice.

"Yes." Emily nodded, quietly stepped aside, took out a tablet from her pocket, and quickly started operating it.
