Police Chief's Anti-Organized Crime Storm

Liu Yixiong was shocked. He had been involved in those accounts back then, and he had even participated in the profit sharing. Those accounts must never be investigated; every single one of them was stained with blood.

"Secretary, I know what to do. Don't worry, I will definitely get things done."

"Okay, Yixiong, I'll wait for your good news." After saying that, Ma Guoliang hung up the phone with satisfaction.

Thirty minutes later, Liu Yixiong's car appeared at Tianlong Mansion. Upon seeing it, Wang Dalong's expression darkened slightly: "Director Liu, my brother has been found?"

"Not yet, but it should be soon. Today, Brother Ma called me and said there's something he needs you to find someone to do." Liu Yixiong looked at Wang Dalong, his eyes flickering.

"What is it?" Ma Guoliang was, after all, the top dog in Gaoshan, so even if his older brother was back now, he couldn't possibly ignore Ma's orders.

"The audit team from the province is incredibly fast at checking the accounts. It's as if they were being guided by someone; they've already found those accounts from back then."

"What, so fast?" Wang Dalong was also startled. Those accounts couldn't be found out. They were all problematic, and they were all filled with lives.

"Yes, that's why Brother Ma instructed us to deal with it as soon as possible. Otherwise, things could get complicated. Besides, all the account books you had have fallen into Lin Ying's hands. If the account books from both sides match, then our whole affair will be exposed."

"Didn't they say that Mr. Yuan, the head of the audit team, has been hospitalized?" Wang Dalong even suspected that Ma Ge was behind it. After all, he was the only one present at the time. However, Mr. Yuan is old, so it's normal for him to have some problems.

"Yes, but there are two other people on the audit team who are not at ease. One is Liao Congjun, the executive team leader, and the other is Wu Jingyi, the deputy auditor. They have found the accounts from that year, but they haven't found the details yet, so we must act quickly."

Wang Dalong's heart skipped a beat. He had checked the accounts and it seemed that the other party was indeed moving very quickly. The audit team had only been here for a few days.

"What Brother Ma means..."

"Let them shut up, and ideally, paralyze the entire audit team temporarily." Liu Yixiong stared straight at Wang Dalong, knowing that the other party must have understood his meaning.

Wang Dalong nodded slowly: "Understood, I'll have someone handle it right away. However, you need to find my brother as soon as possible, or he might fall into Lin Ying's hands."

"I understand. Don't worry, even if he falls into Lin Ying's hands, Brother Ma will find a way to rescue him." Liu Yixiong started making empty promises again.

"Really?" A glimmer of hope rose in Wang Dalong's eyes. After all, Brother Ma's methods were quite clever. Three consecutive county magistrates had not escaped the same fate. Could a female special forces soldier really turn the world upside down?

"Brother Ma said that as long as Brother Da Hu is still in Gaoshan County, he'll find him even if he has to dig three feet into the ground," Liu Yixiong fabricated another story. Wang Dalong nodded, feeling somewhat better. After all, he had spent money and manpower over the years, doing many of the dirty and hard jobs himself. If his brother died in Gaoshan, he would definitely not let Liu Yixiong off the hook, and even Ma Guoliang.

"Alright, go back and tell Brother Ma that tonight, or at the latest tomorrow, the audit team will be completely paralyzed. I, Wang Dalong, mean what I say."

"Okay, I'll wait for your good news." After saying that, Liu Yixiong hurriedly left Tianlong Mansion. He knew that since Wang Dalong had already put things this way, he must have a way. Although Lin Ying was pressing hard now, and it seemed that the higher-ups were about to make a big move, in Gaoshan's territory, as long as Wang Dalong dared to do it, he dared to help him settle things. After all, he had plenty of police officers under his command.

As soon as Liu Yixiong left, Wang Dalong immediately picked up his phone and dialed: "Hey, Gangzi, find two Burmese guys and have them greet the audit teams from the province and city. Remember, make sure they can't come to work tomorrow and completely lose their auditing capabilities."

"Received." The phone rang and hung up. Wang Dalong let out a long sigh of relief. Ever since Lin Ying arrived, he had suffered repeated setbacks. This time, he was determined to turn the tables. Just wait, tomorrow, the audit team would be rendered useless. He wanted to see how Lin Ying would obtain those evidence without the audit team's help.

But what about those ledgers? His heart tightened suddenly. Those ledgers were truly deadly! Thinking of this, he glanced at his phone, considering calling that person again. However, he had just threatened the other party, and pushing too hard would only backfire. If the other party became desperate and acted rashly, it would be troublesome. He should wait and see.

Thinking of this, he slowly exhaled a breath of stale air, his eyes somewhat solemn.

At the Friendship Hotel, Liao Congjun dialed Lin Ying's number. Upon hearing the call, Lin Ying's expression changed slightly: "You found those accounts from back then?" Those accounts were very likely related to the May 530th massacre.

"Yes, but we haven't found the detailed accounts yet. Sun Youcai is reluctant to hand over the detailed accounts. He must give an explanation tomorrow. Let's see how he explains those two accounts. So far, we've only found Yulong Technology, which is the shell company under Tianlong Group. All the money went into Tianlong Group. It's certain that Tianlong Group is using fraudulent subsidies to swallow the country's money."

"You can't investigate any further. I have some ledgers; you can come and take a look when you have time. If you find those accounts, the other side will definitely become alert. Moreover, you've also contacted Sun Youcai; he'll definitely report it to his superiors. If the other side knows that you've uncovered the background of Yulong Technology, they definitely won't let you continue investigating. Stop immediately." Lin Ying knew very well how crazy those people were; they dared to kill a policeman in the street. What else wouldn't they do?

"But Director Lin, Elder Yuan instructed us to investigate those accounts thoroughly. It's highly likely that the money ended up in the pockets of Tianlong Group and the people behind it. We can't just let them get away with this."

"Listen to me, Team Leader Liao, it's not that we don't want you to investigate, but we can't investigate like this. If we investigate like this, they will definitely send someone to take action."

"What?" Liao Congjun was startled, his eyes filled with shock. Hire someone to take action? What did that mean? Hit them?

"If beating people could solve problems, then the three county magistrates wouldn't have gotten into trouble." Lin Ying's words made Liao Congjun's head buzz. His body trembled violently, and his voice shook slightly: "You mean they'll kill him to cover it up?"

"It's not just that they will, it's certain. There's nothing they wouldn't do. Just now, one of our undercover agents was beaten to death in the street by Wang Dalong's younger brother, Wang Dahu. They knew the other party was a policeman, yet they still dared to do it. This shows that they are not afraid at all and are fearless."

Liao Congjun was completely stunned, and he felt terrible.
