Police Chief's Anti-Organized Crime Storm

In the armed police squadron, Ma Guoliang was completely dumbfounded, not understanding what was going on with Sun Youcai, who had actually run away?

"Explain yourself! Where did Director Sun go?" Ma Guoliang roared anxiously. Sun Youcai was the head of the county finance bureau. What would people think if he ran away?

"Secretary, we've been searching all day. We've looked everywhere—his workplace, his home, his child's school, and his friends' houses—but Director Sun has disappeared. We don't know where he went."

"Have you been able to contact him by phone?" Ma Guoliang immediately became anxious. If something happened to Sun Youcai, it would definitely raise serious concerns among his superiors.

"We've been trying to contact him since this morning, but we can't get through. We can't reach him, and we can't reach his wife either. His house is completely empty, and the neighbors don't know where the three of them have gone." Ma Bin thought to himself with amusement. If Sun Youcai didn't come back, he would most likely be promoted to director of the county finance bureau, which was the top position. Then he could do whatever he wanted. However, he wondered if his cousin would prevent him from getting the position. His cousin was Ma Guoliang's cousin.

"Then why don't you send someone to look for him? Are you still waiting for him to come back?" Ma Guoliang was practically cursing. Ma Bin was in a bind. Where was he supposed to look?

"How about we ask Director Liu to send someone to help us look for it? I have a lot of things to do here. The audit team from the province is asking for our documents. I can't leave unless the audit team decides not to do the audit."

"Are they still investigating? Where are they investigating?"

"At the Finance Bureau," Ma Bin quickly replied.

"The Finance Bureau?" Ma Guoliang was stunned. Didn't they say they went to the Armed Police Squadron after that night? Why did they run back? They're really bold! Aren't they afraid of dying?!

"Yes, they have four armed police officers with them now. We can't get close at all. They even have someone else buying their food. They don't trust us at all." Ma Bin's words startled Ma Guoliang. Armed police officers providing dedicated protection? What did that mean? Was it a clear sign that they didn't trust the county finance bureau? Or even him, Ma Guoliang?

"Report the situation to County Chief Zhao immediately, and ask him to contact the head of the Armed Police squadron to inquire why this was done, understand?" This kind of protective measure is clearly not in accordance with regulations. He is the county party secretary, and this matter should have been approved by him.

As Lü Dayong emerged from Liu Yixiong's room and was walking excitedly toward his office, several figures slowly approached him. The leader was Duan Fei, followed by two armed police officers.

Lu Dayong narrowed his eyes slightly, feeling a little uneasy for some reason. What was he doing here? If they were Lin Ying's men, the county bureau was Liu's domain. A few armed police officers thought they could take him down? Hmph, wishful thinking.

Lu Dayong walked confidently toward his office. Just as he reached the door, a stern voice suddenly rang out behind him: "Lu Dayong."

"You are suspected of harboring criminals, rape, maliciously distorting facts, and fabricating wrongful convictions. Guards, handcuff yourself!"

Lu Dayong's head buzzed, his mind went blank, and his eyes trembled slightly as he looked at Lin Ying. Duan Fei stepped forward, reached out and took out handcuffs, and with a click, handcuffed him.

"Director Lin, Director Lin, is there some misunderstanding? I haven't broken the law, I haven't broken the law! I'm the captain of the criminal investigation team, the captain of the first criminal investigation team. How could I knowingly break the law? You must have made a mistake, Director Lin, I haven't broken the law!" Lu Dayong shouted hurriedly. At this moment, many people were coming and going in the corridor. When they saw this situation, they were all stunned. They all looked at Lu Dayong with incredulous expressions. Were they going to arrest him?

They were all so frightened that they didn't dare to breathe, and stood still, not daring to move, while they tried to capture Lü Dayong.

Lu Dayong is one of Director Liu's men. Director Lin quietly arrested Li Jianmin, the captain of the Criminal Investigation Detachment, and now he's arresting Lu Dayong. Can Director Liu really do this?

"Lu Dayong, you know in your heart whether you have broken the law or not. Not only have you violated discipline, but you have also committed more than one or two crimes. We have solid evidence that you repeatedly solicited bribes during the investigation and persecuted the families of the May 530 tragedy, including multiple rapes. Do you still deserve to wear this police uniform?!" Lin Ying's voice resounded throughout the entire building. Everyone, including Lu Dayong, felt a buzzing in their heads and looked at Lin Ying in shock. Lu Dayong's mind went completely blank.

Has Cui Tingting's affair been exposed? Damn it, that bitch! Lü Dayong's heart pounded wildly, but he shouted, "Innocent! Innocent! Innocent! I'm innocent! I'm innocent! Director Lin, I'm truly innocent! You have no arrest warrants! I'm a public official, what right do you have to arrest me?"

"Look carefully, this is an arrest warrant from the provincial department. Any other questions?" Lin Ying's eyebrows shot up, her eyes like swords, startling Lü Dayong into swallowing back the profanity he was about to utter. He looked at the arrest warrant, and when he saw the red seal of the Donghai City Public Security Bureau, his expression changed drastically, and his heart nearly jumped out of his chest. An arrest warrant from the provincial department? How could it be? He was just a small criminal police captain; did the provincial department really warrant an order to arrest him?

"Take him away!" Lin Ying gave the order, and Duan Fei and two armed police officers escorted the person away. Everyone watched this scene in shock, speechless. People quickly made way for him, afraid of getting into trouble.

However, at that moment, Lü Dayong suddenly cried out frantically, "Director Liu, Director Liu, you have to save me! Director Liu, are you there? You have to save me!"

Everyone looked towards Liu Yixiong's office door. Suddenly, with a bang, the door was flung open, and Liu Yixiong rushed out, shouting at Lin Ying and the others who were about to leave, "Stop!"

Lin Ying and the others paused slightly. Duan Fei turned around and looked at Liu Yixiong. The latter's expression froze slightly. Why did this Duan Fei look so familiar? Why hadn't he noticed him last time? Where had he seen this person before?

"Is there something you need, Director Liu?" Lin Ying asked without turning around.

"Director Lin, Lü Dayong is the captain of the first criminal investigation team. You can't arrest people without cause. Besides, he's a public official; shouldn't it at least go through the county discipline inspection commission? Taking him away like this isn't in accordance with procedure, is it?"

"I, Lin Ying, arrest him. What, do I need your permission?" Lin Ying's voice was icy cold. Liu Yixiong's old face flushed red. As soon as Lü Dayong saw him come out, he immediately started crying again, his face contorted with despair: "Director Liu, Director Liu, please save me! Please save me! I haven't broken the law, I haven't done anything illegal or criminal, it was all for work! Director Liu, you must save me!"

"Director Lin, you can't take them away without evidence."
