The Secret of the Yoga Club: The Women's Identity is Not Simple

Chapter 67 Going to the Movies with Shen Qianqian

Every customer has different requirements.

To keep his job, he had no choice but to agree.

Lin Feng exited the No. 3 Club and took out his phone to send a message to Shen Qianqian: "I'm going home to change my clothes. See you at Wanda Exit B at six o'clock."

Shen Qianqian replied with a cat nodding emoji.

I took a shower when I got home and changed out of my white yoga clothes.

She opened the wardrobe, took out the misty blue short-sleeved shirt Shen Qianqian had given her, and put it on. She straightened the hem and glanced at herself in the mirror.

As he was leaving, his mother was preparing vegetables in the kitchen. She looked up at him and asked, "Not eating at home?"

"Going out to eat with classmates."

"Male or female classmates?"

Raymond Lam was tying his shoelaces in the entryway. "Female classmate."

His mother paused for a moment while picking vegetables, then continued. "Come back soon."

There were quite a few people outside Exit B of Wanda Plaza.

Friday evening, the place was full of couples and students.

Lin Feng stood in front of a pillar next to the revolving door, his hands in his pockets.

When Shen Qianqian climbed out of the taxi, he almost didn't recognize her at first glance.

I wore light makeup today. I lightly brushed my eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil, drew a little eyeliner at the outer corner of my eyes, and applied a very light pink lip gloss that sparkled under the mall lights.

Her hair wasn't tied up; it was loose on her shoulders, with the ends slightly curled.

She wore a white crew neck short-sleeved shirt with a neckline that wasn't too low, which stretched the fabric and caused the edges of the neckline to curl up slightly, revealing a large expanse of fair skin below her collarbone.

She wore a small crossbody bag slung across her body, the strap crossing between her chest. She wore light blue denim shorts that reached just above her thighs, revealing her long, fair legs.

Her thighs were straight and well-proportioned, her calves had smooth lines, and her ankles were slender and white, all in a pair of white canvas shoes.

Standing under the lights outside Exit B, his pale skin was almost the same color as the white wall.

"Did I keep you waiting? There was a bit of traffic on the way." She walked up to him and tilted her head up slightly.

"It's okay, I just arrived too."

The two walked side by side through the revolving door.

The mall's air conditioning was blasting cold air, with the central air conditioning humming.

Shen Qianqian walked to his left, her long legs under her super short denim shorts were dazzlingly white under the fluorescent lights.

On the escalator from the first floor to the fifth floor, she stood one step in front of him. The hem of her denim shorts slapped gently against her upper thighs, and the curve of her buttocks was faintly visible beneath the strap of her crossbody bag.

The fifth-floor dining area was bustling with people.

Shen Qianqian walked ahead, looking for that crab roe hot pot restaurant.

As she passed a row of plastic chairs where people were waiting, several boys who were looking down at their phones simultaneously looked up, their eyes following her back for a short distance.

One of them nudged the person next to him with his elbow.

Unaware of anything amiss, Shen Qianqian turned around and waved to Lin Feng. "Over here."

She found a corner seat against the wall and sat down, with Lin Feng sitting opposite her. After the menu was brought out, Shen Qianqian flipped through it and ordered a signature crab roe hot pot set meal.

After the waiter took away the menu, she took off her small handbag and placed it next to her.

"I shouldn't have just left when I was having lunch," she said, picking up the lemonade from the table and taking a sip.

Lin Feng ran his fingers along the rim of the glass. "I—"

"No need to explain." Shen Qianqian put down her cup. "Later I thought about it, and if you said anything else in front of them, the whole class would know tomorrow."

Soon after, the crab roe casserole was served.

When the lid of the casserole was lifted, the aroma of hot steam mixed with the fragrance of crab roe and tofu wafted up. The golden crab roe was spread on top of the tender tofu, surrounded by several large shrimp and squid rings.

Shen Qianqian took out her phone and snapped a photo, pointing the lens at the casserole dish. Lin Feng's hand, resting on the edge of the table, was captured in the shot.

He pressed the shutter button, then opened his WeChat Moments and posted it with a crab emoji. The photo only showed Lin Feng's lower body, the collar of his misty blue short-sleeved shirt, and a glimpse of his collarbone.

"You took a picture of me too!?"

"Hehe! I didn't take a picture of my face!" She flipped her phone over, screen down, and placed it face down on the table. She picked up her chopsticks, took a piece of tofu, and put it in her mouth.

After finishing the meal, Shen Qianqian insisted on paying the bill.

As the proprietress scanned the QR code, her gaze swept back and forth across the two people's faces, a knowing smile playing on her lips.

The movie theater is on the sixth floor.

As they went up the escalator, Shen Qianqian's arm brushed against his, feeling cool. There were three or four couples queuing in front of the ticket machine, and when it was their turn, Lin Feng chose a seat.

The only seats left in the couples' section of Detective Chinatown 3 were in the last row of double sofas. He ordered two tickets, and the machine dispensed them.

"There's still an hour until it starts." Shen Qianqian glanced at the time on her ticket, then looked up at the other end of the corridor. "Let's go play the claw machine."

The claw machine area was brightly lit, with several rows of machines lined up side by side, filled with all sorts of plush toys.

Lin Feng exchanged twenty coins and walked to a machine, inserting two into it.

The mechanical claw wobbled down, grabbed a white cat by the belly, lifted it up, but wobbled halfway up and the cat fell off.

Shen Qianqian chuckled beside her.

Two more coins were inserted, and this time the claws grabbed the cat's neck, lifted it steadily, and released it above the exit. The white cat rolled out of the exit.

Shen Qianqian bent down, picked up the cat from the retrieval opening, and held it in her arms, her baby face beaming with smiles.

The second one she caught was a gray rabbit. The third was a brown bear. The fourth was a pink pig. Shen Qianqian couldn't hold it all in her arms, so she stuffed the pig into her small handbag, making the bag bulge.

Holding three plush toys, she stood next to the claw machine, the light shining on her face, and she laughed much louder than usual.

A boy in front of a machine next to her turned around and glanced at her. He loosened his grip on the Pikachu, which he had only half-held, and it fell back down.

Lin Feng tossed in the last two coins and grabbed a small yellow duck with his claws.

Shen Qianqian reached out and grabbed his arm. "Left, left—a little to the left—" Her fingers gripped his forearm through the fabric of his misty blue short-sleeved shirt.

She jumped when the little duck rolled out of the exit, and the three plush toys in her arms bounced along with it.

The movie is about to start.
