Shen Jingshu gently turned the doorknob and pushed the door open a narrow crack.

Inside the cockpit, Viper held a gun to the captain's temple, his voice chilling: "Change course immediately, turn overseas. Don't try anything funny, your co-pilot's life is entirely in my hands."

The co-pilot was pinned to the side by the man in the baseball cap, his arm tightly bound behind his back. His face was pale, and he dared not make a move. The captain's fingertips hovered above the control panel, his forehead covered in cold sweat. He tried to buy time while praying that ground rescue would come up with a solution as soon as possible.

The man in the baseball cap kept glancing towards the cabin door, warily watching the direction of the passenger cabin: "Boss, why haven't we heard anything from over there yet? Scorpion hasn't replied either."

"Don't worry about it, they can handle it." Viper's gaze remained fixed on the captain. "Hurry up and change course as soon as possible. Once we get the data from Dr. Xu, we can evacuate."

Shen Jingshu pressed herself against the door, her divine sense probing into the cockpit, clearly seeing the positions of the two people inside. The viper was furthest from the door, his gun pointed at the captain, posing the greatest threat; the man in the baseball cap stood guard beside the co-pilot, his back less than two meters from the door.

She held her breath, picked up two silver needles imbued with spiritual energy with her fingertips, and flicked her wrist slightly.

Two beams of silver light shot out silently, heading towards the wrist of the man in the baseball cap holding the weapon, and the finger of the venomous snake on the trigger, respectively.

The man in the baseball cap felt a sudden numbness in his wrist, and the short knife in his hand clattered to the ground.

"What is that?!"

He gasped and instinctively turned to look at the hatch. At the same moment, Viper's fingers suddenly went limp, and the pistol slipped from his grasp and fell onto the cockpit.

Taking advantage of the opening, Shen Jingshu suddenly pushed open the door and rushed in, throwing out a talisman that immobilized the snake. The talisman glowed with a faint golden light in the air and went straight to the snake's chest.

The venomous snake felt a tremendous force strike it, its body stiffened, and it was instantly unable to move.

Seeing this, the man in the baseball cap endured the pain and swung his fist at Shen Jingshu's face. Shen Jingshu nimbly dodged to the side, her elbow striking his ribs hard, while her other hand pulled out a silver needle and precisely pressed it on the acupoints on his shoulder and neck.

The man felt a sudden numbness throughout his body and collapsed to the ground, unable to muster any more strength.

Within seconds, both hijackers in the cockpit were subdued.

The captain and first officer stared blankly at the young-looking female student in front of them, their pupils trembling, momentarily forgetting to react.

Shen Jingshu bent down to pick up the pistol from the ground, removed the magazine, and turned to the captain: "It's all right now. The hijacker has been subdued. Please contact the ground control immediately to inform them that the crisis is over."

Shen Jingshu didn't even glance back at the subdued Viper and his accomplices, and strode straight towards the cockpit exit. Just as she was about to step out of the hatch, Viper suddenly called out to her.

Shen Jingshu paused, turned her head, and glanced at him indifferently.

Viper was overjoyed, thinking he had swayed the other party with a hefty offer, and quickly added, "Our commission for this deal is a whopping three hundred million US dollars!"

"Three hundred million? That does sound like a considerable sum." Shen Jingshu raised an eyebrow, her tone calm and even. "Unfortunately, I'm not short of money."

After saying that, he ignored the snake's frozen and defeated expression, turned around and walked out of the cockpit.

The two security personnel, still bound by the immobilization spell, looked on with eager anticipation as soon as Shen Jingshu emerged, eager to know the situation inside the cockpit. Shen Jingshu raised her hand and gently patted each of their shoulders, instantly dispelling the immobilization spells and releasing the restriction.

Once they regained their mobility, the two men rushed into the cockpit without hesitation. Only after seeing that the two assailants had been subdued and that the captain and co-pilot were unharmed did their anxiety finally subside. The captain was operating the equipment to correct the altered flight path and maintaining communication with the ground control tower.

When the co-pilot saw the security officers enter, the two showed their identification. After a brief exchange, the co-pilot gave a concise account of what had just happened, informing them that Shen Jingshu had subdued all the criminals. The two security officers were not surprised; they had already witnessed her extraordinary skills and unbelievable magic during their earlier encounter.

The two men immediately found ropes and went forward to tightly bind the hands and feet of the venomous snake and his subordinate. They carefully searched the two men's bodies to confirm that there were no hidden weapons or concealed weapons, eliminating any potential dangers.

Meanwhile, the captain continued to hear from the control tower over his communication channel. Upon learning that the hijacking crisis had been averted, ground staff, airline officials, and other relevant personnel all breathed a sigh of relief.

Soon, instructions came from the ground, allowing the flight to continue along its original route. After the plane landed, personnel would board to meet and take over the suspect.

The captain received the instructions, adjusted the flight parameters, turned to look at Shen Jingshu beside him, and said with gratitude, "Thanks to you, young lady."

Shen Jingshu nodded gently, her gaze drifting towards the economy class area, her mind preoccupied with Xu Zhixia and the other two. Although the hijacking crisis had subsided, the passengers in the cabin were still gripped by panic, and she needed to go back and comfort her best friends.

The two security officers remembered Shen Jingshu's earlier warning: there was still a flight attendant on board who had been taken hostage. They first went to the storage room, found the flight attendant who had been knocked unconscious and tied up, and quickly rescued her. After calming herself down, the flight attendant hurried to the economy class to comfort the frightened passengers.

After settling everyone in, the two security officers went to the business class. As soon as they lifted the curtain and stepped inside, they saw Mr. Xu clutching a dagger, his expression tense and wary. The other business class passengers huddled together in a corner, while on the other side, the robber was already tightly bound.

The security officer immediately showed his identification and reassured everyone, "Don't panic, everyone. The hijackers have all been subdued, and the danger is over."

Upon hearing this, everyone in business class finally breathed a sigh of relief. Mr. Xu relaxed slightly and quickly asked, "Where's that young lady?"

The safety officer paused slightly, then asked, "You know her?"

"I don't know her," Mr. Xu shook his head. "She was the one who stopped the assailant. Was she injured?"

"Don't worry, she's fine. We were able to stabilize the situation this time entirely thanks to that young lady."

Upon learning that Shen Jingshu was safe and sound, the passengers in business class breathed a sigh of relief. The security officer stepped forward, picked up the immobilized scorpion, dragged him to the short-haired woman's side, tied up the four hijackers together, and had two people stand guard to watch over them, quietly waiting for the plane to land.

With everything in order, the captain turned on the cabin intercom and gently informed all passengers that the emergency had been averted, calming everyone down.

After confirming there were no further risks, Shen Jingshu turned and walked back to her seat in economy class. Xu Zhixia, Song Ran, and Lin Miaomiao, seeing her return safely and hearing the announcement, instantly relaxed, revealing faint smiles of relief. Quiet cheers rose and fell in the cabin, and many passengers had tears in their eyes; that life-or-death moment had almost made everyone think they would never land safely.
