Chapter 59 I Have a Bold Idea Ron
"BOOM!!"
One side of the ship's hall exploded, revealing a large hole that billowed out from the edge of the hole.
Cool!
So awesome!
Super awesome!
Kaido looked at the "masterpiece" he had created with his own hands and nodded in satisfaction. His frustration finally dissipated at this moment, and even his breathing became a little easier.
"This idiot," Lingling said, covering her face with a look of utter disgust, "doesn't he know what he's done?"
"This is going to be amazing," Gloria whispered, her eyes shining slightly, but she covered her mouth the next second.
Not right.
I never thought that badly before.
Faced with this situation, her first thought should have been to worry about whether her partner was alright, but instead she was actually hoping that something had happened to him.
Is this what they call "when in Rome, do as the Romans do"? The cultural influence of the Rocks Pirates is truly immense.
"Hehehehe," the golden lion, who had been glowing red, immediately laughed after seeing his nemesis sent flying, and shouted at Kaido, "Kaido, well done!"
No sooner had the words left his mouth than a furious roar echoed from the large hole: "Kaido, you bastard!"
Silver Axe's figure emerged from the edge of the hole, veins bulging on his forehead.
Kaido said casually, "Well, so what? You want to take me down next time? Well, sorry, I give up."
"Whoosh!"
Suddenly, a dark shadow flashed past from the side, and Rocks kicked out.
Kaido suddenly dodged, and Rocks missed his kick.
"Oh ho?" Lox raised an eyebrow in surprise. "You bastard, you dare to hide?"
Kaido stared at Rocks in astonishment. "Aren't you the referee? The referee attacked the player? Are you even human?"
"Rocks, you bastard!" Kaido roared, "Did you take bribes from that Silver Axe guy?"
"Referee, I'm reporting Kaido for a foul! He's using a weapon, a weapon!!" Silver Axe shouted in Rocks' direction.
"What?" Kaido immediately retorted righteously, "The rules don't say you can't use weapons to hit someone, do they?"
Silver Axe's face instantly darkened: "No way, are you serious? You'd better think carefully before you answer, or I'll kill you."
"Referee!" Kaido suddenly raised his hand, "I feel my personal safety is threatened."
"Get out of here!"
As soon as Rocks finished speaking, he flashed and instantly appeared behind Kaido.
Then he raised his foot and kicked Kaido in the butt.
"Boom!!"
With a loud bang, another large hole appeared on the other side of the ship's hall.
"You're asking for it," Rocks shook his head. "Can't you learn something good from Ron?"
He wanted to take back his words as soon as he finished speaking, because upon closer reflection, Ron was full of bad ideas and there was nothing good to learn from him.
"Never mind," Lockes waved his hand, "I don't care. Just remember to fix those two holes by tomorrow morning."
Finally, Silver Axe successfully engaged in the final showdown with Golden Lion.
As for the result, the Golden Lion won the final victory.
But the winners didn't laugh; the losers were laughing themselves sick.
-------------------------------------
On the deck, the sea breeze blew gently, and the flags on the masts fluttered softly.
As soon as Ron came out of the ship's hall, he saw Kaido walking quickly towards him.
Ron felt a sudden tightness in his chest, but quickly relaxed.
Wait, why did my heart suddenly tighten?
"Wait," Ron gestured for Kaido to stop, "you don't have something to ask me again, do you? Let me make this clear, I refuse."
Kaido looked at him with disdain, his tone carrying a hint of resentment at being wrongly accused: "Do I look like that kind of person to you?"
"Isn't that right?" Ron retorted, meeting Kaido's eyes without flinching.
"Fine, I guess I am." Kaido readily admitted it, then took a step closer, lowered his voice, and a wicked smile appeared on his face. "I have a bold idea."
Ron was slightly taken aback and asked, "How daring?"
"Didn't Rocks just kick me?" Kaido grinned slyly.
“So,” Ron looked at him, “you want to go and mess with him? Uh… that’s pretty daring.”
"Just you wait, Ron," Kaido said with a confident glint in his eyes, "you'll be amazed by my intelligence."
Ron frowned slightly, but couldn't help but remind him, "Forget it, Kaido. If you sneak up on Rocks, he'll beat the crap out of you."
"Do you think I'm such a reckless person?" Kaido asked seriously.
"Let me think," Ron thought carefully for a moment, then gave a very confident answer, "Still a moron."
"......."
"Damn it, don't look down on people!" Kaido cursed angrily, but still patiently explained his plan from beginning to end.
His plan was simple: Lockes had asked him to repair the ship, and he intended to wait until the middle of the night before starting.
Then, taking a sledgehammer, he would smash and pound it in the dead of night, tormenting Lox with noise and keeping him awake.
Ron remained silent for several seconds after hearing this.
Holy crap, this kid is a genius.
Despite Locke's explicit orders, he used "ship repair" as a legitimate reason to make it "unselectable" for everyone.
If this tactic succeeds, even if Rocks wants to get angry, he won't have a legitimate reason to do so, since the other party is indeed carrying out the task you assigned, only choosing a rather "special" time period.
"Garlic Bird, Kaido," Ron waved his hand, signaling him not to take the risk, "It's not that bad."
"You're not on my side?" Kaido retorted.
"......."
-------------------------------------
The next day.
Ron went to bed early last night and didn't hear anything.
When he woke up in the morning, he thought that Kaido probably couldn't get up and had given up on his plan.
After washing up, Ron went to the ship's lounge to enjoy the breakfast Annika had prepared.
"Good morning, Ron." In the ship's lobby, Kaido looked at Ron with a smile, his tone carrying a hint of barely suppressed pride: "Last night's plan went very smoothly."
Ron paused slightly, then looked Kaido up and down. "No matter how you look at it, it doesn't seem like 'smooth sailing,' does it? Kaido, shouldn't you look in the mirror?"
(I was dragged to do farm work today. I wanted to write about Elubav, but I was too tired, so I'll just write another daily update. I don't have to do farm work tomorrow, so I'll have plenty of time to write.)
