Spring Night Kiss.

Chapter 107 Remember to Think of Me Tonight

As evening approached, rain began to fall, which helped to alleviate some of the summer heat.

The wind blew in from the alley entrance, causing the locust tree leaves downstairs to turn over, revealing a layer of grayish-white underside.

Zhou Yunqing glanced out the window and urged everyone to go home before the rain gets too heavy. The roads will be difficult to drive on during a typhoon.

Song Qingjia had no intention of going back: "We're not leaving. We'll stay here with you tonight."

She had just been discharged from the hospital alone, and then she encountered this kind of weather. How could she leave with peace of mind?

"Where do I have a room for you to sleep in?" Zhou Yunqing waved her hand. "There's only one master bedroom and one study. If both of you stay, you'll probably have to sleep on the floor."

"Sleeping on the floor is fine, it's not like we haven't slept on the floor since we were kids," Song Qingjia said dismissively.

Xu Zhouye chuckled softly at her shameless behavior.

He said, "Let Qingjia sleep with you. I'll just make do in the study for the night. I'm not picky."

"Yes, he's not particular."

Zhou Yunqing looked at the two of them with amusement, at a loss for what to do: "Alright, you can stay here tonight."

There was a folding bed in the study. Once unfolded and covered with sheets, it was still sleepable. However, for Xu Zhouye, who was nearly 1.9 meters tall, it was a bit cramped.

Song Qingjia took the bedding out of the cupboard and went to the study.

The man had just finished setting up the bed when he saw her come in. He quickly went to greet her and took the things from her hands. The two of them unfolded the sheets, each taking one side, and neatly spread them on the bed. They also fluffed up the pillows and put them away.

Song Qingjia straightened up and looked across at the other side.

Watching him carefully make the bed, it didn't seem out of place at all that his hands, which usually gripped the steering wheel and her waist, were now pinching the corners of the blankets and sheets.

She looked away and smoothed out the last remaining wrinkles.

"Okay," she said, "I'm going to sleep now, you should get some rest too."

She turned around, but before she could take a step, Xu Zhouye's hand wrapped around her waist. With a gentle pull, she sat back in a warm embrace.

The girl, who had just showered, still smelled of shower gel. He buried his face in her neck and took a deep breath.

She turned her head and nudged his head: "Alright, Aunt Zhou will see this in a bit."

"So what if they see it? We're in a serious relationship now, not having an affair."

He's already officially a man, and now he's truly Song Qingjia's man.

Being close to your girlfriend is a natural, reasonable, and perfectly normal thing to do.

Thinking this, he hugged the person even tighter.

Song Qingjia: "...But I still have a sense of shame."

Xu Zhouye didn't have one, so he naturally wouldn't let go. He rubbed his head against her neck and said in a coquettish tone, "Let me hug you for a while."

Song Qingjia felt that he did it on purpose.

He knew she'd fall for his charms, so now he could easily charm her. He wasn't just secretly flirtatious anymore; he was openly flirtatious.

"...Then close the door first," she conceded.

Xu Zhouye smiled and said, "If we close the door, we can't guarantee that we'll only be hugging for a little while."

Song Qingjia: "Go quickly."

He placed the person on the bed, lazily got up, and closed the study door.

The moment the door closed, the atmosphere suddenly became ambiguous.

The sound of wind and rain outside seeped through the glass, making the window frame rustle softly, like some kind of hidden hint.

He walked back to her, glanced down at the edge of the bed, and asked lazily, "Do you think this bed can withstand my strength?"

Song Qingjia propped herself up on the bed, looking up at him: "You dare to try?"

Xu Zhouye: "I wouldn't dare."

It's not that he's really afraid, but if he really dared, his future happiness would be in jeopardy. Between eating one meal and eating an unlimited amount, even a fool would know which to choose.

Song Qingjia snorted, reached out and grabbed his collar, pulling him down and forcing him to bend over.

"Hurry up and kiss her, Aunt Zhou is waiting for me to come back."

Xu Zhouye chuckled again, then lowered his head and kissed her lips. He didn't know what brand of lip balm she was wearing, but it had a sweet strawberry scent.

After kissing for a while, he felt that the position was a bit too restrictive, so he simply put his arm around her waist, lifted her up, and placed her on the table.

After he had finally kissed her enough, he stepped back and ran his thumb across her lips.

"Remember to think of me tonight, okay?"

Song Qingjia's breathing was unsteady, her almond-shaped eyes glistening with tears: "Then you have to miss me too."

Xu Zhouye: "Yes, sir."
