Two Realms: The Dark Wizard Evolves Madly in the Wasteland

In the wasteland, hundreds of kilometers outside of Happy City, lies a desolate wasteland.

The setting sun, like blood, stained this wasteland with a dark red hue. This is a ruined city from an abandoned era.

Raven stood on the top floor of a half-collapsed skyscraper, looking down at the streets below, eroded beyond recognition by wind and sand.

"Deep Blue crawler, environmental scanning."

"Mutant creatures are perfect for testing new spells."

Raven's lips curled into a smile.

"The howling wind gathers around me."

He flashed and leaped lightly from the five-meter-high building.

With the blessing of the [Swift Wind] spell, he lost most of his weight and landed silently at the entrance of the subway station.

By the faint glow of the setting sun, Raven could make out the three-headed monster.

They look like giant bats that have been skinned, with no hair on their bodies and exposed dark red muscle fibers.

Raven pushed up his glasses, his eyes showing no fear, only curiosity about the unknown.

He raised his right hand, gripping the black pine staff. The shadow in front of his fingertips instantly rippled like boiling water.

"The Hand of Shadows!"

A semi-transparent, jet-black hand suddenly emerged from the bat's shadow, carrying a chilling aura, and coiled around the neck of the nearest night demon like a venomous snake.

"Hiss!" The night demon let out a piercing shriek and struggled desperately.

Raven tried, but the Shadow Hand couldn't twist the creature's neck. Fortunately, the Shadow Hand's binding force was extremely strong, and it dragged it to Raven's front.

He retaliated with a Shadow Touch, pinning the Night Demon to the ground.

Then, he stepped forward, drew his Golden Desert Eagle from his waist, and fired two shots at the shield in front of him. "Bang!" The bullets hit the shield, creating ripples like splashes of water. Only after the third bullet was fired did the transparent film in front of Raven turn into specks of white light and disappear into the air.

"This defense is pretty good!"

"Furthermore, with the secondary skin hardening, my defenses have increased dramatically!"

"Phew! The goal of the dark wizard not dying from gunfire has finally been achieved!"

Raven's expression brightened. As a sniper who had evolved dynamic vision, his biggest worry was that someone would hide in the shadows and shoot him in the head. However, now he had no such worries at all.

He turned the gun around and aimed it at the Night Demon on the ground.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!" Three bullets were fired.

However, a shocking scene unfolded: those bullets were powerful enough to penetrate body armor.

The moment it struck the Night Demon's body, most of the kinetic energy was cushioned by the slippery mucus, embedding itself deeply into the muscles without damaging any vital organs!

The Night Demon, in pain, struggled frantically. Its slimy body, like an eel, managed to slip free from the Shadow Hand's restraints. With a flap of its fleshy wings, it tried to escape.

"Such strong vitality, and this slime...it's practically a natural shock absorber."

A hint of amazement flashed in Raven's eyes: "If an ordinary superhuman were to get close to them, they would have been torn to shreds long ago. Luckily, I'm a wizard!"

Raven sneered and brought his right index and middle fingers together.

"Pasatilla!"

An invisible wave instantly spread out, piercing through the Night Demon's slippery skin and striking deep into its soul.

"Hiss!" The Night Demon let out an extremely shrill scream, its massive body convulsing violently before collapsing to the ground like a lump of mud, completely silent.

Raven walked to the corpse, crouched down, and carefully examined the Night Demon's wounds. "Physical attacks are greatly weakened by the slime, but mental attacks can penetrate it directly..."

He collected a lot of the slime from the Night Demon's body. As a dark wizard who pursued the truth, Raven would never let such a good thing go to waste.
