Only the simplified 24-form Tai Chi Chuan, which was originally for health preservation and performance, underwent this sudden enlightenment and transformed into Tai Chi Chuan within the Qi and Blood System/National Martial Arts System.

"It is said that Tai Chi Chuan was created by Zhang Sanfeng, the founder of Wudang, at the end of the Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of the Ming Dynasty. Some say that Songxi Tai Chi Chuan is the founder of Tai Chi Chuan. Regardless of which is true or false, Tai Chi Chuan has a long history and deserves to be one of the three major internal martial arts."

"The more famous branches include Chen-style Tai Chi, Yang-style Tai Chi (in the movie 'Tai Chi Master' starring Wu Jing, Yang Luchan learned Chen-style Tai Chi and then created Yang-style Tai Chi); Wu-style Tai Chi, created by Yang Luchan's disciple Wu Yuxiang after obtaining Wang Zongyue's 'Tai Chi Classics'; Wu-style Tai Chi, created by the Manchu Quan You; Sun-style Tai Chi, created by Sun Lutang, the Martial Saint Tiger-Headed Young Guardian during the Republic of China era; Wudang Tai Chi, said to have been passed down by Zhang Sanfeng; and Simplified Tai Chi, which is quite impressive, compiled by the State General Administration of Sport in conjunction with veteran Tai Chi masters. There are also other less common Tai Chi styles: Zhao Bao Tai Chi, Li-style Tai Chi, Hao-style Tai Chi…"

"Now I have also created my own version of Tai Chi. Once I have perfected the routines of nurturing, practicing, performing, and fighting, and perfected the theory, I can be considered the patriarch of Tai Chi in this world!"

By this time, it was broad daylight, and the sun had risen above the sea. The sea was sparkling, and the waves were constantly rising and falling, with occasional sprays hitting the rocks on the shore. Seagulls cried and circled near the dock, and occasionally fish leaped out of the water.

Jiangnan was in a good mood at the moment, feeling that everything in front of her was so beautiful and just right.

"Perhaps this is the manifestation of Wang Yangming's 'mind is principle.' No wonder so many people pursued and explored his philosophy of mind after him! Indeed, practice makes perfect!" Jiang Nan suddenly realized and murmured to himself.

Jiang Nan returned to the dining room with a smile on his face. A mute servant had already brought breakfast. Jiang Nan's stomach was rumbling after his morning exercise, so he didn't stand on ceremony and sat down to eat.

And you know what? With Huang Rong and Huang Yaoshi, two masters with discerning palates, the mute servant's cooking skills are quite good. He could be a head chef in any restaurant, and even in Jiangnan, you can't find anything wrong with his food.

As they were eating, Huang Rong and Xiaolongnu also got up and ate breakfast one after the other. It seems their biological clocks had woken them up.

As soon as Huang Rong saw Jiang Nan, she came over to greet him: "Brother Nan!"

"Brother Nan, is there something that makes you happy? Tell Rong'er so I can share in your joy!" Huang Rong said after looking Jiang Nan over.

"Huh? Was I that obvious?" Jiang Nan asked in surprise.

"Brother Nan, how could I not see your beaming smile! Anyone who sees you right now knows you're in a great mood. If you don't believe me, ask Long'er."

"Long'er, is that right?"

"Yes, brother!" Little Dragon Girl answered crisply and decisively, nodding her little head as if afraid that Jiang Nan wouldn't believe her.

"Hahaha! Indeed, there's good news. This morning during my practice, the beautiful scenery of Peach Blossom Island triggered an epiphany, transforming my health-preserving version of Tai Chi into a Tai Chi system based on Qi and blood!"

"Ah! Congratulations, Brother Nan!" Huang Rong said.

"Yes! Congratulations, brother!" said Little Dragon Girl.

"Haha! Congratulations to you too!" Jiangnan

The three congratulated each other.

After breakfast, Jiangnan still hadn't seen Huang Yaoshi. He wondered why Huang Yaoshi seemed to have become so busy since returning to Peach Blossom Island.

"Rong'er, where is your father? It seems like we haven't seen Senior Huang since we got to the island."

"Father should be with Mother; let's not disturb him!"

"Oh! Okay." Jiang Nan realized that Huang Yaoshi was not only a doting father, but also a doting husband.

No wonder! In the original story, he even prepared a flower boat for his suicide pact. If it weren't for Zhou Botong's unreasonable nagging that made Huang Yaoshi think that Aheng didn't want him to take his own life, Huang Yaoshi would probably have gone down to join his wife.

Jiangnan pulled himself out of his thoughts and suppressed the myriad of strange ideas that were swirling in his mind.

Jiangnan asked Huang Rong, "May I take a look at the books in Peach Blossom Island?" Jiangnan knew the value of books and traditions in this era, and that coveting someone else's heritage could lead to death.

"Of course! Brother Nan, come with me, I'll take you to the study right away!"

With Huang Rong vouching for us, there won't be any problem. She's the young island master, so she has that authority.

Huang Rong led Jiang Nan and Xiao Longnv to a secluded and quiet wooden house. Pushing open the wooden door, they saw a wooden table and chair by the window. The walls were lined with bookshelves filled with books: the Four Books and Five Classics, Taoist classics, Buddhist scriptures, works of various schools of thought, martial arts manuals, medical books, geographical magazines, historical records…

Seeing the vast collection of books here, Jiang Nan couldn't help but wonder: "How did the Black Wind Duo manage to cultivate the Nine Yin Manual, such a proper Taoist martial art, into such a grotesque mess? Aren't they Huang Yaoshi's disciples? They've utterly disgraced their master!"

In the following days, Jiangnan lived a life confined to three points: bedroom, dining room, and study.

He was like a mouse that had fallen into a rice jar, freely exploring Huang Yaoshi's collection of books.

Huang Yaoshi devoted his life to studying Qimen Dunjia, Zhou Tian formation principles, and the patterns of mountains and rivers. The Peach Blossom Island Five Elements Eight Trigrams Formation, Fallen Flower Qimen Formation, and Azure Sea Tide Trapping and Killing Formation he created are all top-notch formation techniques in the martial arts world. Trapping first-rate masters is as easy as taking something out of a bag. Even the Seven Masters of Quanzhen who formed the Big Dipper Formation would find it difficult to break their formation easily.

For ordinary martial artists, mastering the principles of Bagua formations and the Nine Palaces layout is the pinnacle of their lives. However, Huang Yaoshi had studied the Daoist canon and the principles of the I Ching for decades. His study contained countless ancient fragments of formations and secret manuals, all of which were closely guarded secrets.

These past few days, Huang Rong quietly accompanied Jiang Nan in his daily morning meditation and qi observation, and in the afternoon, she would sit alone in the library pavilion on Peach Blossom Island, immersing herself in thousands of ancient texts. Huang Rong was always by his side, studying the books and analyzing the principles of the I Ching, her intelligent eyes clear and bright, often discussing the mysteries of formations with Jiang Nan; while Xiao Longnv stood quietly by the window, silently practicing her movements and internal energy, her cool figure blending into the fragrance of books in the pavilion and the peach grove outside the window, the years peaceful and tranquil.

Fortunately, over the past year, Jiang Nan had learned a lot about formations from Huang Rong. Although it was not systematic and his level was not high, at least he wasn't starting from scratch.

Moreover, Jiangnan possesses a martial arts proficiency panel, which not only allows him to quickly learn new knowledge but also to refine and improve it as he levels up, greatly accelerating his learning progress.

When others learn a formation, they memorize the layout, copy the positions, and imitate it blindly.

Jiangnan Wuzhen is about tracing the origins, understanding the fundamentals, and deducing the original laws.

Huang Yaoshi's formations are derived from the ancient principles of the Book of Changes, rooted in Yin and Yang, the Five Elements, the Eight Trigrams and the Nine Palaces. They are exquisite and unparalleled, but ultimately they are trapped by the acquired structure, adhering to ancient systems and following old principles. Although they are exquisite, they are constrained and cannot fully connect the complete cycle of the universe.

Jiangnan's goal is to take the thousand-year-old array formation of Peach Blossom Island as the foundation, trace back to the origin of the One, differentiate the Two Elements, superimpose the Three Powers, evolve the Four Symbols, rotate the Five Elements, encompass the Six Directions, arrange the Seven Stars, arrange the Eight Trigrams, stabilize the Nine Palaces, and finally reach the Ten Directions, to innovate and create a completely new array formation system that runs through the order of heaven and earth, without dead ends, without flaws, nested in layers, and endlessly regenerating.

In spring, peach blossoms flutter down through the window, books are turned lightly, and the fragrance of ink wafts through the air.

Jiangnan sat upright at his desk, lightly tapping the tabletop with his fingertips. Following the array points recorded in the classics, he deduced the fundamental logic of the array principles of heaven and earth step by step. In his mind, the proficiency panel glowed faintly, and countless incomplete, outdated, and limited ancient array principles were dismantled, corrected, completed, and sublimated one by one.

Oneness: All things return to their origin, the primordial chaos.

The beginning of the Way of Arrays begins with One.

The One is the origin of Taiji, the undifferentiated chaos, the common origin of heaven and earth, and the original foundation of all formations and principles in the world.

An ancient saying goes: "From the boundless comes the ultimate, from the one origin, all things emerge." All of Huang Yaoshi's formations have a core array eye, which is a rudimentary application of this "one origin." All formations, all variations, and all forms of attack, defense, trapping, and killing all derive from this single core.

However, the ancient methods of array formation only know how to establish a core, but do not know how to guard the origin.

If the core of an ordinary formation is exposed or destroyed, the formation will immediately collapse and become completely useless.

Jiangnan deduced the ultimate truth of the One, and suddenly understood: the One has no fixed position or fixed form; it is hidden in the void and merged into all phenomena.

The true foundation of a unified array is not a single, fixed focal point, but rather the fundamental source of energy within the entire array area, omnipresent and ubiquitous. The core is the whole, and the whole is the core. If the enemy cannot find the root of the array or break its source, the array will never collapse on its own.

On the panel, the proficiency of the [One Element Array Principle] increased rapidly, from a rudimentary understanding to a perfect mastery, and the incomplete ancient original principle was completely filled in.

The two principles: Yin and Yang complement each other, movement and stillness generate each other.

The unity of the two elements gives rise to the two polarities: yin and yang, movement and stillness, emptiness and fullness, light and darkness.

Huang Yaoshi's Peach Blossom Formation skillfully uses yin and yang, illusion and reality to confuse the enemy, luring them in with feints and trapping them in real positions, which is extremely ingenious. However, its yin and yang are more about opposition than harmony, and the distinction between movement and stillness is very clear. Against top masters, it is very easy for them to see through its illusions and flaws.

Jiangnan's deductive reconstruction: Yin and Yang are mutually rooted, movement and stillness are mutually generated, emptiness is reality, and reality is emptiness.

He completely revolutionized the Yin-Yang Formation, no longer making it a simple alternation of illusion and reality, but a continuous flow of Yin and Yang. Seemingly ethereal places conceal deadly killing intent, and seemingly stable points hide empty traps. Yin and Yang can be replaced at any time, and movement and stillness can be switched at will, making it impossible for those who enter the game to distinguish between truth and falsehood.

Its stillness can subdue mountains and rivers, and its movement can overturn all things. The two polarities rotate endlessly, completely making up for the rigidity of the ancient two polarity formation.

The Three Powers: Heaven, Earth, and Humanity; their positioning

The two polarities evolved into the three powers: Heaven, Earth, and Man.

Ancient battle formations had a fixed structure: the heavens were filled with protective energy, the earth with mechanisms, and people guarded the key points of the formation. This rigid structure was difficult to adapt to.

Jiangnan, combining the mountain and sea topography of Peach Blossom Island, has innovated: the sky can be changed, the land can be moved, and people can be transformed, with the three elements (heaven, earth, and man) changing positions at will.

The high position draws upon the heavenly wind and qi to suppress the enemy; the low position borrows the power of the earth's veins to trap the enemy; and the middle position uses human momentum and energy to lock the enemy in place. The three elements intertwine, encircling from above and below, creating a three-dimensional trap and kill. It is no longer a planar formation, but a three-dimensional formation of heaven, earth, and man, completely blocking the enemy's retreat from the top, middle, and bottom layers, leaving no room for escape.

The Four Symbols: Azure Dragon, White Tiger, Vermilion Bird, Black Tortoise

With the three powers (heaven, earth, and man) established, the four symbols, the four directions, the four spirits, spring, summer, autumn, and winter, and the four seasons and four forces evolved.

The traditional Four Symbols Formation, which guards the four directions and fixes the four seasons, has its limits and its power will eventually be exhausted.

After Jiangnan's deduction, the true meaning of the Four Symbols is unlocked: the Four Symbols are not divided into four directions or four seasons, they rotate at will, and gather and disperse without form.

The Azure Dragon governs entangling, the White Tiger governs killing, the Vermilion Bird governs chaos, and the Black Tortoise governs defense. The four symbols can form a formation on their own, or they can combine in pairs or surround each other, allowing for flexible changes in offense and defense. Spring brings life, summer brings prosperity, autumn brings death, and winter brings rest; the energy of the four seasons rotates, and the formations cycle endlessly, never waning, forever in a state of perpetual vitality and peak performance.

The Five Elements: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth, in a cycle of mutual generation.

This is the core foundation of the Peach Blossom Island formation. Huang Yaoshi devoted half his life to studying the Five Elements Formation Transformation, where metal, wood, water, fire, and earth interact and generate each other. Peach blossoms are scattered throughout, with flowers and trees as the core of the formation and water and earth as the foundation. It is ingenious and unparalleled.

However, the biggest weakness of Huang Yaoshi's Five Elements Formation is that the five elements have mutual restraint, which inevitably leads to a flaw. The mutual generation is slow, while the mutual restraint is fierce, making it difficult to maintain balance.

Jiangnan proceeded line by line, using the power of the panel's perfection to correct flaws:

Reconstruct the Five Elements balance principle, transforming simple generation and restraint into a balanced and flowing system.

Metal is not fierce, wood is not stagnant, water is not scattered, fire is not impetuous, and earth is not heavy.

The five elements are mutually foundational, mutually balancing, and mutually beneficial. Their generation is not excessive, and their restraint is not extreme. They form a closed loop without any flaws.

Thus, the Five Elements Formation, which had been passed down on Peach Blossom Island for a hundred years, was completely upgraded by Jiang Nan, undergoing a complete transformation and far surpassing the original version by the Eastern Heretic.

The six directions encompass the entire universe: above, below, and in all directions.

The Five Elements extend to form the Six Directions: up and down, east and west, north and south—a six-dimensional space encompassing heaven and earth.

The ancient Six Harmonies Formation can only seal off the four-sided plane space, leaving gaps at the top and bottom.

Jiangnan's simulation perfectly creates a six-dimensional closed loop, sealing off the heavens above, locking the earth's veins below, and locking the body on all four sides, completely imprisoning the space. Those who enter the game have no foothold, no vision, no way to advance or retreat, and no way to escape. It truly creates a net that is inescapable.

Seven Stars: The celestial bodies of the heavens, the shifting of stars and constellations.

Above the six directions, seven stars are arranged: Tian Shu, Tian Xuan, Tian Ji, Tian Quan, Yu Heng, Kai Yang, and Yao Guang. The seven stars are arrayed to draw the power of the stars in the heavens into the earth.

Huang Yaoshi's formations mostly utilize the energy of mountains and rivers, rarely touching upon the power of stars, which is a major shortcoming in his formation art.

Jiangnan, using fragments of ancient texts, deduced the trajectory of the Seven Stars and comprehended the principle of the conjunction of stars and earth. By day, it draws upon celestial light; by night, it draws upon celestial power. The positions of the Seven Stars shift constantly, and the constellations move with the changing celestial bodies. The formation changes with the celestial bodies, with no fixed pattern or weakness. The deeper the night, the stronger the formation becomes, its power is wondrous and unpredictable.

The Eight Trigrams: Qian, Kan, Gen, Zhen, Xun, Li, Kun, Dui

The seven stars fell to earth and transformed into the Eight Trigrams, encompassing heaven and earth, wind and thunder, mountains and lakes, water and fire—the Eight Symbols encompassing all things.

This is the most well-known formation layout, and also the main framework of the Peach Blossom Island formation.

Jiangnan does not adhere to the old system of the innate and acquired Bagua. Instead, it draws on the Feng Hou Qimen, one of the eight extraordinary skills in "Under One Person". It integrates the innate essence and transforms the acquired application. The Bagua generates and transforms each other, with sixty-four transformations nested in layers. One transformation gives rise to myriad transformations, and myriad transformations return to one transformation. It is complex, exquisite, and infinitely varied, far exceeding the limitations of ordinary Qimen Bagua formations.

Nine Palaces: Nine regions to stabilize the earth and secure the universe.

The Eight Trigrams, residing in the center of the Earth, constitute the Nine Palaces.

The nine palaces, arranged in a grid pattern, guard the nine directions of territory. The ancient nine palaces method features fixed points and a rigid array.

Jiangnan innovated the Nine Palaces Formation, allowing the nine domains to expand or contract, gather or disperse. It can confine a person within a few feet or cover a hundred miles of mountains and rivers. The nine palaces are interconnected, nested and superimposed, to stabilize the earth and solidify the energy, ensuring that the foundation of the entire formation remains unchanged and will never collapse no matter the impact of external forces.

Ten Directions: encompassing all things, ultimately reaching perfection.

Beyond the Nine Palaces lie the Ten Directions.

The eight directions and four dimensions, plus the upper and lower void, are collectively called the ten directions, encompassing all spatial dimensions of heaven and earth, and represent the ultimate perfection of the array path.

With years of accumulated experience and the help of the panel, Jiangnan finally completed the last link.

One root is established, two polarities differentiate, three powers are positioned, four symbols spread out, five elements rotate, six directions lock the void, seven stars attract brilliance, eight trigrams generate changes, nine palaces solidify the foundation, and ten directions are perfect!

A completely new array system that spans the first to ten complete cycles of the Heavenly Dao has taken shape in his mind!

Inside the attic, a gentle breeze suddenly arose, causing thousands of scrolls to turn on their own. Outside the window, the energy of the flowers, trees, mountains, and seas of Peach Blossom Island seemed to subtly flow and resonate with the principles of the formation in his heart!

Outside the window, peach blossoms fluttered and danced, moving on their own even without wind, arranging themselves into countless tiny patterns, echoing the breathing of mountains and the rising and falling of tides, all in harmony with the rhythm of the array.

Sitting quietly by the window, Xiaolongnu slightly raised her eyes, her clear eyes filled with admiration for Jiangnan; Huang Rong, who was studying books beside her, suddenly looked up, her intelligent gaze fixed on Jiangnan in front of her, her face full of shock and admiration.

Inside the pavilion, Jiangnan slowly raised his eyes, his gaze clear and bright, his mind at peace with the myriad principles of formations.

From this day forward, the world's formations will no longer be limited to the old system of the Eight Trigrams and Nine Palaces.

From this day forward, the One Returns to the Origin, and the Ten Directions Achieve Perfection. The new Zhou Tian Formation he created will stand at the pinnacle of the martial world, crushing all the strange and difficult situations in the world, traversing the world of archery, and having no rivals.

………………

In the following days, Jiangnan accompanied Huang Rong on a tour of Peach Blossom Island, while also organizing the characters and plot points he encountered after transmigrating to the world of The Legend of the Condor Heroes.

Xiaolongnu was the first character Jiang Nan interacted with in the story, and she was also the female lead. Hmm! When Jiang Nan was in the Quanzhen Sect, he hadn't even met the Seven Masters of Quanzhen. The Quanzhen Sect was too vast, and he was just one of those who had come from the deep mountains to stay there; the difference in their status was too great. After Jiang Nan achieved mastery of martial arts, he had no intention of meeting the higher-ups of the Quanzhen Sect. He believed in keeping his distance and not interfering with others unless they offended him—that was good enough for him.

Jiangnan remembered reading something like this in a fan fiction novel in his previous life: the Ancient Tomb Sect was a snake pit.

Li Mochou, known in the martial arts world as the Red Serpent Fairy, is a ruthless killer, having wiped out entire families before. She kills only when she feels like it. If she misses Lu Zhanyuan, she'll kill a few to quell her grief and anger; if she's in a bad mood, she'll kill a few to vent her frustration; if you dare look at her, she'll kill you and everyone around you… In short, killing a few people is no big deal for her! Luckily, Li Mochou lives in a chaotic world where the government doesn't really care, and who in the army would bother with her unless she's involved?

As for Xiaolongnü, the third-generation leader of the Ancient Tomb Sect, everyone knows her name. Some say that her name, Xiaolongnü, was somewhat presumptuous in ancient times, suggesting a possible connection to the royal family. Actually, Xiaolongnü was first discovered by the Quanzhen Sect. The original text states that the Quanzhen Sect was unsuitable for adopting female infants, and Sun Bu'er happened to be away traveling the martial arts world. What a convenient excuse! The Quanzhen Sect only had one female Daoist, Sun Bu'er. Or was it that only Sun Bu'er was qualified to take Xiaolongnü as a disciple? Anyway, the result was that Xiaolongnü entered the forbidden Ancient Tomb Sect of the Quanzhen Sect. Outsiders didn't know, only the Seven Masters of Quanzhen knew, but they kept it a secret, not telling anyone. Sigh… the kind of person who wouldn't tell even if you asked.

Some say that Xiaolongnu's name should be pronounced and punctuated as "Xiaolongnu" (小龙女), not "Xiaolongnu" (小龙女). "Xiaolong" (小龙) means snake, and Chilian (赤连) feeds on snakes. No wonder Li Mochou alone forced Xiaolongnu to put down the Ancient Tomb Sect's Dragon-Slaying Stone and imprison herself in the Ancient Tomb; her name itself is considered unlucky.

So, the reason why Yang Guo was able to suppress Li Mochou and marry Xiaolongnü was because he was the Condor Hero! The eagle is the nemesis of the snake, and the Condor Hero outside Xiangyang City had the Bodhi snake as its prey. Yang Guo's prey was Xiaolongnü and the Red Serpent Fairy!

During his ten years of wilderness survival training in the Zhongnan Mountains, Jiang Nan had met Li Mochou. Although they hadn't interacted much, they had met before and she was somewhat familiar with him. However, he didn't have the ability to judge a person's character by their appearance, nor could he discern any mental illness in Li Mochou. He simply found her rather cold and aloof, never smiling at anyone, though not to the point of drawing her sword and killing at the slightest provocation. He didn't know whether it was the emotional trauma or the inadequacy of the Ancient Tomb Sect's internal energy cultivation method that later shaped her into the ruthless and bloodthirsty female demon, the Red Serpent Fairy, Li Mochou.

However, Jiangnan kept telling himself: Let go of the urge to help others and respect their fate!

So many people meet tragic ends, and Jiangnan is just one person; how can he save everyone? So, if you encounter someone, then deal with them; if you don't, don't rush to find them. As the saying goes, you can't force a deal.

However, if the Little Dragon Girl in front of him is the original Little Dragon Girl from the Ancient Tomb Sect, then the current Little Dragon Girl has no relation to the Little Dragon Girl in the original work.
