After returning to Team A's base from the chemical plant assessment, it was already completely dark.
The nine newcomers who were the subjects of this assessment had different performances during the assessment, and each of them returned in a different state.
The most proud and excited person was Tuo Yonggang.
For the first 95% of the exercise and assessment, Tuo Yonggang, like the other trainees, spent his time struggling with the painful choices.
In the end, he came up with a crazy, suicidal plan, but was easily captured and taken prisoner without taking any damage.
But not long after he became a prisoner.
Tuo Yonggang has taken off!
He controlled more than a dozen old A's, and could vent his resentment on them without restraint, which made Tuo Yonggang feel extremely happy.
On the way back, he couldn't contain his excitement and kept bragging to everyone about how awesome he was back then.
Wu Liuyi and Xu Sanduo became heroes in the eyes of the Old A after completing their mission, gaining their recognition and reaping great rewards.
Overall, I'm in a good mood, and I'm focusing my energy on tomorrow's evaluation meeting.
The two of them didn't know what it was, but they felt it was very important.
Wu Zhe was sullen throughout the car ride. He was usually a chatterbox, but he hardly spoke at all, which showed that he must have something on his mind.
Jackie Chan has changed the least of all the members; he remains as calm and composed as ever.
but.
Beneath his calm exterior, his mind is quite busy.
We have now completed the first 50% of the plan, and the remaining 50% has a high chance of success, with a probability of over 80%.
Jackie Chan needs to mentally review and develop a detailed special operations training plan beforehand.
For example, given the current historical context, what advanced special operations technologies from later generations could be incorporated, and how should the training sequence be optimized?
Jackie Chan needs to mentally prepare his drafts before he can write them down more quickly once he returns to the base.
Cheng Cai and another newcomer were in the same situation; they couldn't withstand the pressure during the assessment and chose to give up the task because they were afraid of dying.
After learning that it was an assessment, she was devastated.
They've all entered a state of self-isolation!
He ignores everyone who speaks to him, as if he has no ears or mouth, completely absorbed in his own world.
After having dinner in the base's canteen, Qi Huan officially notified all the new recruits.
Tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock.
The newlyweds will attend the evaluation meeting in the conference room. They are free to do so tonight.
Xu Sanduo and the others still don't understand what this evaluation meeting means, or whether it will affect their fate.
With these uneasy feelings, they could only return to their respective dormitories to rest.
Jackie Chan returned to his dormitory and turned on his computer to start brainstorming special forces training plans and personally drawing up diagrams of the various equipment needed.
After working on it for a while, I realized that using a computer was too troublesome and that drawing by hand was much more convenient.
Let's just get started!
With just letter paper, a pencil, and a ballpoint pen, the tools were simple enough to get started.
Yuan Lang and the brigade leaders were busy preparing for the evaluation meeting the next day, and they didn't return to their dormitory until after midnight.
After living in the dormitory for more than a week, Jackie Chan finally met his roommates.
"I've finally met my new roommate. It's truly an honor to share a dorm with the captain. I'm honestly a little overwhelmed and don't know what to do," Jackie Chan joked.
"Don't try to play these tricks on me. Every time you mess up my place, you never show any mercy. If you keep messing with me like this, I won't be able to be the captain anymore."
Yuan Lang chuckled and scolded, noticing a pile of papers on Jackie Chan's desk. Curious, he walked over and asked, "What are you busy with? You've made a mess of the desk."
"Oh, this? I'm writing a proposal." Jackie Chan started cleaning up his desktop.
"What plan? What plan?" Yuan Lang asked curiously.
"I told you at the factory today that you wanted to know how I did it, so I said I'd tell you when I got back. I'm currently preparing," Jackie Chan said.
"Special Operations Cutting-Edge Technology Training Program?"
Yuan Lang took the materials compiled by Jackie Chan, and after reading the beginning, he asked curiously, "So you used these techniques to beat my soldiers so badly? I'm curious, where did you learn all this?"
"External network".
Jackie Chan, without batting an eye, made up a story: "During my time at the Capital University, I loved collecting information and case studies on special operations and counter-terrorism operations from various countries."
Examples include Operation Hunter, the most successful counter-terrorism rescue operation in history, conducted by the UK's 22nd Special Air Service Regiment in 1980.
Germany's GSG-9 9th Anti-Terrorist Squadron, including Operation 0000 at Mogadishu Airport.
During my three years of university, I learned about a large number of counter-terrorism rescue operations abroad, including at least a hundred cases.
The more you see and understand, the better you'll comprehend things, and you'll be able to easily see through the essence of many things and grasp the most important core points.
After organizing the data and conducting research, I designed many training programs.
I learned the training program on my own and felt it was very effective, but due to the limited space, I always felt it wasn't quite right.
So I dropped out of university and joined the army, hoping to find a place where I could truly contribute and test the effectiveness of my training program.
Jackie Chan spoke fluently and eloquently, with a clear and logical train of thought; it was impossible to tell that he was just rambling.
Because Jackie Chan's words were so realistic, and given the fighting prowess he displayed in the military, which indeed largely relied on intelligent tactics, it's clear that his story is incredibly convincing.
It's the kind of situation where you don't even know what happened, and then Jackie Chan inexplicably beats you up.
Yuan Lang was genuinely intimidated by Jackie Chan. He felt as if he had struck gold, and his heart, which hadn't been excited in a long time, suddenly began to pound wildly.
He knew that if Jackie Chan was telling the truth, the benefits would be immeasurable.
"I never expected you to be so big and burly, like a gorilla in a zoo. It's definitely a skill-based game, and you're a professional brainiac. That's quite surprising."
Yuan Lang was amazed by the huge difference in Jackie Chan's image and couldn't wait to start looking through the information.
When I opened it and saw the first line, I was dumbfounded.
can't read!
"What is the S·T course?" Yuan Lang asked.
"Oh, this is a modeling and simulation training course. It means a series of courses that train by building a highly realistic simulated battlefield to simulate real combat scenarios. The main training tests the team members' reaction and combat intelligence."
After explaining, Jackie Chan added a few more words: "I haven't organized the materials yet; they're a jumbled mess. These are lessons that will be covered later."
Before formally commencing modeling and simulation training courses, a series of CQB training courses must be completed first.
"CQB?"
Yuan Lang hadn't even grasped what was going on before Jackie Chan blurted out a new term, leaving him feeling quite overwhelmed.
He's always been pretty smart, but things started to go wrong with Jackie Chan.
This made Yuan Lang feel both uncomfortable and inexplicably excited.
Jackie Chan was more than pleased that Yuan Lang was interested in the special operations course.
He patiently explained, "This thing was developed by foreign special forces. CQB is short for Close Quarter Battle, which is close-quarters combat indoors."
CQB (Close Quarters Battle) combat has existed for a long time, dating back to trench warfare during World War I.
In order to protect themselves and minimize the risk of killing the enemy in the trenches, the soldiers at that time would usually throw a grenade first before rushing in.
The enormous benefits of this method of warfare, which has evolved from World War I to the present day, have allowed it to continue and be continuously optimized in warfare.
Among them, the UK's SAS research was the most thorough, and it was the first to evolve it into a systematic CQB tactic and apply it to actual counter-terrorism operations.
And there are already many success stories, which have been reported by foreign TV stations.
My research has revealed that military and police commandos, counter-terrorism special forces, and other special operations units around the world are vigorously developing this technology to meet the needs of today's environment.
This is to address the needs of combating the escalating terrorist activities, crime, and special operations.
I have drawn on CQB techniques from various countries and combined them with my own understanding to design a set of CQB tactics, which have been basically finalized.
The CQB tactics I designed and developed are completely different from traditional field and jungle warfare.
The combat scenarios are mainly applied in confined indoor environments such as enemy command posts, buildings, residences, and alleys. The goal is to complete various counter-terrorism missions as perfectly as possible while minimizing losses.
In my personal opinion, in the absence of a large-scale war, the main purpose of special forces is counter-terrorism and riot control.
Terrorist attacks primarily occur in urban areas, with combat scenes mostly taking place in narrow indoor spaces.
How to effectively rescue hostages and combat terrorism at extremely dangerous close range is a major trend in future special operations.
Therefore, I believe it is essential to provide special operations personnel with thorough and in-depth training in CQB tactics.
Jackie Chan spoke for two minutes, giving a concise yet in-depth explanation of one of the core tactics of special operations—CQB (Close Quarters Battle).
Yuan Lang is a visionary and excellent commander who listened to Cheng Long's explanation.
His eyes lit up.
It's so bright it practically glows!
He had always felt that Team A was lacking something, and no matter how they trained, something just didn't feel right, but he had never been able to find the reason.
After hearing what Cheng Long had to say, he felt as if his mind had been opened up.
The missing piece has been filled in perfectly.
That's right.
It's missing the CQB that Jackie Chan mentioned!
