Soldiers' Assault: Veteran Special Agents and New Recruits

Chapter 341 Xu Sanduo Unlocks the Seal (Seeking Monthly Tickets)

After returning to school following the end of the anti-drug operation, the post-battle report was quickly released.

No trainees died in this operation; only three were injured in the fighting. A total of 58 trainees were killed or captured.

A resounding victory!

Principal General Ross was overjoyed, and his anger at being threatened by the Black Lion vanished.

They immediately decided to hold a barbecue party that evening, inviting all the trainees and staff who assisted in the special training to celebrate together.

After being tormented at the Hunter Academy for a month, the students were almost bursting with frustration.

Everyone cheered with joy upon hearing the news.

They all took showers and washed their hair to get ready, then put on the casual clothes they had brought, so they could attend the barbecue party that evening in the most comfortable and relaxed state.

The trainees were finally able to put on clean clothes again, and the nurses who came to participate were dressed in their finest attire.

Men and women working together makes the work less tiring.

With the nurses dressed in their finest attire, vying for attention, the barbecue party became incredibly lively, and everyone relaxed and enjoyed life to the fullest.

Principal General Ross personally hosted the party and praised some of the students on the spot.

First of all, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to the trainees who were bravely injured in the battle and unfortunately could not participate in the subsequent training. Fortunately, they were able to return in triumph with honor, which can be considered a consolation prize.

We thank them for their heroic contributions to the fight against drug traffickers in this anti-drug operation.

Then, Jackie Chan, who performed the best and fought the bravest in this battle, was given a personal commendation, and all Chinese special forces soldiers were praised as outstanding.

They can contribute to winning honor for the country on the international stage and making Chinese special forces famous worldwide.

Jackie Chan was very happy!

The barbecue party was a joyful and carefree night; all the torment of the previous month seemed worthwhile at that moment.

At the same time, the complete release of this night signifies that the most difficult days are over.

Having undergone the ultimate training of the Devil's Hell Month, the trainees who survived have fully demonstrated that they possess the strongest human bodies.

The finest steel has been forged; now comes the crucial step of meticulous finishing.

Fine jade cannot become a useful object without carving, and good steel cannot be shaped without forging.

Therefore, in the following two months of special training, basic physical training was largely relegated to the sidelines, and the focus shifted from physical fitness and willpower to learning various special operations techniques.

The Hunter School's curriculum and program, though advanced for this era.

However, compared to the era in Jackie Chan's previous life, various special operations skills had not yet been fully developed, and overall it was still relatively backward compared to later generations.

Jackie Chan has already learned most of the special operations techniques taught by Crocodile.

Therefore, Jackie Chan's progress is not significant. This process is more like polishing a piece of jade after it has been carved, allowing Jackie Chan's technique to become more skillful and refined.

In contrast, Xu Sanduo achieved an outstanding performance in the anti-drug operation, second only to Jackie Chan.

General Ross was very satisfied with Xu Sanduo's performance and specially went to the logistics department to get two pairs of suitable boots for Xu Sanduo.

With the right shoes and clothes, Xu Sanduo was like a seal broken.

During the next two months of training, Xu Sanduo not only performed exceptionally well, scoring second only to Jackie Chan, but sometimes even tied for first place with Jackie Chan.

The various new special operations techniques he learned made Xu Sanduo's skills even more comprehensive.

As the techniques were repeated one after another, the students made rapid progress, and time also flew by day by day.

Without realizing it.

Eleven weeks have passed.

With only one week of intensive training remaining, the international special forces counter-terrorism training is about to end.

On the last day of the eleventh week, all intensive training courses were officially completed. In the final seven days, the trainees would face their biggest challenge yet—

Graduation assessment!

Will the national flag fly forever at the Hunter Academy? Will I receive the Warrior's Medal, which is equivalent to a graduation certificate? Will I return home in triumph with honor in the end?

Everything...

Right here in this graduation exam!

The twenty or so trainees who had survived the ordeal assembled fully armed on the parade ground, where the principal personally announced the assessment items—

They trekked 200 kilometers through the dangerous Amazon rainforest to reach their destination.

The assessment requirements are just a short sentence, which seems very simple, but in reality it is an extreme challenge, and it is not easy to complete.

The Amazon rainforest is teeming with all sorts of snakes, insects, and venomous beasts, making survival there inherently dangerous.

Not to mention that under this premise, they also had to march 200 kilometers on foot within a week, averaging 30 kilometers per day.

At first glance, walking 30 kilometers a day seems easy; anyone can do it.

But don't forget, this is the Amazon rainforest.

In an environment filled with various rivers, swamps, poisonous insects, snakes, and dense trees, an ordinary person would probably not be able to walk five miles a day and would die within two days.

Even for specially trained special forces soldiers, under the best-case scenario of not getting injured or poisoned, it would be difficult to walk 3 kilometers in an hour.

Taking into account all the factors that hinder the march, an average of 2 kilometers per hour is already the limit.

This means that one must march for fifteen hours a day for seven consecutive days without missing a single day in order to possibly reach the destination.

During this period, there were no supplies available, so we had to find our own food and water, and we also had to be careful of all kinds of poisons, lest we get poisoned to death before we could find any food.

To sustain a seven-day high-intensity march, a large amount of food intake is required.

They had to find ways to speed up their journey, while also finding ways to get food to ensure their energy supply, and guard against various dangers.

It severely tests your ability to survive in the wild!

Moreover, given the hunter school's notoriously demanding nature, this trip is definitely not going to be a genuine wilderness survival experience, allowing you to comfortably make your way through.

Various challenges will inevitably be set up along the way to increase the difficulty for trainees to complete the assessment.

Regardless of whether the other trainees realized it or not, Jackie Chan was already mentally prepared for the dangers that lay ahead.

After General Ross finished explaining the rules of the assessment, it was the turn of Chief Instructor Crocodile to come on stage and give each trainee a distress signal device.

"If any of you can't hold on, or if you encounter danger or get injured, you can choose to withdraw from the assessment midway. As long as you activate your distress device, a helicopter will pick you up, and you will be eliminated."

After explaining the final test rules, the crocodile waved his hand and said to the east, "The two-hundred-kilometer wilderness survival test officially begins now. Go, children, may God bless you."

The starting point was on the Hunter School's training ground, and the students rushed out with a roar upon hearing the command.

After a day of rest and adjustment yesterday, and with the focus on technical training during this period, there has been virtually no strain on the body.

The trainees are now all full of energy and vigor, running with great speed and power.

Seeing how lively the students were, the crocodile's lips curled into a mysterious smile.

As soon as the trainees ran out of the large parade ground, Crocodile bid farewell to General Ross and drove to the heliport to give the trainees small gifts.

Wilderness survival is a basic skill for special operations, and for Jackie Chan and his group of elites from various countries, it was not particularly difficult.

If it weren't for the Amazon rainforest being so unique, wilderness survival would be like a vacation.

Therefore, the first three days were not difficult at all. Under the leadership of Captain Jackie Chan, everyone walked more than 90 kilometers without any major incidents.

If this pace continues, we will definitely reach our destination within seven days.

Everyone's energy intake remained stable throughout the journey. The Amazon rainforest was full of dangers, but it was also full of hidden "delicious food".

of course.

Such delicacies are only for the hungry and are still difficult for ordinary people to accept.

For example, inside rotten wood, there are thin, long, and sticky boat maggots, like earthworms.

For example, what you might mistake for vines at first glance are actually various venomous snakes and anacondas that are deadly killers.

Another example is the various round, plump creatures hiding in trees. Bear Grylls said that if you cut off their heads, they taste like chicken, but they are meat worms that burst with juice in your mouth.

Various insects and animals, such as these, have extremely high protein or carbohydrate content.

As long as you can resist the nausea and eat it, its energy supply is more than that of a regular meal, which can definitely guarantee your normal energy consumption.

As for whether there are parasites or anything like that, it's easy to deal with after the assessment.

Just give him some deworming medicine or something, and he'll be fine.

Jackie Chan ate two spicy snacks along the way, and also consumed a lot of protein. He even caught some crabs in a red maple forest.

Even now, three days after the assessment, his mental state remains excellent.

On the fourth day, after a brief three-hour rest, the team set off at dawn, swam across the river during the day-night transition, and quietly came ashore.

Continue advancing towards the 100th kilometer.

They were completely unaware that a group of people were secretly following them a kilometer behind.

Not long after they went ashore and started walking forward, the first student saw some wild fruit on a low shrub and sneaked over to eat it all by himself.

They did not report it to Captain Jackie Chan.

As it turned out, a freshwater crocodile was hiding 30 centimeters underwater beyond the bushes. When it saw the meat being offered up, it immediately launched an attack.

The first trainee was so frightened that he raised his gun and fired without remembering that it was loaded with blanks.

A barrage of bullets failed to kill the crocodile, instead giving it time to pounce. Student number one stumbled backward and fell to the ground.

They were instantly in danger.

Fortunately, as he fell, he instinctively stretched out his hands and used the rifle as a stick to block in front of him. The crocodile pounced and bit the horizontal gun barrel.

It didn't bite his neck or arm.

Otherwise, a single fatal roll by the crocodile could instantly kill student number one.

His strong physique, nearly 1.9 meters tall, gave him enough strength to fight the crocodile and hold out until Jackie Chan and his group heard the gunshots and ran over.

With Jackie Chan's terrifying physique and strength, he could fight even a lion or a tiger.

The freshwater crocodile, which is only a little over two meters long, is really too small for Jackie Chan. He easily took it down with a dagger.

Then they skinned him, chopped off his head, and removed his internal organs, getting dozens of kilograms of meat.

With these dozens of kilograms of crocodile meat to sustain them, the whole team won't have to worry for the next day.

As for why they didn't keep the meat for themselves, dozens of kilograms of meat would have been enough for Jackie Chan and Xu Sanduo to eat for four days, but instead they shared it with the whole team.

The main problem is that there's no way to preserve food.

If we don't finish it within a day, it will go bad, and then we'll just have to throw away the remaining dozens of kilograms of meat. It's better for everyone to eat it together and show some goodwill.

After spending ten minutes dealing with the crocodile, the trainee assessment team continued moving forward.

After half an hour.

Three armed peddlers in disguise followed the trail and found the crocodile's entrails on the ground, as well as the distress device that the first student had dropped while struggling with the crocodile.

Upon seeing this exquisite distress signal device, the three book vendors realized its importance and immediately sent someone to bring it back.

Another hour or so passed.

The distress signal left behind by Student Number One appeared in front of the drug lord Black Lion.

Also appearing alongside him is the mysterious man in a white suit who shot the female tour guide, smuggled himself in, and conspired with Black Lion to blow up the hunter school, but was rejected by Black Lion at the time.

The person tracking them was sent out by the man in the suit. He obtained the Hunter Academy's specially made distress device and realized that a golden opportunity had arrived.

Only then did he rush over at top speed to tell Black Lion his action plan.

Black Lion was satisfied with his plan, convinced that this was indeed a perfect opportunity for revenge, and grinned maliciously as he looked at Lina in the photo.

……

The Hunter School is completely unaware that the book vendors have found the perfect opportunity to begin planning a counterattack against the school.

The graduation assessment is still proceeding normally, and no preventative measures have been taken.

The chief examiner, Lieutenant Colonel Lai Le, reported: "General, today is the fourth day of the survival assessment. At their speed, they should be able to reach Area 105 before nightfall."

"very good!"

General Ross was very satisfied with the progress of the assessment; the trainees were performing much better than he had expected. He immediately instructed, "Notify Crocodile to prepare for the rendezvous."

"Yes, General."

Lieutenant Colonel Lai Le received the order and turned to leave, instructing the operator to contact Crocodile.

"Reporting to the general, an emergency medical rescue has occurred in area 104," a female operator reported.

At this time, the main force was in area 104. General Ross did not realize anything was wrong and immediately ordered the medical team to go and provide assistance.

Lina, who received the order, never expected that there would be any problems.

With only the rescue of the injured in mind, he boarded the helicopter and flew to the rescue signal transmission point of Zone 104, quickly locating the target from the air.

Two trainees dressed in jungle camouflage are helping a trainee who is lying on the ground.

The distress signal matched, the left side matched, the clothes matched, and the trainee looked seriously injured and could only lie on the ground.

Lina quickly landed the helicopter on the open ground and ran down with two medics.

The three trainees were not found; they were all peddlers in disguise.

Therefore, when Lina arrived in front of the injured student, she was unsurprisingly caught off guard.

Two of the book vendors suddenly turned on them, pulling out pistols and killing two medics carrying stretchers, then taking Lina hostage.

The remaining peddler, with a clear objective, rushed towards the helicopter at top speed.

Before the pilot could even react to what was happening outside, he had already climbed onto the helicopter and pressed a gun against the pilot's head.

……

The drug lord Black Lion's retaliation against the Hunter School has now spread like a net over the students, and he has already successfully completed the first step.

General Ross and Crocodile still haven't realized that someone is trying to cause trouble during the graduation exam.

As with the usual training syllabus, we've decided to add a signature dish to this long-distance wilderness survival assessment—

Anti-prisoner training!

Furthermore, the "capture team" led by Crocodile himself had already set off from the jungle base and was probably already at the ambush location.

The cadet team continued to advance towards their destination in an orderly manner, following the military map.

Because Jackie Chan saved his life, the number one trainee, who had been at odds with Xu Sanduo and Jackie Chan since the start of training, is now much quieter.

He stopped making sarcastic remarks and obediently followed the group.

After walking about 3 kilometers, a large swamp appeared on the only road ahead, with water about half a meter deep and a thin layer of mist floating on it.

The first internal conflict within the team since the start of the trip erupted right here.
