Douluo V: Starting with daily check-ins, I'm trying to trick Xiao Wu into becoming my wife.

The Great Soul Arena.

Yu Xiaogang led Ao Yin, Tang San, Dai Mubai, Xiao Wu, Zhu Zhuqing, Ma Hongjun, Oscar and others into the Great Soul Arena.

Everyone wore a metal mask, but Ao Yin stood out, wearing a familiar, gleaming gold mask.

Three months later, the group returned to the place.

Compared to last time, everyone's cultivation level has made a qualitative leap today.

They all came here with a strong sense of purpose, their eyes filled with eagerness to test their true fighting strength.

Yu Xiaogang spoke calmly.

"Children, now we enter the second phase of intensive training. Previously, your graduation requirement was to obtain the Silver Bucket Badge. Now, the standard has changed; you must obtain the Gold Bucket Badge."

hiss--!

Everyone present gasped in shock.

Although they had fought a few matches in the Soul Arena before, the points they had accumulated were still pitifully few, remaining at the level of Iron Fighter Badge.

To graduate, you need to obtain the Golden Bucket Badge; the threshold is frighteningly high.

"Master, you're too ruthless!"

"Ah~ No~!"

"Are you even human?"

Dai Mubai, Oscar, and the others burst into a series of wailing and howling!

"A golden bucket badge?"

However, Ao Yin, who was standing to the side, just chuckled lightly.

This goal was not difficult for him at all.

As if sensing Ao Yin's disdain, Yu Xiaogang turned to look at Ao Yin and said solemnly, "Ao Yin, you are different from them. My expectations of you are far higher than those of others."

In an instant, Dai Mubai and the others all turned their gazes to Ao Yin.

"I've discussed it with Dean Flander. Back then, you fought seven opponents in the arena without even using your soul power, and your performance was outstanding. Therefore, my graduation condition for you is to obtain the Eternal Diamond Badge."

These words caused an uproar in the room.

Eternal Diamond! That's the highest honor badge in the Great Soul Arena!

Including Ao Yin, the Shrek group were all stunned, their faces full of shock.

Ao Yin slightly raised his eyes. Was Yu Xiaogang... facing him?

Everyone knows that the badge levels in the Great Soul Arena, from lowest to highest, are Iron Badge, Bronze Badge, Silver Badge, Gold Badge, Purple Gold Badge, Sapphire Badge, Ruby Badge, and the highest is Eternal Diamond.

Dai Mubai and Ma Hongjun couldn't help but feel a little bewildered. The gap between them and Ao Yin had actually become so exaggerated.

From gold to eternal diamonds, there are three major grades in between: purple gold, sapphire, and ruby.

What appears to be only a three-level difference is actually an insurmountable chasm.

The higher the level of the Battle Spirit Badge, the more difficult it becomes to advance.

Such graduation requirements are not something a four-ring Soul Master could accomplish. Even a Soul Emperor would feel immense pressure.

Everyone was secretly worried for Ao Yin.

Is Yu Xiaogang placing high hopes on him, or did he never intend for him to graduate smoothly at all?

Compared to others, Ao Yin's graduation difficulty was ten times higher, and it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say it was a hundred times higher.

Ao Yin cursed inwardly, thinking to himself, "Yu Xiaogang, do you really not treat me like a human being? You dare to set an eternal diamond as a graduation requirement for me?"

Just moments ago he thought the Golden Bucket Badge was too easy, but in the blink of an eye he was given a bucket of cold water.

Tang San sneered, "Who was it that said the Golden Bucket was too simple? Surely the Eternal Diamond is substantial enough?"

Yu Xiaogang continued, "Of course, that was just my opinion. Flander thought the goal was too demanding, and after we discussed it carefully, he advised me not to put too much pressure on you."

"Therefore, Ao Yin, your graduation standard is set at the sixth tier, the Sapphire Battle Soul Badge."

"But I still hope you can create another miracle. If you have the ability, you can aim for the Eternal Diamond, the highest rank in the Arena."

He paused, then added, "Of course, it's just an expectation. Even if you don't achieve it, it's alright. The Sapphire Badge is already a huge challenge for you."

Flanders, who was standing to the side, felt a chill run down his spine.

This isn't just a lack of pressure; it's a complete disregard for Ao Yin's humanity.

His intention was not to force things, but Xiaogang still said those words. Even without coercion, those words carried a heavy, invisible pressure.

Ao Yin was always arrogant, and everything in excess is as bad as deficiency.

Flander quickly smoothed things over: "Alright, everyone just needs to meet the minimum graduation requirements given, and there's no need to force them to do anything else."

Ao Yin nodded slightly, indicating his acceptance.

He was willing to give the sapphire badge a try.

Dai Mubai and the others felt a chill run down their spines and unconsciously clenched their fists.

Xiao Wu reached out and patted Dai Mubai on the shoulder: "Mubai, Brother Ao is already planning to aim for the Sapphire Badge, we can't let him down too much, we should at least get the Purple Gold Badge!"

Oscar, standing behind him, felt a chill run down his spine and said with a bitter expression, "Sister Xiaowu, you really have wild ideas."

For support-type Soul Masters like Oscar and Ning Rongrong, just obtaining the Golden Bucket Badge is already incredibly difficult, let alone the higher-level Purple Gold Badge.

Zhu Zhuqing gritted her teeth: "Let's get the Golden Bucket Badge first. If we have the chance, we don't want to fall too far behind Ao Yin."

Ning Rongrong puffed out her cheeks, her tone defiant: "We can become very strong too!"

Ma Hongjun quickly hid behind Oscar: "Old Oscar, I think you're right. Let's just honestly get the gold badge and call it a day."

"Shrek can't afford to engage in this kind of cutthroat competition!"

Dai Mubai's lips twitched: "You fatso, you're clearly just trying to slack off!"

Ao Yin was amused by the group and advised, "Just do your best and try to complete the graduation assessment as soon as possible."

Yu Xiaogang then offered another option: "If you don't meet the graduation standard in the Soul Battle Assessment, then you'll have to pass my Level 10 Martial Soul Theory Exam."

Upon hearing about the Level 10 Martial Soul Theory Exam, everyone shuddered.

Everyone shook their heads.

What kind of theoretical exam is this? It looks impressive, but it has absolutely no practical value!

In the Douluo Continent, might makes right.

If theories could truly prevail, Yu Xiaogang, this theoretical master, would have already dominated the entire continent.

Seeing everyone's reaction, Flander smiled slightly.

Xiao Gang has achieved his goal, and now everyone has no choice but to take the path of the Soul Fighting Martial Arts Trial.

Dai Mubai and the others surrounded Ao Yin, patting him on the shoulder to encourage him.

Ao Yin shrugged; the sapphire badge was merely his minimum goal.

He will not stop there; he has even higher standards for himself.

"A mere sapphire badge is not enough for me. I, Ao Yin, will do things to the extreme. The supreme eternal diamond badge of the Great Soul Arena is my true goal!"

Ao Yin sneered inwardly, his fingertips tracing the golden mask on his face.

Three months ago, he appeared out of nowhere wearing this mask, becoming a dark horse and stirring up the hearts of countless gamblers in the entire Great Soul Arena.

He slowly put on his mask, a slight smile playing on his lips, and muttered to himself, "The Great Soul Arena, I, [Long Aotian], am back! Tremble!!"
