Seeing the succubus girl still wearing a disdainful smile, Yang Fei felt a little guilty. However, the succubus girl showed no intention of taking any further action. Yang Fei hurriedly communicated with the core thatched hut that had already been upgraded and entered the God's perspective. He would deal with the matter at night later. He needed to get some rest first!

As the sky island expanded, the original positions of the walls and defensive towers became somewhat unsuitable. Yang Fei switched to a god-like perspective and repositioned the walls and defensive towers to the edge of the sky island directly in front of the core thatched hut, making it easier for the subsequent defense.

Looking at the thatched hut, which appeared to be almost unchanged from the outside, Yang Fei walked in, not believing it. The interior seemed to have expanded slightly, but it was so subtle that you wouldn't notice it unless you looked closely.

So how did Yang Fei manage to notice it? It wasn't because he had a unique sensitivity to space, but because the stacked cardboard boxes showed signs of slightly tilting outwards.

Judging from the weight of the cardboard box and its contents, this doesn't seem to be caused by the relatively weak tremor just now.

However, the interior of this core building remains a simple room with only a straw bed, unchanged from before. Not only has no furniture been added, but even the mud floor and the straw bed are unchanged.

Yang Fei was somewhat disappointed. At least he should have been given a cabinet or something. Although the system's inventory space had increased slightly, if there were enough items, he would still need to pile them up in cardboard boxes, which looked rather rudimentary. Moreover, this was the core hall of the sky island, and piling up cardboard boxes would probably become a black mark on his past.

Yang Fei took out the 400 pieces of bio-rubber that occupied two slots and put them into a cardboard box. He looked at his system space and found: "520 copper coins, 3 silver coins, 15 gray crystals, one gray arrow tower card, and 68 pieces of bio-rubber." It occupied five slots in total, and Yang Fei finally felt much more relaxed.

Then, Yang Fei directly opened the level 2 Heavenly Dao Shop and looked at the newly unlocked defensive tower - the Flamethrower Tower. Initially, the defensive towers in the Heavenly Dao Shop were only gray and white arrow towers. Now at level 2, he finally had a group attack tower that Yang Fei wanted.

Flamethrower (White): 10000 HP, 20 Defense, 40 Magic Resistance, 30 Attack, 25-second Attack Interval, 10-meter Range. It can release a flame attack in a fan-shaped area with a radius of 10 meters in front of itself.

After dealing direct damage, this fire attack will inflict additional elemental damage equal to 1/30 of the attacker's attack on the target, and the damage will last for 30 seconds.

The current Sky Island level environment has sufficient energy, enough to store 30 attacks. It will be fully replenished after one hour out of combat. It can be replenished directly with gray or white energy crystals. Once placed, it can attack on its own or be controlled by the lord.

The cost to purchase this building card is 55 silver coins, and the cost to sell the card is 45 silver coins.

Flamethrower Tower (Gray): 10000 HP, 20 Defense, 30 Magic Resistance, 30 Attack, 25-second Attack Interval, 10-meter Range. Releases a flame attack in a 10-meter radius in front of itself, dealing direct damage.

Because of its poor quality, this defensive tower cannot replenish its energy from the environment and requires gray or white energy crystals to fill it. It can store 30 attacks and requires manual operation after placement.

The cost to purchase this building card is 22 silver coins, and the cost to sell the card is 18 silver coins.

"30 points of direct damage plus 30 points of elemental damage, totaling 60 points, and it's area damage. The attack interval is only 25 seconds. Buying one should be enough to deal with the upcoming monster siege, but the price is really a bit expensive."

Yang Fei looked at the white-quality flamethrower and gradually fell into deep thought. As for the gray-quality flamethrower, he completely ignored it, not to mention whether it was worthwhile to replenish it with crystals.

He didn't buy these towers to let others gain experience, but rather to let the arrow towers finish off the damage. As for placing them behind the arrow towers to finish them off, Yang Fei wasn't considering that for the time being.

Those automated white arrow towers don't yet have the intelligence to fire only one arrow to deal damage, allowing other defensive towers to kill them. They do have priority settings, but they lack more precise control settings, which would require Yang Fei to control them personally, but that's not worthwhile.

Therefore, the flamethrower tower can only be placed in front to deal damage and then finish off the arrow tower. In fact, given the slime's speed, if the flamethrower tower were allowed to attack automatically, the slime should not be able to escape its range before the flamethrower tower's attack interval is over, but Yang Fei really doesn't have much room for error.

Therefore, if Yang Fei wants to perfectly achieve the goal of having the arrow towers finish off the attackers after the flamethrower towers inflict damage, he needs to control the attack appropriately. However, if he only needs to control the attack interval of one flamethrower tower, it's simple.

Yang Fei could observe the battlefield situation while operating the device. After all, it had a range of 10 meters, and the slimes moved rather slowly, so there was still some room for error. Even if some minor mistakes occurred, Yang Fei could ensure that each slime was attacked once.

Moreover, even if Yang Fei is too busy, he can grant the authority to a lesser demon citizen to operate it. Arrow towers need to be aimed, but this thing doesn't. Just make sure each slime gets burned once. It's simple and brainless.

"Buy it!" After thinking for a long time, Yang Fei finally made up his mind and sold 3 Qi-gathering tea trees, obtaining 54 silver coins. Then, reluctantly, he took out a silver coin from his system space and bought a white-quality fire tower construction card.

Holding the white card he had obtained by selling his possessions with trembling hands, Yang Fei arrived at the city wall and built it directly. The fire-breathing tower looked almost identical to the arrow tower, except that it was light red with faint flame symbols painted on it.

The simple tower on top of the arrow tower also exists on the flamethrower tower, but instead of ballistae, it has been replaced by a flamethrower that is more than a meter tall. In automatic mode, the flamethrower's nozzle faces directly in front of the sky island and patrols the outer void in a semi-circular angle.

Now, Yang Fei's Sky Island has finally gathered ten defensive towers that can fight, including: five white arrow towers, one white flamethrower tower, gray arrow tower No. 1 (22 energy remaining), gray arrow tower No. 2 (28 energy remaining), gray arrow tower No. 3 (10 energy remaining), and one gray quality ice arrow tower (temporarily full of 50 energy).

The ten war tablets given by the system have been filled, and Yang Fei is quite satisfied with his current lineup. This will be his main lineup for dealing with monster sieges in the future. As for the golden tentacle tower, it's not needed for the time being, so he can leave it to slumber on the sky island.

According to the tutorials for Tower Defense World compiled by predecessors, the level 3 defense tower category in the Heavenly Path Shop will unlock the gray and white slow towers, and the level 4 category will unlock the gray and white war slabs.
