"Aunt Li, please don't be hostile towards the company. I brought people here only to understand the accident that day so that I can give your family an explanation."

Lu Mingzhou stepped forward, wanting to continue speaking, but was sternly interrupted by Li's mother.

"Stop with these utterly hypocritical words! My son just woke up, and you're already interrogating him like a criminal! If you have any conscience at all, please leave immediately and don't disturb his rest!"

Su Jin patted her backpack and laughed sarcastically, "Of course it's a computer. What did you think it was? Why make up a false statement? Li Qi is just one of the witnesses. I naturally have my own evidence."

"The racing accident wasn't my fault at all. There was nothing wrong with the car I modified. No one knows the truth of this better than you," Su Jin said softly.

"Su Jin, Li Qi is fine. He just burned a race car. Even if you admit it, it's no big deal. I'll protect you! You don't need to find false evidence."

This is simply unbelievable. Li Qi has been lying in a hospital bed for three months, and he actually says it's nothing serious? How serious does it have to be to be considered serious? Does it have to be that he dies in a car accident for it to be considered serious?

"Lu Mingzhou, when you came to my place, you secretly went through my computer. Did you think I didn't notice? What were you looking for? To delete evidence for Xu Jingyi?" Su Jin pressed.

She took a step forward, and Lu Mingzhou stepped back, not daring to look at her.

"Your dear junior sister begged you, and you're willing to do anything for her, even risk my future?"

Lu Mingzhou explained, "No! Su Jin, listen to me, she's a new engineer, she doesn't understand how complex those racing data are. That day she just saw your computer was on and accidentally deleted the data, she said she'd fix it right away."
