Wizard's Journey

Chapter 1401 Roundtable Meeting (Part 1)

The Eternal Sky City was created by the ancient Seventeenth Wheel True Spirit Wizard, Prometheus, who used his mechanical wisdom to unite all the Sky Cities into one, providing eternal protection for those True Spirit Wizards who had only one breath left after the war of civilizations, all for the sake of the Demon Hunting Expedition!

An unremarkable figure, Green appeared before the mechanical clock of the Eternal Sky City.

One after another, low-level wizards pondered before the mechanical clock, some even falling into an eternal freeze in time, something Grimm had experienced before.

"As expected, it's the original summoning coordinates."

In Grimm's hand was a golden scepter, the Scepter of Hope that summoned the Coffin of Hope, a weapon specially crafted by the wizarding world for the purpose of sacrificing to the ancient sky city that was ruled by the light of hope.

Grimm needs the Sands of Time, an astonishing amount of them, to summon the ancient city in the dimensional esophagus to the Wizarding World, as a battle platform for Grimm's conquests.

This level of Sands of Time cannot be collected using low-level methods. Only through the Wizarding Alliance Roundtable Conference, resources controlled by the wizarding world can be allocated to Grimm.

"The Ancestor of Humanity was born from the will of the Wizarding World and can devour the Lord of the Wizarding World by killing him, making him infinitely powerful. The Eternal Mechanical Clock is the heart of the Ancestor of Humanity and the essence of the Wizarding World. It is also based on the fact that he can perceive time here. Didn't you see that during the ancient era of the Elemental Mechanical Wars, the Eternal Mechanical Clock was almost a legendary sacred object for elemental wizards? Yet now it is placed here so openly."

Xiao Ba started rambling on about ancient times again.

"One thing has always been unclear: why has no true spirit ever been born among mechanical wizards since the ancient war? The same is true for black wizards; since the birth of the Black Wizard King in ancient times, no true spirit of black wizards has ever been born."

Grimm strolled leisurely among the tens of thousands of wizards in front of the eternal mechanical clock, asking Little Eight on his shoulder a question.

"I know about Black Wizards. It's because the advancement realm conflicts with the rules of the Wizard's True Spirit Offering. Not everyone has the opportunity to offer their True Spirit by saving a group of creatures. In addition, the Holy Tower of the Black Wizard King collects all the despairing power of the Black Wizard Tower's humans and gathers it within himself, which is why he possesses such incredible power. This also inhibits the birth of other Black Wizard Kings."

Is saving biological communities an offering from the true spirit?

By the same token, the three-legged death crow might have a chance to become the ruler in a similar way after a long period of time.

"There must be the true essence of the wizarding world and the secrets of its civilization here. We are no longer little wizards."

As he spoke, Green weaved through the junior wizards around him. Green's presence did not attract the attention of these young wizards who were working on their half-step into the realm of time and true time. His ancient and unpredictable figure walked step by step toward the Holy Tower of the Eternal Sky City.

……

Each roundtable meeting was held under strict confidentiality.

The conditions for convening the Round Table Conference are that every true spirit and ruler in the wizarding world must be present, or at least their will avatar must be present. This is a top-secret meeting used to resolve internal conflicts in the wizarding world and to define the course of civilization. It can only be held within the Eternal Sky City.

Because each meeting takes place around a large round table, it is called a round table conference.

The Alliance's alien overlord also knew that before the Alliance Conference, there would be a top-secret meeting in the wizarding world, known as the "Black Room Resolution." The knowledge of the Stigmata Wizards about the Round Table Conference was limited to the fact that each secret meeting represented a major turning point in the wizarding world, and that powerful Stigmata Wizards with broad vision would use it as a basis for preparation.

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven!

"From the first to the ninth ring True Spirits, except for the second and fifth ring True Spirit Wizards, the rest are projections of their wills."

Inside the Mechanical Tower, the elemental wizards gathered first. Grimm secretly observed the wizards present, especially the three newly promoted True Spirits of the Fourth, Eighth, and Ninth Rings. In addition, the witch standing behind the Fifth Ring True Spirit wizard must be the ancient wizard who has just returned to the wizarding world, right?

The witch maintained a beautiful appearance, with every inch of her skin being extremely delicate and smooth, shrouded in a layer of hazy elemental mist. From her, Green discovered a familiar aura of civilization, the aura of the Immortal Realm, the serene and desireless aura that both the Wraith and the Three-Tailed Fox Xiao Lian possessed!

She's very strong. The level of threat that Green senses from her is close to that of some of the deepest monsters in the dimensional esophagus, and Green needs to take her seriously.

Numerous elemental wizards circled around, and due to the descent of their will, apart from the second ring, the fifth ring, Grimm, and this newly returned ancient holy mark wizard, the rest of the true spirits were in elemental form, indistinct and unclear.

Suddenly, a True Spirit Wizard looked over.

"This roundtable meeting, in addition to clearing the obstacles to the True Spirit dedication for the four most likely candidates to advance to True Spirit in the Wizarding World, also includes some important information about the Holy Mark Wizards of the Tower of Annihilation."

Everyone looked at Green, waiting for the first-ring True Spirit Wizard to continue.

"Tower of Annihilation, I've carefully reviewed the information you provided to the Second Ring. This roundtable meeting is absolutely necessary. Besides this information, do you have any other matters to discuss?"

"The Sands of Time, a vast amount of the Sands of Time, I need to summon an ancient sky city lost in the illusion, and use this war platform to wage war against the outside world and make offerings of true spirits."

Green spoke in a low voice, his tricolored eyes fixed on the first-ring True Spirit Wizard.

"Summon an ancient sky city! In what level of virtual world does that ancient sky city lie lost?"

The first-ring True Spirit Wizard did not ask Green the amount of Sands of Time required, but instead directly inquired about the degree of illusion of this lost sky city, thus directly estimating the amount of Sands of Time needed.

"The deepest illusion, a flowing light travels back through the dimensional esophagus!"

Suddenly, the hall fell completely silent, an eerie silence.

After a while, the first-ring True Spirit Wizard said, "Summoning a sky city from that level of illusion! It must have required a considerable amount of Sands of Time. I hope the Skynet Independent Will robot you brought this time will bring some surprises to the Wizarding World. Don't worry, even if it's the Metal Destroyer's conspiracy, we elemental wizards will use the information about the Abyss World to secure enough benefits for you. That guy inside should be more interested in your Abyss intelligence."

As he spoke, the first-ring True Spirit Wizard waved his magic wand, intending to teleport all the wizards present to the Eternal Sky City at the same time.

"Hehehe, Silvana, this is the Saintly Wizard of the Tower of Obliteration who wrote 'Grimm's Fairy Tales' before you wrote 'Psychic Meditation', a brilliant and outstanding wizard born after the ancient war in the wizarding world."

The Five Rings True Spirit Wizard introduced himself to the ancient wizard amidst the distortion of space and time.

"Unbelievable. I felt a terror from him I had never felt before. A killing wizard nurtured by the rules of light and darkness wizards? Such a wizard wrote 'Grimm's Fairy Tales'. Perhaps there really is some secret in them."
