Wizard's Journey

Chapter 1643 The Vacuum Period of Elemental Wizards

Wisps of smoke rose slowly.

Looking out, the Wizarding Continent was filled with ruins, and columns of smoke rose from the ravines, seemingly driven deep into the ground by energy beams. The smoke rose and fell, gradually merging into the dark clouds in the sky, creating a gloomy and oppressive atmosphere.

After the invasion of the metal robot legion during the Civilization War, and the current war between elemental wizards and mechanical wizards, the ecological environment of the Wizarding Continent has deteriorated, and countless low-level creatures have gradually become extinct. Now, wizard apprentices can only learn the knowledge contained in the biological specimens of these low-level creatures from the biological specimens in the ancient wizarding laboratories and from classical books.

This has been the case for generations of wizards, and wasn't Green lamenting the extinction of ancient creatures back then?

"Alas... the elemental wizards have been defeated. I wonder what will become of the wizarding world."

The current patriarch of the Erlun Wizarding Family sighed.

Even as the head of a wizarding family, possessing certain power and vision, he still felt insignificant and humble in the face of the grand scheme of the wizarding world, unable to influence the situation and only able to drift with the tide.

"We thought the family would rise again after surviving the War of Civilizations, but the war between elemental wizards and mechanical wizards has once again shattered our plans. Elder Angelina, do you have any good suggestions? What should we do? The decline of the family rests entirely on our generation!"

The family patriarch was only a level two wizard.

It is evident that in order to fulfill the entrustment of the previous patriarch, to survive the Third Civilization War, and to revive the Erlun family, this patriarch of the Moore family has done his utmost. The exhausting life he leads every day has made him look haggard, and his temples have turned gray. It is feared that he will never be able to step into the realm of a third-level great wizard in his lifetime.

The Elder Angelena mentioned by the Second Wheel Clan Chief is a female Level 3 Archmage.

Dressed in a peacock feather wizard's robe, Angelina's skin was fair and brown, and her black eyes shone with wisdom. She stood at the top of the family's watchtower, overlooking the vast land of the Holy Tower of the Wizarding Continent.

Seeing the chieftain's confusion, Angelina couldn't help but comfort him, "At least, the Wizard Tower of the Super Magic Hand is still there."

The battle between elemental wizards and mechanical wizards, although both sides of the Holy Mark wizards moved the battlefield to the Holy Mark Secret Realm and the Void World to minimize the impact on ordinary humans, still resulted in the destruction of thousands of wizard towers on the wizarding continent, even though it was just a war between wizarding academies. The tower masters of these wizard towers were undoubtedly the mainstays of the elemental wizards' struggle for supremacy.

There are even rumors that quite a few Stigmata Wizards have perished because of this battle for supremacy!

It's both pathetic and laughable. Despite having won the war of civilization, the cruelty never ends. Every time a war of civilization ends, a similar war inevitably takes place on the ruins, representing the rebirth of a wizarding system.

With the elemental wizards' defeat, the wizarding families of the Wizarding Continent, though unaware of the implications, knew that their future was likely to be bleak...

Hearing Angelina's words of comfort, Chief Moor sighed and said, "Yes, as long as the Wizarding Tower of the Super Magic Hand stands, we, as one of the largest supporting families of the Wizarding Tower of the Super Magic Hand, will at least not perish due to the changing times."

"Hmph!"

At that moment, Angelina suddenly smiled mysteriously.

"I recently visited the Wizard Tower of the Super Magic Hand and gained some insights. Yes, the elemental wizards were defeated, but... we were not defeated! Has Your Excellency forgotten the Great Wizard of the Tower of Annihilation from a thousand years ago?"

"You mean...?"

The Moor chieftain suddenly remembered something.

"You mean that a thousand years ago, the Holy Mark Wizard of the Tower of Annihilation, through his outstanding contributions in the War of Civilizations, gained unparalleled prestige and led an army of billions of wizards to land in a summoned ancient sky city, embarking on an expedition to an unknown world to offer his true spirit?"

"Exactly!"

Angelina spoke with unwavering conviction, her eyes gleaming with an inscrutable wisdom, and said in a low voice, "It is indeed this unparalleled genius of the wizarding world, the Saintly Wizard of the Tower of Annihilation! According to reliable sources from the Wizarding Tower of the Super Magic Hand, this Saintly Wizard of the Tower of Annihilation is on his way back from his expedition and is about to complete his True Spirit Offering, initiate the Ancestor of Wizards Project, and join the war for supremacy in the wizarding world! It is all because the Erlun family has weakened that we have failed to obtain such crucial information, causing us to miss a huge opportunity."

After a pause, Angelina continued, "The Archmage of the Hand of Demons is one of the Archmage of the Tower of Annihilation's closest friends. Although he didn't join the expedition, he still expressed his support for the Archmage of the Tower of Annihilation. If we can join the Archmage of the Tower of Annihilation in the future, we might be able to turn the tide!"

"Hiss... Now that you mention it, the group of innate wizards that the family secretly trained before might actually present an opportunity?"

……

The Secret Realm of the Super Magic Hand Stigmata.

"Cough cough, if I had known this would happen, it would have been a good choice to join the Tower of Annihilation. The strength of these mechanical wizards is incomparable to what it used to be. Even if the abyss body-refining wizards developed abyss summoning, with the current strength of mechanical wizards at their peak, I'm afraid they will only be defeated."

The Demon Hand Sivirnis was severely weakened due to damage to his Soul Flame.

As early as the beginning of the Civilization War, the Hand of the Super Magic advanced to the fifth level of the Holy Mark Wizard with his unique talent. After years of honing and accumulating experience in the Civilization War, the Hand of the Super Magic, Sivirnis, had already acquired all the foundations to advance to the sixth level of the Holy Mark Wizard. However, he was delayed by the injury to his soul fire suffered during the Elemental Mechanical Wizard Competition.

Beside the Demon Hand Sivirnis was a female Stigmata Archmage, who appeared to be a Nightmare Wizard, and she had an extremely close relationship with this Stigmata Wizard.

"I've long heard from older wizards that this Saint Mark Wizard of the Tower of Annihilation, besides being exceptionally talented and unparalleled in wisdom, exudes a madness from within. I just never imagined his ambition would be so great, actually attempting to become the ancestor of wizards, the supreme king of the wizarding world!"

The witch expressed her worry.

"To be honest, I don't want you to get close to him! If the plan succeeds, that's great, but if it fails..."

……

One Ring of the Holy Tower World.

As long as this last wisp of eternal soul remains, and as long as no battle occurs, the first-ring True Spirit Wizard will exist forever, preserving the final deterrent of elemental wizards.

"A talent gap in elemental wizards... Who would have thought that such a talented group of elemental wizards would face a talent shortage and vacuum after the War of Civilizations!"

During the War of Civilizations, both the seventh-ring True Spirit Wizards and the second-ring True Spirit Wizards were capable of shouldering the ultimate responsibility of the Elemental Wizards. Even the Holy Mark Wizard of the Tower of Annihilation was qualified. However, one accident after another has occurred, causing the Elemental Legacy of the Lever of Fate in the hands of the first-ring True Spirit Wizard to be unable to be passed down!

The Third Ring Road, the Fifth Ring Road, the Sixth Ring Road, the Eighth Ring Road, the Ninth Ring Road...

After much deliberation, among the five elemental spirits, only the sixth-ring spirit wizard can be considered as a viable candidate.

With its unique rules, if it can obtain the miraculous power of the rules of fate, the light of wisdom, and the power of kings, it will surely gain an extraordinary improvement. However, it is precisely because of its unique rules that it will be difficult to withstand dimensional curses. It is feared that passing on the rules of fate to it will only harm it!

"If the Holy Mark Wizards of the Tower of Annihilation had obediently accepted the inheritance, there wouldn't have been so much trouble. Ancestor of Wizards... Hmph, you simply cannot understand the power of the Black Wizard King and the Seventeen Wheels! Although Prometheus couldn't intervene, even the overflowing power was enough for you to withstand. It's a pity I was severely injured during the Second Civilization War, otherwise..."
