Wizard's Journey

Chapter 1762 Alliance Conference (Part 1)

To participate in the Wizarding Alliance Conference, one must be at least a very special level three being, such as a ruler who controls a small world or a demon hunter wizard who has obtained a level one honor medal.

After the Third Civilization War, countless World Lords and Stigmata Wizards perished, but in their place, even more World Lords and Stigmata Wizards advanced, and the Wizarding World gained an increasingly larger share of power within the Alliance, thus developing and expanding this vast Alliance organizational civilization system.

Although the Alliance Conference has not yet officially started, the topic of the first Wizard King has become the core of all discussions among the people who gathered in advance. Secondly, there are some discussions about the Demon Hunting Expedition. After all, all the lords of the alien worlds understand that the wizards established this huge alliance for this so-called Demon Hunting Expedition!

As for what exactly the Demon Hunter Expedition is?

The vast majority of world rulers were in a daze, unaware of what was going on. They were only forced to join this alliance organization out of fear of the wizards' cruel conquests and were bound by the rules of the contract.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh...

The first to descend upon the Elemental Space were naturally the numerous Saint Mark Wizards and World Lords. These strange and otherworldly World Lords either survived the Third Civilization War or advanced by sheer luck. After fully understanding the terrifying power of the world at the sole center of this world community, they all maintained an absolute sense of awe.

With a whoosh, flames erupted, and the black-bearded wizard, enveloped in crimson heat, followed the main force of elemental wizards, descending from the void into this elemental space bound by the rules of spacetime like a shooting star.

The Andean Mystery Stigmata Wizard, as the most outstanding and proud newest member to be promoted to Stigmata since the birth of the Wizard Ancestor Rules, has a long and arduous wizarding path ahead. Aspiring to become the second generation Wizard King, he strives to explore the profound truths amidst the burning flames.

"The Andean Master!"

A female Stigmata Wizard greeted Andes; she was a Level 4 Skynet Wizard, and she moved toward the Elemental Wizards where Andes was.

The wizarding world today is no longer what it used to be, where different factions of wizards were clearly separated. Under the unified management of the Wizard King's will, there are mechanical wizarding academies, Skynet wizarding academies, and Blood Cloud, a body-refining wizarding school, as well as other regions. The entire wizarding world is in a state of large-scale co-habitation and small-scale mixed co-habitation.

"Master Lilian!"

Upon seeing the visitors, Andes quickly adopted a courteous gesture, welcoming them with extreme intimacy.

Although the new humans in the vast universe have combined their bloodlines with wizards, and like mermaids, they all belong to the wizard race after the rules of the wizard ancestor, their individual forms are still somewhat different from ordinary wizards. For example, this Lilian has a tall figure and flawless white skin, like a baby. Her limbs are much longer than those of a normal wizard, her figure is also more slender, and her head occupies a larger proportion.

Generally speaking, Skynet wizards are like hacker puppeteers, rarely revealing their true forms. However, at such an alliance conference, apart from a very few Overlords who have the right to project themselves to attend the meeting, the World Lords and Stigmata Wizards are required to descend in their true forms to show respect to the Wizard King.

"After a thousand years, the master's aura of rules has become even more powerful and domineering. My physical body, which is protected by the spiritual body and the basic cell modification, feels small and oppressive just by standing next to the master."

That being said, Lilian's gaze toward the Andes was noticeably different, filled with an undisguised fiery tenderness.

Similarly, Andes' gaze seemed to melt Lilian's heart, overflowing with affection.

"This conference was convened by the Wizarding King to establish internal regulations and treaties for the Alliance, serving as rules for the Demon Hunting Expedition. It is divided into two main parts: the relationship between the Wizarding World and the Alliance, and the internal development of the Wizarding World. All participants have the right to speak. So, are you ready to submit your proposal?"

Andes asked with concern.

Although he hadn't experienced it in detail, Green learned some things from snippets of conversation with other wizards: Skynet wizards and sea wizards were still discriminated against by many of the traditional ideas of ancient wizards.

The ancient wizards referred to by Andes are completely different from the ancient wizards referred to by Grimm in the old era. In the eyes of the innate wizards, all wizards of human blood belong to the concept of ancient wizards. This type of wizard is conservative and backward in thought due to historical reasons, and often criticizes the wizards of the new era for forgetting tradition, breaking the lineage, and losing their wizarding beliefs...

Everything was so similar to how Green had viewed the ancient wizards of the previous era.

"I had prepared a proposal, but due to special reasons, I may not use it. I believe the Great Wizard King will definitely build a strong, harmonious, and unified wizarding world."

"kindness!"

Lilian's words made Andes nod confidently, and he was overjoyed.

……

The Black Witch King, who sought redemption by hunting demons, was an incarnation of two sides during Grimm's demon-hunting expedition. Together with many True Spirit Wizards who had already gathered, he looked down from the void at the increasing number of Holy Mark Wizards and World Lords inside the Elemental Space Box.

The number of world lords gathering in the elemental space is increasing, almost bursting this small space.

Beside the Black Witch King was a crystal coffin, which contained an avatar of Prometheus.

Standing three meters tall, radiating explosive power, with flawless skin, a high-bridged nose, and deep-set eyes, the Prometheus avatar gazed at the Black Wizard King with deep, calm eyes, and said in a low voice, "Everyone has come for the Wizard King, yet you haven't shown up. Is that really a good idea?"

In the boundless, darkest depths of the black smoke, the Black Wizard King, his disheveled hair curling into a sinister, cruel laugh, chuckled hoarsely, "People only need to know that the Wizard King exists. The Wizard King will serve as the ultimate protector of the wizarding world. Besides the Demon Hunting Expedition, there are many other matters to attend to in the wizarding world. Leaving aside the exploration of the Nightmare World and the Immortal Realm, according to secret intelligence, it seems the Chaos World Cluster has already detected activity from the Skynet's independent will terminator?"

Upon hearing this, the True Spirit Wizard in the distance glanced at the Black Witch King. Whether it was psychological or not, the True Spirit Wizard seemed to see the Black Witch King looking at him. He quickly turned his head away guiltily, not daring to say anything more.

The Black Wizard King let out a cruel, cold laugh, and said nothing more. He said calmly, "The Internet world is a virtual world created out of nothingness in the vast universe. It is also the communication reliance of the future wizarding civilization. It is as important as the world of Xiahe civilization. We must not let it be separated from us. Nobody wants to go back to the era of Zero Boundary Stone communication, right? Let the Wizard King handle these matters on our doorstep in secret. We will go all out to conquer the distant land. I wonder what has become of the gate to the Dark World."

The current Black Witch King, although controlled by Grimm's wizarding will, is not a complete replacement of his will, but merely a compatibility of some of his will. It is similar to a low-dimensional creature's will entering a high-dimensional will to complete its rebirth, only with a larger proportion of it.

Thus, the Black Witch King's evil, cruelty, madness, and reckless, dark ways remain, severely oppressing the people.

"Huh? Vatti Quantum Light has arrived too, hehehehe!"

If the Black Witch King sensed something, he and many other True Spirit Sovereigns in the void would gaze at the two tiny figures that were gradually flying out of the spacetime vortex where the energy beams were gathered. They were none other than the Demon Doll and Little Emperor!
