Wizard's Journey

Chapter 2003 Abyss Battlefield

Chapter 2001 Abyss Battlefield (Twenty-Six)

Faced with the ultimate destruction of this endless world, the One-Round True Spirit Wizard and the One-Armed Formless Ancient Demon quietly felt as insignificant as ants before a primordial tsunami.

"Help me!"

The orbital cannon was still quite far away, but the astonishing pressure of being locked on and the destructive radiation emanating from it had already torn every inch of the True Spirit Wizard's skin apart as if it were burning paper. His True Spirit body made a "crunching" sound, almost being squeezed into a small ball.

Even before being directly impacted by the railgun, the sheer pressure of the collapsing space alone made the True Spirit Wizard feel as if the end of the world was upon him.

As the True Spirit Wizard of One Circle shouted, a wisp of seven-colored light suddenly surged from his mouth, enveloping him. The one-armed Demon Ancestor, who was doubly enveloped by the True Spirit Wizard of One Circle's magic and the spatial collapse of the Star Orbit Cannon, had his demonic energy deflating like a punctured balloon, spewing out from the pores of his limbs, bones, mouth, nose, ears, and eyes, disintegrating over a large area. His painful and ferocious expression was indescribable.

The other True Spirit Wizards also abandoned their opponents and scattered like startled birds and beasts.

Overwhelmed by the power of the Star Cannon, the demon ancestors who were fighting against it also fled in terror. As for the abyssal dragons that were close to the Star Cannon and the low-level demons hidden deep in the dragon horde, they were riddled with holes and their demonic energy overflowed in the milky white light that engulfed everything. They were quickly evaporated and completely disappeared.

"They're here."

The World Tree responded to the True Spirit Wizard with a calm voice.

Immediately afterwards, a beam of seven-colored light pierced through the void and surged forth, converging with the seven-colored light on the body of the True Spirit Wizard, activating the infinite spacetime power of the Lever of Fate.

Lever of Fate: Infinite Spacetime Power. It uses an energy body as a price to manipulate the rules of spacetime. The fulcrum of fate must withstand the backlash of one percent of the spacetime collapse. Those who fail to manipulate the rules of spacetime will suffer a magical backlash.

With the World Tree's unparalleled physical strength, the backlash from the one percent spacetime collapse caused by the Star Orbiter Cannon's spatial lock was naturally insignificant. Thus, the moment the True Spirit Wizard connected with the rules of the Lever of Fate Magic Wand, he finally breathed a sigh of relief. Faced with the oppressive force of the Star Orbiter Cannon and the certainty of certain death, even a True Spirit Wizard was no different from an ordinary person, just as insignificant and helpless. Any reaction was normal.

"Ah, ah, ah! You're not leaving either!"

The desperate one-armed demon ancestor roared, only able to partially activate its true demon body. One of its arms turned pitch black, transforming into a blade, and slashed at the beam of seven-colored light, intending to completely sever it and take the True Spirit Wizard with it.

At this critical moment, even though she knew the seven-colored light couldn't change because of the one-armed demon's movements, the old witch was unwilling to gamble even the slightest bit because her life was at stake. The old witch, who kept switching between youth and old age, bared her teeth and opened her eyes. After the tri-colored sprite on her shoulder made a solemn expression as if facing death, it turned into a beam of light and disappeared. Immediately afterwards, the ominous wind mixed with eerie red hair around the old witch suddenly became violent. Similarly, the old witch also stretched out an arm.

This arm was as smooth as jade, like a young girl's arm. With a "boom", it clashed head-on with the one-armed demon ancestor!

An astonishing scene unfolded.

The old witch, who had previously been constantly suppressed by the One-Armed Demon Ancestor, now surprisingly defeated him with overwhelming force. While still managing to inflict damage on his true form, she coldly declared, "Our battle is undecided; the outcome is still uncertain. I simply didn't want to waste too much energy on a dying man. Now you can die under the will of the First Wizard King!"

As the old witch spoke, his body vanished just before the orbital cannon arrived. The one-armed demon ancestor saw only eternal daylight. His body crumbled inch by inch under the impact. The speed of the omnipotent soul's repair was no match for the speed of destruction. After a brief moment, it directly burned and destroyed the omnipotent soul. His will was stripped away bit by bit until nothingness.

"The First Wizarding King?"

Unfortunately, the Abyss Demons had too many enemies. The One-Armed Demon Ancestor died without ever knowing that his death was caused by a single sentence left behind by a wizard before his departure.

……

Boom!

The Abyss Dragons suffered massive casualties, and the power of the void was agitated by the orbital cannons. The prepared low-level wizards took refuge in the space fortress, which was blown up and down by the wind. However, due to their thorough preparation, they suffered only minor casualties and stumbled away from the battlefield. In contrast, the Abyss Demons suffered heavy losses.

"This power, wizard! Immediately report this power possessed by the wizard to the three supreme demons of the Heart of the Abyss, and let them decide!"

The power of the Star Orbiter Cannon has completely shattered the confidence of the invading demon ancestors. The formless demon ancestors knew nothing about this ultimate destructive power, how it was fired, how it was triggered, how long the interval was, what kind of weapon it was, or even whether there would be another shot soon!

In this state of fear, the Formless Demon Ancestors naturally dared not pursue rashly. They fled in disarray to the deeper parts of Xu's realm, cautiously observing any unusual activity in the depths of the void amidst the terror of seeing enemies everywhere. If they made any discovery, they would surely face a full-scale counterattack, resolutely avoiding any further entanglement with any wizards.

……

Firestone World, or Firestone Superstar.

"That, that's...!"

Whether it was a battlefield filled with the smoke of gunpowder, a jungle shrouded in swampy gas, a canyon peak shrouded in mist, or even an abyss camp shrouded in demonic energy, all intelligent beings couldn't help but raise their heads to look at the milky-white radiance that rivaled the sun, piercing through the sky as if splitting it in two, and they were all dumbfounded.

Such an anomaly is truly rare within a world where rules are as solid as mountains.

The Thirteenth Iron-Blooded Empress strode out of the base. Her mechanical helmet opened automatically, and her eyes, beneath her pale green skin, gazed at the milky white light. With her mouth slightly open, she instructed the equally shocked Iron-Blooded Elder beside her: "Immediately investigate the source of the void anomaly. Who is responsible, and what impact will it have on our situation?"

"Even through the planet's atmosphere and the protection of Gaia's consciousness, I can still feel its world-destroying power. It's unbelievable, and it's hard to believe that it was created by humans."

The Iron-Blooded Elder didn't quite believe the facts.

"Whether it is or not, I must get a definitive answer. I want the parliament to firmly grasp this power in its own hands!"

With swift and decisive action, the Iron-Blooded Empress finished speaking in an unquestionable tone, then turned and walked away.

……

"Report everything here to the Queen of Blades immediately."

The Multitude were not allowed to be stationed in the Firestone Great World, but only allowed to fight in cooperation with the Predator Legion in the surrounding important worlds. However, as a race with ambition and greed, although the war has not yet been won, these ulterior motives have already thought about the conflicts after the war. Therefore, information and intelligence about the Firestone World is also one of their targets.

These lurking insectoids happened to discover the mutation of the Star Orbiter Cannon and were also shocked by this destructive energy.
