Chapter 2044 Abyss Battlefield (Sixty-Nine)

This surprise attack occurred in the void near the Ironblood Galaxy World Cluster, but the first to arrive at the battlefield were the Mother Nest Civilization.

"Do you have any concrete information?"

Riding atop a colossal plasma behemoth, the Queen of Blades gazed at the black sphere rolling in from the depths of the void, communicating with the life consciousness of the Hive Zerg.

This black sphere, only one meter in diameter, rolled at an astonishing speed from the depths of the void to the Queen of Blades. It then slowly opened its body, its outermost black carapace protecting it from the void's obliterating power. Once it stretched out its body into the form of a flat-footed worm, tentacles extended out, each one remarkably a nimble little hand, its fingers constantly moving.

A disgusting, soft, needle-like mouth slowly emerged from its head, as if something was wriggling out of its body. With a "gurgling" sound, a strange eye slid out of its needle-like mouth.

Its eyes moved nimbly, like a cat's eye.

"It was an attack launched by the Abyss Demons against the Wizarding Center's war platform, but in the end, the wizards emerged victorious."

As the eerie insect spoke, the Queen of Blades reached out and plucked off the eye. A large amount of pus flowed from the flathead worm's mouth where the eye had been removed, quickly retracting into its body, writhing in pain into a ball once more.

The Queen of Blades ignored this as if it were perfectly normal.

The Blade Queen's originally exquisite and beautiful face suddenly split open 180 degrees as her sexy red lips slowly parted, swallowing the cat's eye stone with a "gulp," then calmly closed her mouth, seemingly digesting the information inside the eye.

The black beetle rolled into the depths of the void and disappeared without a trace.

After a moment, the Queen of Blades murmured, "It seems that the wizards have indeed won, but the level of the war scene seen by this eyeworm is too low to determine much of the outcome."

"Your Majesty, shall we continue?"

The plasma behemoth beneath the Queen of Blades asked, and behind it, one after another, enormous Zerglings formed a swarm stretching to the horizon. Even among the massive, honeycomb-like meteorites, the figures of the fighting Zerglings could be faintly seen.

"Hmph, but the battle ended so quickly, it must be different from that secret intelligence. It was just a small-scale sneak attack."

Having reached this conclusion, the Queen of Blades calmly said, "Continue onward."

"Who are you, and which demon ancestor is it?"

The Queen of Blades sensed the rapidly approaching monster, her battle-ready form ready to be unleashed!

"I am Prometheus of the Eternal Sky City, the Grand Commander of the Wizarding World's Demon-Hunting Expedition and disciple of the Second Wizard King! This fiend is one of the three progenitors of the Abyss World. If the two of us can bury one of them here, our demon-hunting achievements will be immeasurable!"
