Wizard's Journey

Chapter 407 The World of Flame Soul (Part 1)

The World of Flame Soul.

One hundred years ago.

Otani is submerged in the seabed; light from the surface world can no longer reach this place, and darkness has become the dominant rhythm here.

In this dark seabed, a blood-red glow flickered like a heartbeat, with small octopuses emitting a ghostly green light hunting around it, yet none daring to approach.

The crimson glow originated from a rock on the seabed, over twenty meters long and perfectly round.

One after another, phantoms of fire elemental creatures with different forms, which did not conform to the rules and rhythms of the Flame Soul World, appeared on this blood-red stone. These elemental giants were tall and ferocious, and looked extremely cruel.

puff……

Suddenly, two azure eyes opened in the darkness.

In the dim, blood-red light, a hundred-meter-tall black flame phantom was faintly reflected, with ripples of the Flame Soul World's power surging, seemingly a special connection between the world's guardians.

After a while.

The black flame's voice was incredibly hoarse and deep as it said, "Sky, earth, this strange stone is very likely the embryonic form of a natural world rift between the Locust World and another powerful world. It must be guarded at all times to prevent any unforeseen events. As for the Gate to the Nest World, go and take a look. If all else fails, summon the Primordial Locust Flame God to return ahead of schedule."

Having severed the connection with the power of the world, the azure eyes gazed calmly at the strange stone for a while.

As if sensing something, a fire giant on the strange stone raised its head high, its two heads and four narrow eyes emitting an evil and brutal eerie light, and a strange smile appeared at the corner of its mouth.

"snort……"

After letting out a cold snort, the black flame slowly closed its azure eyes once again.

……

Fifteen years later.

This is the Primordial Locust God Kingdom, constructed in the void world by the power of faith.

Like the Sacred Realm of the Wizarding World, the Kingdom of the First Locust God is attached to the World of Flame Soul, or rather, parasitized by the World of Flame Soul.

Since this vast space is not a fragment of the world, and has never had its own world heart, the rules here are almost completely the same as those of the Flame Soul World, or rather, it is a space that was cut off from the Flame Soul World!

The fiery red sacred grass grows lush and green, and the sounds of praise to the gods linger.

In the towering and magnificent temple of the Primordial Locust, constructed entirely of rubies, the six most powerful locusts in the Locust World gathered together.

"The Wizarding World?"

At the main position of the temple, ripples converged toward the red-crowned locust.

The black flame atop this locust's head resembled a candle flame, and its deep, ancient eyes, which seemed to reflect the entire Flame Soul World, appeared to hold the weight of countless millennia of life.

"Yes, the creature that lured Dark Annihilation into the lair claimed to be a wizard from the Wizarding World. Primordial Flame God, among the many powerful otherworldly gods you've spoken with, has there been any information about the Wizarding World?"

The Dark Flame God looked up at the strongest Flame God in the Locust World. Though his gaze was solemn, his heart was bleeding.

Fifteen years ago, four alien gods from the wizarding world completely destroyed the Darkborn Imperial Capital Temple, and the Darkborn Kingdom began to gradually collapse.

now.

Although the Dark Flame God's own strength was not specifically affected, without the support of the power of faith, it had become a god who had fallen from the divine kingdom to the mortal world.

According to some myths in the Flame Soul world, the loss of churches and temples and the collapse of divine kingdoms that cause gods to fall to the mortal realm mean that... mortals have the right to kill gods!

If a mortal can kill a god who has fallen to the mortal realm, he can seize the so-called divine status, which is the attention of the world's will, and become the new generation of the Flame God!

Of course, this is just a unique rule of the Flame Soul world.

With a furrowed brow, the Primordial Flame God, beneath his fiery crown, did not immediately respond, but instead looked at the Dark Flame God, the Dark Flame God, the Sky Guardian, and the Earth Guardian.

"What do you... think?"

"A conspiracy! This is a conspiracy against the Great Locust World!"

The Dark Flame God's voice was deep and his eyes were sinister.

The Dark Flame God nodded in agreement and said in a deep voice, "It is obvious that the Dark Flame God was able to be lured into the lair world that the God of Wizards had already laid an ambush for by that insignificant and lowly wizard. The Dark Flame God must have had some interaction with that insignificant and lowly wizard, and thus developed hatred for him."

"Oh, right!"

As if struck by a thought, Darkfire God added, "Dark Annihilation has made great progress in the past few hundred years, and I suspect it may be related to that wizarding world."

"Um."

Shi Huang Yanshen nodded.

"I've gleaned some information from the corpses of the wizard slaves that appeared at those world gates. All 879 corpses delivered showed clear signs of soul manipulation, and the methods of soul control were more sophisticated than those used for Flame Soul Enslavement. Moreover, these creatures seem to have come from different worlds..."

Upon hearing the analysis of the First Locust God, the Sky Guardian floating in mid-air had a sudden flash of cold light in its eyes.

"In other words, the enemy that the Flame Soul World will face is very likely also a powerful world that rules over regions spanning several worlds?"

The Earth Guardian picked up a Flame Soul Sacred Fruit and put it in his mouth. After swallowing a glass of fine wine poured by a servant of the Primordial Locust Temple, he sneered, "The root of all the mysteries lies in Annihilation, but that guy has disappeared. Hmph, otherwise I'd like to see what kind of sweet talk he can come up with to shirk responsibility!"

Three full days later.

"Alright, there's no point in speculating like this any longer. The most important thing now is to find out about that wizarding world as soon as possible and then prepare a concrete plan of action. I'll try to communicate with the gods of those distant and powerful alien worlds to see if I can find out any information about this mysterious wizarding world."

The First Locust God spoke.

After the Dark Flame God, the Bright Flame God, the Dark Flame God, the Sky Guardian, and the Earth Guardian all nodded, their heads were surrounded by black flames, their figures dimmed, and they left the Kingdom of the First Locust God.

…………

Deep within the Kingdom of the First Locust God lies a mysterious altar, a full kilometer in size.

Millions of souls wailed, entwined and intertwined on the altar, where a black flame burned fiercely in the center, its mysterious and oppressive energy spreading throughout the hall.

Beneath the red crown, the First Locust Flame God pondered for a moment, then took out a purple lightning pendant and threw it into the black flames.

With a "poof" sound.

A mysterious force flashed and disappeared. After patiently waiting for a while, a mysterious and powerful will from a distant, unknown world made a connection.

"Hahahaha, you've already communicated with my will after only two thousand years, Lord of the Locust World. What deal do you want to make with me this time?"

On the thousand-meter-long altar, a three-hundred-meter-long phantom of a purple thunder crab looked down at the equally enormous black flames and asked with a loud laugh.

This purple lightning giant scorpion, the world's ruler, was a powerful world ruler whom the Primordial Locust Flame God had accidentally communicated with more than two thousand years ago during a sacrifice.

"I want to know specific information about a world, but what price will I have to pay?"

The connection between the purple lightning giant scorpion and the altar is constantly being consumed by the souls swirling around it, with hundreds of thousands of souls continuously surging towards the giant scorpion's phantom.

"That depends on what kind of world information it is. Although the Demon Blood Scorpion World records information about many powerful world clusters, it rarely pays attention to some insignificant and tiny worlds. Tell me the name of the world you want to query first, and then I will decide."

After the God of Fire gave a soft "hmm," he casually waved his hand, and millions of souls once again filled the altar to maintain communication between the two.

Its name is... The Wizarding World.

As the First Locust Flame God spoke, the purple lightning giant scorpion, which had been full of anticipation for the transaction, suddenly trembled and looked at the First Locust Flame God in disbelief.

"You! You..."

The purple lightning giant scorpion's voice changed; it actually roared, its voice filled with disbelief.

"You actually went and contacted that terrifying monster world! Are you crazy? You have no idea what kind of monsters make up that terrifying world, you have no idea how powerful those monsters are, you lunatic! I'm ending this deal immediately, you're courting death..."

With a "bang," the purple lightning giant scorpion phantom disintegrated into millions of souls.

The First Locust Flame God's azure eyes were filled with disbelief.

It seemed that the Flame Soul World had inadvertently and actively opened the seal of a terrifying world!

With his breathing slightly rapid, the First Locust Flame God spared no expense, gathering the power of millions of souls once again, and threw a white crystal into the black flames at the center of the altar.

The pure white light of white crystals is not a sign of coldness, but rather a luster that brings joy to the spirit.

With a "poof" sound.

A mysterious force flashed and disappeared. After patiently waiting for a while, another mysterious and powerful will from a distant world connected.

The soft light emanated from a crescent moon, a hundred meters long, radiating a pure white glow.

"I am the sixth son of the Eternal Spring, the Eternal Moon. You can trade anything with me, as long as you can afford the price. Lord of a distant, otherworldly realm, what do you wish to gain by communicating with me?"

Gradually, the pure white, soft light formed a balance between the Eternal Moon and the Primordial Fire God.

This world ruler seems to be an entity that specializes in cross-world transactions within the endless world.

After taking a deep breath, the Primordial Flame God took out a crystal core and placed it in the balance scale beneath his feet. He then pressed down the scale scale and tilted the Eternal Moon upwards.

The Primordial Fire God said in a deep voice, "The Wizarding World... I want to know everything you have about the Wizarding World!"

"The Wizarding World..."

The Eternal Moon's voice remained calm, but the scales began to sink steadily, and the pure white light of the scales had completely lifted the Primordial Flame God.

"How is this possible? This is a World Lord's Crystal Core!"

The First Locust God cried out in alarm, his eyes filled with disbelief.

The Eternal Moon remained calm, and its voice remained as indifferent as ever.

"The rules of the Eternal Moon Trade are based on balance. If you want to obtain my information about the Wizarding World, you need to pay the price of ten enslaved worlds, and you must sign a fate contract, never revealing anything about me."

The price of enslaving ten worlds!?

The First Locust Flame God was panting heavily. With his wisdom, he certainly understood the significance of the message that the Eternal Moon had given him.

This means the other party wants me to voluntarily abandon the deal!

Because the Wizarding World is a powerful world that the other party doesn't want to provoke.

Otherwise, according to the original trading rules, one only needs to keep paying the price until the scales gradually reach equilibrium.

Clenching his teeth, Shi Huang Yan Shen said painfully, "I abandon this deal."

With a "poof," the Eternal Moon vanished, and millions of souls dissipated.
