Wizard's Journey

Chapter 554 Departure for the Magnetic World

Green piloted the Shadow Meteor towards the Seventh Ring Holy Tower Dark Wizard Headquarters. The three-meter-diameter black sphere remained perfectly stable in mid-air before disappearing in a flash.

With a creak, the upper hatch of the Shadow Starfall opened, and Green, carrying Little Eight on his shoulder, slowly landed on the ground and walked into the Dark Wizard Headquarters.

After about half an hourglass period.

"There's a Demon Hunting Expedition mission in two months, that's great!"

Green once again piloted the Shadow Starfall towards Millie's Demon Hunter Castle, needing to settle the Thousand-Eyed Crab first.

One of the Thousand-Eyed Crab's claws was still in the regeneration stage and was very fragile, so Green did not plan to take it on the demon-hunting expedition. After some past experiences, Green had come to regard the Thousand-Eyed Crab as his friend.

Inside the Shadow Starfall, Green stared intently at the severed limb in his hand.

Centuries have passed, and Green is no longer as eager to wait for that fleeting lightning pattern as he was when he first discovered the secret of the broken branch.

"Hehehe, young master, how much longer will it take to absorb all the lightning patterns on this broken branch?"

Green stared intently at the severed limb, then shook his head as if afraid of missing something.

"The exact timing is unclear, but if we make every effort, we might achieve a breakthrough within a few decades!"

…………

Two months later.

Riding the Shadow Meteor, Grimm flew alone to the Dark Wizard Headquarters. On the hexagonal plaza atop the Dark Wizard Headquarters, where a large number of Dark Wizards were gathering, a mechanical bee specially transported Grimm to the space fortress above the clouds.

This is an ordinary space fortress with a diameter of 10,000 meters, nothing special about it.

Click!

Grimm landed inside the space fortress, his footsteps clicking on the metal floor. Under the Mask of Truth, he glanced around the bustling mechanical space inside the fortress, then, with Hachi on his shoulder and leaning on his ram-horned skull magic staff, he walked step by step toward the command center.

Layers upon layers of magical restrictions and mechanical defenses were ignored, and Green was allowed to pass through them all.

With a creak, the heavy metal door at the back of the command center opened.

Several intelligent mechanical puppets looked over, and several pots of ferocious vines intertwined and approached Grimm, but after sensing the fluctuations of the original will of Grimm's wizarding world, they all retreated.

Behind Green, the heavy metal door to the combat command center closed.

At this moment, there were about forty people in the command center. The Fortress Heart had not yet been activated. They were studying documents and crystal ball image data, discussing and formulating battle plans.

These elite wizards all looked up at Green and, upon discovering that he was a first-class wizard with the Medal of Honor, the wizards in charge exchanged glances. A beautiful black-haired female wizard with alluring red lips walked over gracefully, bearing a resemblance to Kredia.

This witch was not as deliberately seductive as Cressia; her wizard robe was an elemental garment, a rare magical artifact, similar to the Mystery Plate Wizard Robe that Grimm once possessed.

"master."

Grimm bowed respectfully to the Level 3 Archmage, while Little Eight on Grimm's shoulder excitedly exclaimed, "Gagaga! What world are we invading this time?"

The witch's red lips curved slightly, as if she really liked Xiao Ba.

Turning around, the witch retrieved a crystal ball and a thick stack of documents from behind her back, and said to Green, "This mission is a bit rushed, please don't mind. Everyone must seize every moment to formulate a battle plan."

After a pause, the witch turned to Xiao Ba and said, "The world we are going to this time is called the Magnetic World. However, our mission is not to plunder or invade, but to help the rulers of the Magnetic World, the Magnetic People, defeat their enemy, a lord of an alien world who broke the ancient seal of the Magnetic World, and his servants and minions."

"Huh?"

Little Eight stared blankly at the witch, as if he couldn't believe his ears.

The wizarding world goes to help other worlds!?

This was simply unbelievable for ancient wizards, but for the modern world that has formed the Wizarding Alliance, it has turned the impossible into the possible.

Modern wizards adopt a policy of plunder and colonization over the world of demon hunter expeditions, rather than the enslavement and plunder of ancient wizards.

In order to strengthen the power of the wizarding civilization as quickly as possible, the wizarding world generally allows the local native creatures to continue to rule the world after it has been invaded. All that is needed is to sign a fate contract and join the wizarding alliance. It is rare to adopt a policy of total enslavement or genocide.

The Locust Clan of the Flame Soul World is just one example in the Demon Hunting Expedition of the Wizarding World.

It is precisely because of this situation that creatures from some worlds will actively contact the wizarding world in various ways, propose certain conditions to reach a contract, and then voluntarily join the Wizarding Alliance.

For example... this magnetic world!

Clearly, the Magnets must have faced a genuine racial survival crisis before they contacted the Wizarding World in some way and requested to join the Wizarding League.

As for the conditions, they are naturally the defeat of the enemies that threaten their survival.

Green looked at the images in the crystal ball and the paper data in his hand, and gradually forgot about time.

It must be said that, from the perspective of fairy tales, that is, from the perspective of the innocent victims, the Magnets, the Wizarding World's Witcher Expedition was indeed a righteous expedition.

First, let's look at the information about the crystal ball.

The history of the Magnetic World, ruled by the Magnetic People, is so ancient that it is impossible to trace. There is no cycle of sun and moon, nor any change of seasons within the world. The sky is only shrouded in beautiful beams of Magnetic light.

In such a world, the plants are mainly various kinds of mosses, algae and ferns, and countless primordial magnetic boulders, even primordial magnetic mountains and primordial magnetic islands float in the sky. Metal resources are extremely abundant.

In short, this is a strange world with rules vastly different from those of the wizarding world.

However, the rules within the world are mild, so they will not cause accidental harm or death to human wizards.

Inside the Magnetic World, all that lives are formless and intangible Magnetic Creatures, a kind of magnetic energy body. To ordinary humans, they are like ghosts and monsters that cannot be seen or touched in biographical novels, but to wizards, they are just a kind of alien elemental life.

Any legitimate wizard with a natural sense can clearly "see" this creature.

The reason why the rulers of this world are called the Magnets is not because they are humanoid beings, but simply because the wizards have a habit of adding this term. In reality, they are just beings with irregular orbs of light, but they also have their own social system and civilization.

These are not the main points.

The key point is...

In ancient times, a powerful and bizarre creature of unknown origin was contacted by the evil forces of the Magnets and successfully summoned into the Magnet World with the intention of achieving certain goals.

From that moment on, the catastrophe of the Magnetic World began.

This terrifying creature from an unknown world possesses unimaginable power and is known by the Magnets as the Evil Blood Hate Demon King.

Its body is like the convergence of the blood of countless creatures, without a fixed form. It can move freely beneath the earth, can transform into thousands, and can bewitch and erode the will of creatures whose flesh and blood it erodes...

In short, this is a terrifying and powerful alien creature.

After a cataclysmic event that nearly led to a major upheaval, the ancient and powerful Magnetic World finally sealed away the Demon King of Hatred, allowing the Magnetic World to regain a temporary peace.

After this battle, the number and variety of flesh-and-blood creatures in the Magnetic World decreased drastically, causing the plants in the Magnetic World to begin to degenerate. This in turn caused the Magnetic Mountains, which could only float by reacting with plants, to fall from the sky. The Magnetic World gradually declined due to the turmoil.

Now, the Demon King of Hatred has finally broken the weakening ancient primordial magnetic seal and has descended upon the primordial magnetic world anew!

The Magnetic World is now unable to withstand the pollution and erosion of the terrifying creatures descending from this unknown world. The Demon King of Hatred is gradually taking over this world, seeking to become its new 'master'.

This is an alien evil god!

In this way, the Yuanci people learned about the Wizarding World through powerful creatures from one alien world after another, and thus found the mighty Wizarding World. They took the initiative to request to join the Wizarding Alliance and ask the Wizarding World for help to save the increasingly endangered Yuanci World.

From this perspective, the Witcher World's demon-hunting expedition was indeed a righteous act, as seen from the viewpoint of the victim, the Magnet.

Of course, for that hateful demon king, the wizarding world was undoubtedly an evil and powerful world that disrupted the survival of the fittest rule of the endless world.

As for the paper materials, they mainly introduced the characteristics of flesh-and-blood creatures that were bewitched by the will of the Demon King of Hatred.

First and foremost, it must be emphasized that wizards cannot consume any flesh and blood food in the Magnetic World.

Although a wizard's strong willpower can effectively resist the temptation of will, it is a different story if they consume food contaminated by the evil blood clone of the Demon King of Hatred.

Secondly, the demon hunters on this expedition must not bring any soul slaves, lest they become the servants and henchmen of that hated demon king.

Third, defeat and seal all the clones and main body of the Demon King of Hatred, and be sure to bring back a portion of them to the Wizarding World to study whether the manipulation of wills belongs to the civilized system.

Fourth, the elemental magnet is an important synthetic element for forging the metal shell of the space fortress. This demon-hunting expedition must reach a contract of mutual trust with the elemental magnet race and invite the elemental magnet elites to the Sky City of the Wizarding World!

…………

On the space fortress, the Stigmata Wizards of the Orchid Garden, White Tiles, Thunder Sawtooth, and Big Ben descended.

Green was slightly surprised.

These four Stigmata Wizards are actually several Stigmata Wizards from District 19!

During his time at the regional academy, Green interacted with the apprentice wizards of these wizarding colleges.

Five days later.

The demon hunters on the fortress only briefly looked at the plant and animal specimens of the Magnetic World before hastily ending their visit.

Among them, the Stigmata Wizard of the Orchid Garden is the leader of this demon-hunting expedition. After the Stigmata Wizard of the Orchid Garden declared "Justice marches out, defeats the evil blood-hate demon king, and helps the Magnetic Man restore world peace," the original will of the wizarding world descended upon the space fortress, activating the heart of the fortress and the fortress wizard shield.

Immediately afterwards, without the process of summoning a sea of soul slaves, inside the fortress...
