Arranged marriage, love blossoms; a fiercely devoted soldier dotes on her alone.

"Knock knock knock!"

Qin Huanhuan knocked three times, then pushed the door open and asked, "Mr. Ruan, you wanted to see me?"

Ruan Hongxia put down the documents in her hand, looked up at Qin Huanhuan, and said, "Manager Qin, I know Zhao Ruirui is in your office, so I called you over to prevent you from being bothered by her. Although her situation is pitiful, she also bears some responsibility. She is currently emotionally unstable and prone to extreme thoughts, so please try to avoid contact with her alone."

Qin Huanhuan knew that Ruan Hongxia was doing it for her own good.

So he said gratefully, "Thank you, Mr. Ruan. It's truly a blessing to have you care about and be so considerate of us subordinates."

"Zhao Ruirui's thinking is indeed somewhat extreme now."

"I made her take maternity leave."

Ruan Hongxia nodded and said, "That's fine too."

Then, pointing to a document on his desk, he said, "Manager Qin, please sit down and take a look at this feasibility analysis report for a new type of environmentally friendly cultural tourism project transformed from an abandoned mine."

"Okay, Mr. Ruan."

Qin Huanhuan agreed, sat down, and picked up the documents to read...

Ruan Hongxia continued, "This project was designated by the big boss. I have read the report. It is very detailed, highly operational, and creative. It is said to be a key national support project, in line with the national ecological environment strategic plan. It not only receives policy support but also substantial policy funding subsidies."

"It can be described as a mutually beneficial project for all three parties."

Qin Huanhuan listened to Ruan Hongxia speak while looking at the documents.

The sign above reads "A Sustainable Strategic Development Project for Ecological Restoration and Industrial Transformation."

The content describes how various regions are revitalizing abandoned mines through scientific governance and market-oriented approaches.

This involves industrial upgrading, ecological restoration, and economic transformation, with a focus on developing a green eco-tourism industry that embodies the principle that "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets."

This analysis report uses real-world examples of successful green ecological environment transformation practices to demonstrate the feasibility of the "Two Mountains" theory.

The report states;

First, ecological value transformation: turning abandoned mines into new tourist attractions or leisure venues, which both restores the environment and creates economic benefits. For example, Zhejiang Longemont Paradise has been transformed into a super-large resort area, and abandoned mines in Liaoning have been transformed into mountains that bring wealth to the villagers.

Second, sustainable development is achieved through the source management of abandoned mines and the gathering of scientific and technological innovation elements (such as attracting universities and research institutions to Xiangfudang in Zhejiang Province), to realize a virtuous cycle of ecological beauty, industrial prosperity, and people's wealth.

Third, it improves people's livelihoods and directly enhances the quality of life for residents. For example, the transformation of Fengfeng Mining Area into a forest park for citizens to exercise in the morning, and the renovation of Jinxi County's mines into retro villages, have led to an increase in tourists and boosted local employment.

Finally, the analysis and conclusion show that in recent years, many places in my country have actively promoted ecological restoration projects for abandoned mines, transforming former barren mining areas into green mountains and clear waters and a source of prosperity for the people.

For example, Yucun Village in Anji County, Zhejiang Province, transformed a mine pit into popular tourist attractions such as "Waterfall Coffee," boosting employment and village collective income.

For example, Jinxi County in Jiangxi Province implemented the "Geocenter Patch" ecological and cultural tourism project, which restored the mining area and integrated it with the revitalization of ancient village culture.

After reviewing the materials, Qin Huanhuan thought for a moment and asked, "President Ruan, is it appropriate for us, a tourism and cultural development company, to undertake these projects?"

Ruan Hongxia laughed and said, "Haha, do you think it's inappropriate?"

Qin Huanhuan thought for a moment and said, "That depends on which sectors the boss focuses on. Creating a tourism ecosystem and popular tourist attractions, combined with cultural landscapes and local revolutionary cultural resources, is also a current trend in tourism consumption."

Upon hearing this, Ruan Hongxia's eyes lit up, and she said, "Huanhuan, the ideas you just mentioned coincide with the boss's thoughts. First, this is an investigation project that the boss specifically requested to be carried out, and he specifically designated you to be in charge of following up on it."

"Secondly, this is also a new strategic approach proposed by the government for agricultural and rural development. The core model of transforming abandoned mines into tourist attractions is ecological restoration + cultural tourism integration. Through market-oriented operations, 'environmental liabilities' are transformed into 'new ecological calling cards,' achieving a win-win situation for both ecological and economic benefits."

"Personally, I think this is a very good project. In the past, tourist attractions and tourism resources in various places have been over-developed by local governments, which has not only depleted resources but also caused serious internal friction."

"This is a new type of eco-tourism industry model."

"For example, turning abandoned mines into scenic spots, such as waterfront landscapes, ecological wetlands, or cliffside cafes, can promote the development of the cultural and tourism industry through consumption."

"For example, we can leverage culture, delve into local history, especially the red culture industry, such as creating the '12 Scenic Spots of Jiangnan,' themed landscapes like 'Remembering the bitterness of the past and appreciating the sweetness of the present,' and using elements of nostalgia to enhance the attraction for tourists."

"For example, the integration of various business formats, combining local popular ecological agriculture, as well as study tours, senior health and wellness resorts, to form a complex industrial chain."

Upon hearing Ruan Hongxia's in-depth analysis, Qin Huanhuan's eyes lit up. She said, "I've seen similar news online before, but I didn't pay attention at the time. After listening to President Ruan's in-depth analysis, I think this project is good. I'll go back and immediately organize a team to conduct in-depth research and come up with a feasible plan for you as soon as possible."

"Mr. Ruan, what you just said was brilliant. It really broadened my horizons and opened up my thinking."

"I will learn more from General Manager Ruan and ask him for advice in the future."

Qin Huanhuan was telling the truth, but there was also an element of flattery in it.

Ruan Hongxia laughed and said, "Haha, to be honest, what I just said was also told to me by the big boss."

"I'm just learning as I go."

Qin Huanhuan said, "The boss has such a far-sighted vision and is able to keep up with the times and follow the country's strategic policies. It's really impressive. But I still don't know what the boss is really like."

Ruan Hongxia interrupted, "Manager Qin, you should go back and arrange your work. Give me a detailed report in three days. I suggest you go and conduct on-site investigations and research at the places mentioned in the report to obtain first-hand information."

Qin Huanhuan stood up and said, "Okay, I'll go back and assign tasks, and then organize personnel to conduct on-site investigations."

Qin Huanhuan walked out of Ruan Hongxia's office.

"Phew~~".

She let out a long sigh and thought to herself, "Why does Ms. Ruan change the subject every time I mention the big boss? Judging from her expression, she doesn't want to talk to me about the big boss. Well, that makes sense. I'm just a small department head, so I'm not qualified to meet the big boss."

"Who cares who it is? As long as the salary and benefits are good enough, I just need to do my job well."

at the same time,

Xiao Zhan walked out of the Dark Fragrance Tea Restaurant, got into the Maybach, and said to Shen Jun, "Let's go back to the old house in Xishan."

Shen Jun replied, "Okay."

Xiao Zhan took out his phone and dialed, but the call still wouldn't go through.

He hesitated for a moment, then opened WeChat, edited a message, and sent it.

Next second,

Xiao Zhan was stunned!

The message failed to send and displayed a red exclamation mark, indicating that you have been blocked by the other party.

Xiao Zhan frowned and said, "Damn it, she actually blocked me!"

"Is she serious?"

"Beep beep beep!"

Suddenly my phone rang.

Upon seeing that it was Xia Keke calling, Xiao Zhan quickly snapped out of his thoughts and answered the phone, asking, "Is there something you need, Director Xia?"

Xia Keke has officially returned to work at Guoan.

Over the phone, Xia Keke said, "Xiao Zhan is in trouble."
