Chapter 359 The Two Little Ones Enter the Space for the First Time

After leaving Zhuge Yunhe, Jiang Zhiyu wandered around the capital city for a while.

The early autumn sun was neither too strong nor too cold, its warmth comforting the skin. There were many more shops lining the streets than two years ago; some bolder vendors had already set up stalls selling needles and thread, snacks and treats, but most remained partially hidden, quickly fleeing when someone tried to catch them, only to set up again when no one was around. The pedestrians walked with a brisk pace, already hinting at the fast-paced feel of a major metropolis.

Doing business is still difficult at this time; nobody wants to take the lead, and finding a stable job remains the mainstream. Jiang Zhiyu, however, isn't in a hurry. She enjoys this kind of lazy, hands-off life. Anyway, the necessary plans have already been laid out; the rest is up to time.

She strolled from Dongsi to Wangfujing, then circled around to Shichahai, found a bench by the lake, and sat for a while, watching some old men fish. She wandered around until it was time to pick up her child in the afternoon, and arrived at the kindergarten gate on time.

This ordinary life of dropping off and picking up her child in the morning is what she enjoys most.

Seventeen spoke in her mind, "Host, you can bring your two little masters into this space. With the blessing of spiritual energy, they will be able to use their abilities more smoothly, and Xiao Zhizheng's abilities will be activated more quickly."

Jiang Zhiyu thought for a moment, a little worried, "But they're still young. They'll be curious about everything they see inside, and what if they can't control themselves and blurt things out? Even though they're my children, I'm still afraid they'll reveal the secret."

"Host, this space is now yours, and you have absolute control. Just let them forget everything here after they leave. The skills they've learned are genuine."

"You can do that?"

"That's because you don't understand the space well enough. You're always doing nothing, and I'm the one taking care of all the fruits and vegetables in the space, aren't I?"

"Alright then, I'll bring them both in to grow vegetables tomorrow, to lighten your load, okay?"

A crackling sound of electricity ran through Seventeen's body. "Just pretend I didn't say anything. You don't understand anything about the system."

The two were bickering when the kindergarten gate opened. Song Zhiyao fluttered over like a beautiful butterfly—she really flew over, her little arms flapping up and down, her little dress shimmering—she was incredibly cute.

Jiang Zhiyu scooped up her daughter with one hand and her son, who was walking steadily behind her, with the other, and kissed them both on the cheek.

"Did you have fun at school today?"

Song Zhiyao was overjoyed, "It's so much fun! There are lots of kids inside, and they all said I'm very pretty!"

After hearing this, Jiang Zhiyu turned to her son, "Zhizheng, what about you?"

Song Zhizheng calmly replied with two words, "Not bad."

"Okay, Mom will take you home for a delicious meal, and then I'll take you to a nice place to play."

"Yay! I love you the most, Mom!"

......

In the Song family compound, Song Yanzhou rushed back. Seeing that his son and daughter were already home, he squatted down, looking at the two children with a hint of guilt. "I'm sorry, Dad promised to pick you up this morning, but I couldn't leave my post without permission until my task was completed, and I missed your dismissal time."

Song Zhiyao waved her hand dismissively, "It's okay, Dad. The kids in my class are so envious of me because they heard you're a soldier."

Song Yanzhou perked up immediately, "Are you just envious that you have a soldier father?"

Song Zhiyao's eyes darted around. "Of course not, they even envy me for having a very beautiful mother."

Song Zhizheng nodded, showing great insight, and affirmed his sister's statement.

Song Yanzhou was speechless after their back-and-forth banter, while Jiang Zhiyu laughed so hard she couldn't stand up straight.

"Alright then, since you two behaved so well today, I'll sleep with you tonight."

Song Yanzhou's face immediately fell. He knew it; with two children around, his wife would definitely neglect him. And sure enough.

......

After finishing their meal, Jiang Zhiyu took her two children upstairs.

She locked the door, knelt down, and said very solemnly to her two children, "First of all, don't be afraid. Mommy is going to take you to a magical place. There are tigers, the sea, and many wild animals there. Do you want to go?"

The two little radish heads nodded in unison, like they were pounding garlic.

"Go, go, go now!"

Seeing that her son had a rare expression of excitement, Jiang Zhiyu hugged the two of them and went straight into the space.

Once inside the space, she placed them in the courtyard. The two little ones stared intently at their surroundings, while Song Zhiyao drooled and opened her mouth wide.

"Mommy, is this the fairyland from the story? It's so beautiful!"

Song Zhizheng asked very seriously, "Mom, are you afraid we'll tell anyone about this place?"

Jiang Zhiyu didn't avoid the question, nodding very solemnly, "Yes, because you are children, there are some things you can't handle yet."

Song Zhizheng actually nodded, "Mom, you're right. My sister always talks in her sleep, even if she doesn't when she's awake, she'll still talk in her sleep."

Song Zhiyao pinched her younger brother's cheek angrily, "You said that too!"

"I wouldn't."

"Alright, alright, I'll take you out for a walk."

......

As the two children looked at the neatly arranged vegetables and fruits, Song Zhiyao's mouth immediately watered again. "Mom, are these the fruits you usually give us? Did you pick them from here?"

"Yes, that's where they were picked."

Jiang Zhiyu scooped up some more spiritual spring water. "Would you like some water?"

Song Zhiyao took a sip, "It's just like the water Mom usually gives us, sweet and refreshing. It makes me feel so good."

Song Zhizheng also quickly took a sip, a satisfied expression appearing on his little face.

Just then, a tiger's roar broke the laughter of the three.

Song Zhiyao immediately hugged her mother's leg. Although Song Zhizheng was also a little scared, he stubbornly refused to hug her leg. His little hands were clenched tightly, but his body honestly shrank half a step behind his mother.

Jiang Zhiyu smiled and led them toward the sound of the tiger's roar. As soon as Hu Batian saw that his master had come in with his two little masters, he immediately led a group of cubs and ran toward them. When they got there, he braked suddenly, his huge tiger paws scratching the grass a couple of times, rubbing against Jiang Zhiyu's trouser leg, and making a gurgling sound in his throat.

Jiang Zhiyu squatted down and said to the two children, "This tiger is Mommy's good friend, and it lives in Mommy's secret base. Would you like to ride the tiger?"

Song Zhiyao immediately nodded excitedly, "I want it, Mom!"

"Okay, Tiger will take you out to play today."

Jiang Zhiyu placed Song Zhiyao on Hu Batian's back, then sat down with her son in her arms.

"Let's go, Batian, to the beach."

......

When the mother and her two sons arrived at the beach, Song Zhiyao completely let loose, rushing straight into the sea and splashing around on the shallows, not caring that her little dress was completely soaked. Song Zhizheng, on the other hand, was much more reserved. Seeing his sister's uninhibited behavior, he also wanted to take off his shoes and go in, but he didn't want to ruin his image, so he stood on the shore, his little brows furrowed in a dilemma.

Seeing the little guy's awkward expression, Jiang Zhiyu simply stripped off his clothes and took out a beach outfit from her spatial storage to put on him.

"Go ahead, go play with your sister."

When the little guy first touched the seawater with his toes, a big smile finally appeared on his face, revealing two little tiger teeth, just like his sister's.

Seventeen flew over at that moment, "Host, I just finished my work and you brought the little master in."

"I told you the little masters don't need to do any chores; I'm taking them on vacation."

Upon seeing Seventeen flying towards him, Song Zhizheng immediately emerged from the sea and walked up to it. Seventeen flew directly in front of him, shrunk a little, and landed in his palm.

Song Zhizheng carefully stroked the cold body of the Seventeen machine, then looked up at his mother and asked, "Mom, did you make this?"

Seventeen suddenly spoke up, "It wasn't your mother who made it."

Song Zhizheng was startled and took a step back, almost falling to the ground.

"I'm your mom's friend. You two can come in and play with me next time."

"Really? You can fly!"

"Of course I can fly, and I can even grow bigger."

As Seventeen spoke, it flew away from Song Zhizheng's palm. After getting a little further away from him, it grew larger, and its metal wings shimmered in the sunlight.

Song Zhizheng's eyes lit up immediately. "Then can you take me for a ride in the sky?"

Seventeen turned her head to look at Jiang Zhiyu. Jiang Zhiyu nodded, "Go ahead, this space is under my absolute control, there's no danger."

When Song Zhizheng and Seventeen took to the sky, Song Zhiyao finally realized what was happening and immediately became unhappy, "Why can only my brother do it, but I can't!"

"Sweetie, Yao Yao, wait until your little brother comes down before you sit."

"All right."

......

The two little ones played in the space for four or five hours, riding tigers, swimming in the sea, and then flying around in the sky with Seventeen. Finally, they took a bath in the spiritual spring and were so tired that they could barely keep their eyes open. Only then did Jiang Zhiyu take them out of the space and gently place them on the bed.

Seeing them sleeping soundly, Jiang Zhiyu's heart melted. She bent down and kissed each of them on the forehead.

Just then, she clearly sensed another surge of supernatural energy within her son. It was stronger than what she had sensed at the kindergarten gate during the day, but still very weak.
