"How long?" Han Yingying asked.

"Ten minutes." A-Jie typed on the keyboard.

Lin Qi leaned against the wall, wiping her dagger. She stared at the door. She thought, "The safe is inside. I need to get it. I have to get out of here immediately. These people are too dangerous."

The wall at the end of the corridor cracked.

A large hand reached out from the wall. The hand was made up of red flesh and mechanical parts. It grabbed an old man named Li.

"Old Li!" Wang Jianguo roared. The Gatling gun fired at the giant hand.

Chen Pi charged forward, wielding the tower shield, and smashed it into the giant hand's wrist.

The wall collapsed completely. A monster five meters tall emerged. The monster had a human upper body and a spider's metal limbs lower body.

Han Yingying stared at the monster that looked exactly like her. She thought, "This is one of Zero's final forms. It has taken over my genetic data."

Old Li lay on the ground, clutching his chest. Chen Pi dragged him to a safe place.

"Jianguo. Suppressive fire." Han Yingying drew her straight sword.

Wang Jianguo picked up the Gatling gun. The barrel spun wildly. Bullets formed tongues of fire, striking the clone's metal limbs. Sparks flew everywhere. The clone's armor was extremely thick; the bullets couldn't penetrate it.

The clone raised a metal segmented limb and stabbed at Wang Jianguo. The speed was so fast that only a blur could be seen.

Chen Pi raised his shield and stood in front of Wang Jianguo.

The metal limbs slammed into the tower shield. The immense force sent Chen Pi and shield flying, slamming into the wall. Spiderweb-like cracks appeared on the surface of the tower shield.
