Reborn in 2006, I met Mr. Zhou from the past.

Chapter 21 Everyone's Personal Photographer

"Hey, Wang Ying, you're shouting so loudly, hurry up and moisten your throat, or you'll be hoarse tomorrow," Wang Bo's cousin joked from the side.

"Thanks," Wang Ying replied with a playful, knowing smile.

Ning Xiaojun and her friends were the last to arrive, and their voices were a little hoarse from shouting. After drinking a few sips of water, they couldn't wait to start eating their ice cream. The icy sweetness melted in their mouths, bringing a refreshing coolness.

"Here, you can soothe your throat too." Ye Hua held up an ice cream and naturally handed it to Su Fengnan.

Su Fengnan looked up at the ice cream offered to her, smiled slightly, and gently shook her head, politely declining Ye Hua's offer.

"Thank you, but no need, I'm not hot." After saying that, she turned around and walked to the shade of the tree, picked up her camera and started framing a shot.

Su Fengnan didn't accept the ice cream, and Ye Hua couldn't help but feel a little disappointed. It wasn't that Su Fengnan didn't want to eat it, but she knew that her body was already prone to coldness at this stage, and she suffered severe menstrual cramps every time. She really didn't dare to touch anything cold like ice cream.

"Hey, Ye Hua, those girls over there are busy taking pictures. How about we guys go take a bath in the lake over there?" one of the boys suggested.

Upon hearing that it was time to take a shower, Su Fengnan subconsciously glanced at Gou Tinggui. He was casually eating ice cream, his t-shirt rolled up halfway, revealing half of his abs. Gou Tinggui was the tallest boy in the class, estimated to be 1.85 meters tall, with striking eyebrows and bright eyes; unfortunately, the acne on his face detracted from his good looks.

"I'm not going," Ye Hua refused decisively.

"Then let's go." Gou Tinggui turned to look at Liu Tao and another boy.

Liu Tao and his companion were somewhat tempted, but unsure of what to do. Su Fengnan was a little worried, fearing that something might happen if they went to bathe, since the lake was quite deep, but she didn't want to directly stop them.

"Has everyone rested enough?" Su Fengnan put away her camera and broke the silence. "If you've rested enough, let's start taking pictures. Today, I'll be your personal photographer, and I promise to make everyone look beautiful and handsome."

"Susu, you can take pictures too?" Ning Xiaojun ran over curiously.

"Yes," Su Fengnan said with a smile. "Do you want to go first? Then I'll take your picture first."

After that, Su Fengnan was busy taking photos of everyone. As she took photos, she led everyone back, stopping frequently to record various group photos, individual photos, and even close-up shots of everyone.

The road around the lake winds along the mountainside, and several boys occasionally run into the mountains to pick wild raspberries. The sweet and sour raspberries become a makeshift snack for everyone. Unwittingly, Su Fengnan captured many vivid moments, especially the photos of Gou Tinggui and Lu Yao together, which she took the most pictures of.

Lu Yao was estimated to be 1.68 meters tall, with delicate features. When Gou Tinggui was in the frame with her, the picture looked exceptionally harmonious and photogenic. As the photographer, Su Fengnan couldn't help but feel a little tempted to help her achieve this.

Wang Ying kept pursuing Wang Bo's cousin, and at her request, Su Fengnan took many photos of them together.

"Susu, why don't you take some pictures too!" Ning Xiaojun suddenly snatched the camera. "You're the only one who hasn't been in the shot yet."

As soon as Ning Xiaojun finished speaking, Su Fengnan ran away like a startled deer, "I don't want to, I won't take pictures."

Ye Hua watched Su Fengnan's retreating figure, puzzled as to why she was so resistant to having her picture taken.

So Ye Hua took the camera from Ning Xiaojun's hand, "I'll do it."

Ning Xiaojun's hand suddenly felt empty. Seeing Ye Hua's stance, she stopped insisting.

"Okay, then take a few more good photos for us."

After a while, everyone joked around for a bit longer. Ye Hua looked at the time and said, "We should probably head back now."

"I want to sit behind him," Wang Ying said, pointing to Wang Bo's cousin, making no attempt to hide her feelings.

"Then, Lu Yao, sit behind me," Gou Tinggui said smoothly.

"Su Fengnan, come up here," Ye Hua invited.

"Ning Xiaojun, you have no choice," Liu Tao said to Ning Xiaojun with a smile.

"Hmph, it's just a seat, what's so special about choosing one?" Ning Xiaojun glanced at Liu Tao, pretending not to care.

On the way back, everyone was less boisterous than on the way there, and the bicycles were ridden slowly. When they returned to the building, some tired students had already come back, sitting listlessly in the lounge. Bored, the students started playing cards, and those who knew how to play mahjong suggested starting a game…

Some students had already fallen asleep while leaning back in their chairs. Unlike a few years from now, when you can play on your phone to pass the time, everyone has to find something to do now.

A moment later, Li Xiuying ran over and shouted, "We can sing on the first floor! Everyone come down and play together!"

"Let's go take a look," the male students responded first.

Apart from the four people playing mahjong, everyone else came to the amplifier room.

The amplifier room on the first floor was specially provided for guests' entertainment and was fully equipped. Zhang Wenjie volunteered to be the host, and a line of people formed to request songs. Those who couldn't sing could also perform a dance; everyone had a chance to perform on stage.

Su Fengnan stood quietly in the corner, watching the group of older children having fun, and applauded them. She truly felt the vitality of youth and cherished this fleeting, beautiful time.

In fact, she discovered that everyone has a desire to perform, but they just lack opportunities at school.

Soon, most of the students who chose to sing had finished performing, though some voluntarily gave up. Finally, Ye Hua and Wang Bo's friends remained; they knew each other, and the two chose to dance. The two boys performed a street dance to upbeat music, practically electrifying the entire audience. Even the auntie cooking in the kitchen couldn't resist coming out to watch.

This lively scene was also witnessed by Zhou Chenyu and Jiang Shaoqing, who were carrying fish buckets and holding fishing rods, through the open window.

"Hey, Chen Yu, students these days are so energetic! These two danced pretty well," Jiang Shaoqing said with great interest.

Zhou Chenyu glanced at him briefly, then turned and left.

"Hey, Chenyu, why are you leaving? Let's take another look." Jiang Shaoqing chased after him with his fishing rod.

"Go to the kitchen," Zhou Chenyu replied casually.

"Hey, there's no need to rush when eating fish." Seeing that he wasn't stopping, Jiang Shaoqing had no choice but to compromise: "Okay, go ahead, I'll wait for you here in the booth."

Zhou Chenyu went to the kitchen, handed the fish to the owner, explained how to cook it, and then went to the booth in the courtyard to check his emails. It was a brand-new smartphone, perfect for his current remote work needs.

Jiang Shaoqing continued to keep an eye on the group of students playing wildly. After the street dance, another student went on stage and sang "You'll Only Win If You Fight Hard".

"Brother Ye, look, Su Fengnan is all squeezed into the corner. She hasn't performed yet. Do you want to hear her sing?" Liu Tao leaned closer to Ye Hua and whispered a reminder.

Ye Hua's gaze passed through the crowd and landed on Su Fengnan in the corner, then he nodded.

"Watch me."

After Liu Tao finished speaking, she moved next to the host Zhang Wenjie and whispered a few words to him.
