A faint, soft melody drifted through the air, as if it were coming from a distant place.

It sounds like a string performance, with the timbres of violins and cellos intertwined, the melody light and slow, each note seemingly lingering in the instruments before slowly overflowing.

You might not be able to hear its tune clearly, but you won't find it noisy; it's like the background sound that's naturally present in this space.

The sounds of babbling water, the splashing of small boats across the surface, and the tinkling of water droplets falling from crystal stones blend together to create a unique melody.

……

The people of the Great Flame Kingdom were stunned by this scene.

[Commoner Sun Qiao: Good heavens... Where am I?! Inside a cave? But why are those mushrooms glowing?]

[Commoner Wang Xiao: Is...are those crystal pillars real crystal?! So many crystals, how much are they worth, my god!!!]

[Commoner Zhao Niu: The bottom is a deep blue, like a layer of jewels on the riverbed! Is this some kind of Milky Way galaxy of the Queen Mother of the West?]

……

The little boy clung to the railing of the queuing lane with both hands. The railing was made of metal with a wood grain finish and felt slightly cool to the touch.

She stood on tiptoe, her eyes reflecting the shimmering images of the glowing mushrooms, her mouth agape in a tiny "O".

His lips moved slightly, as if he wanted to say something, but in the end he said nothing.

Faced with this radiant fairytale world, words seem superfluous.

"Godfather, look at that!" She loosened one hand from the railing and pointed with her index finger at a completely transparent tree on the riverbank in the distance.

The tree grew in a corner of the mushroom forest, next to the stone wall, and its trunk was a translucent milky white.

There should be lights inside, with light shining out from the heart of the tree, illuminating the entire tree like a giant night light standing on the ground.

The tree was covered with flower buds that looked like little lanterns. The buds were pale pink, and each one was only about half the size of a small fist.

The petals closed, forming small ovals that flickered in and out of focus.

When it's lit up, you can see the stamens inside through the petals. The stamens are a deeper peach pink, like little candies hidden in pink candy wrappers.

Duoduo squeezed over to watch, sticking her hands out through the gaps in the railing, her face almost touching the railing, and her nose peeking out from between the two railings.

The two people stood shoulder to shoulder, their white and orange down jackets squeezed together, looking from behind like two small colorful balls placed side by side by a railing.

They huddled together, whispering amongst themselves about whether the tree was real or fake.

Duoduo said it must be fake, because how could there be a transparent tree that also glows?

Little Douzi thought it might not be so. The leaves looked so real, and the trunk had textures. Maybe the tree was real, and they just put a light inside?

Both of them felt that what they said made sense, and neither could convince the other. They continued to argue back and forth until the queue reached the boarding gate.

The debate was interrupted by a staff member's comment, "Little one, watch your step!" and temporarily came to an end.

The boarding area was designed like a dock, with antique-style dark brown wooden planks underfoot.

Through the small gaps between the wooden planks, you can see the lower half of the ground covered with pebbles and the other half of the deep blue flowing water.

The staff pulled their small boat to the dock and stabilized it, and everyone jumped onto the boat one by one.

Xiao Douzi and Duo Duo sat in the front row, and Lin Ye sat behind them.

The boat is perfectly round, about one and a half meters in diameter, with a ring of airbags around the edge that feel soft to the touch.

There is a handrail pillar in the middle, covered with a non-slip rubber sleeve, and printed with the little dinosaur logo of Yuante Amusement Park.

The boat had no engine and was driven entirely by the water flow, which was not very fast, propelling them and the nearby small boats slowly forward.

A low, gurgling sound came from beneath the boat, occasionally interspersed with very faint gurgling sounds, as if something underwater was blowing bubbles.

Every now and then, tiny droplets of water splashed up from the edge of the boat and landed on the backs of the people's hands. The coolness flashed across their skin and left some small, round watermarks.

The silence also affected the chat, and the scrolling speed slowed down.

[Commoner Zhang Liang: My God!! What kind of boat is this?! It's so small yet it can seat four or five people and doesn't sink?!]

[Commoner Sun Xiaoxiao: Sigh, it's something from the celestial realm after all. I'm used to it. No matter how magical it is, it's normal!]

[Commoner Zhao Bao: Hey, I was so anxious while we were queuing, but now that we're on the boat, I actually think it's better to drift slowly... This fairyland-like place should be enjoyed at a leisurely pace...]

……

The boat slowly entered the first section of the river.

Seeing that vast expanse of glowing mushrooms from the queuing area is one thing, but actually being there is quite another.

The mushrooms were even taller than they appeared from the entrance, with the tallest ones reaching almost to the middle of the river, forming a luminous dome above them.

Fine, luminous tendrils dangled from the edge of the umbrella, swaying gently in the breeze from the heater.

The surface of the mushroom has fine textures, and when light shines through from the inside, it reflects those textures in different shades of color.

The intersecting, branching, and converging textures resemble the blood vessels of some unknown creature.

The little boy tilted his head back, his mouth slightly open.

The mushroom cap, which stretched into the middle of the river, slid slowly over her head, its glowing tendrils almost brushing against her hair.

Up close, she could see that each of her tentacles was adorned with tiny crystal beads that shone with a pale blue light.

She instinctively shrank her neck, then realized she hadn't been touched, paused for a moment, and then giggled.

"Ling'er, look over there!" Duoduo reached out from the side and grabbed Xiaodouzi's sleeve.

With his other finger, he pointed to a particularly plump mushroom on the shore. The mushroom's cap was round and plump, with a smiling face drawn on it.

Her eyes were two curved lines, her mouth was a semi-circle, and there were two pink circles drawn on her cheeks.

The mushroom stem must be equipped with a sensor; as the small boat passes by, its face will slowly turn to look at you.

"It's watching us!" Little Pocket exclaimed, his eyes wide.

The mushroom's face had turned towards them, its curved eyes staring straight at her, and the two circles on its pink cheeks shimmering under the light.

She felt both amazed and a little creeped out, and unconsciously leaned back, her back touching Lin Ye's knees.

Lin Ye reached out from behind, placed his hand on her shoulder, and gently patted her through her down jacket.

After taking the photo, he didn't take it away, but instead gently put his arm around her small shoulder, his palm touching that small, round curve.

Little Douzi immediately felt relieved, leaning against his knees, and continued to look at the glowing mushrooms on the shore.
