Activating the Omniscient System, I'm doomed!

Chapter 135 is too much of a coincidence.

To Roy's surprise, Mowick only used 200,000 in cash to create the illusion of a large box containing 300 million, convincing Captain John and the others that it was real.

"As expected of a seasoned thug in the casinos, he's quite clever."

Looking at the results from the Omniscient System, Luo Yi secretly nodded in approval.

He then looked back at the system interface, asked for John's mistress Rickardo's phone number again, and then sent her a text message.

Buzz~ Buzz~!

In a room on the third floor of an abandoned factory in Finila, a cell phone on the table vibrates.

Ricardo, with his dark skin, put down his lunchbox, picked up his phone, and glanced at it. It was a message from John:

"The hostages' families have raised 3 million in ransom. Find an opportunity to kill Jin Biao and bring back all the ransom."

After reading the message, Ricardo was startled. He quickly looked around and, seeing that no one was watching, breathed a sigh of relief and replied, "Why? Our cooperation has always gone smoothly before."

"I have an informant around him. I just received information that he wants to keep all the ransom money for himself and may target you."

Ricardo swallowed hard. "Why didn't you say this before we came? We don't have enough people or weapons right now."

"That's why I'm sending you to find an opportunity to strike first. Once you get rid of Jin Biao, no one else will dare to touch you."

OK.

Ricardo's eyes gradually hardened as he sent a message to his three henchmen, signaling them to cooperate at any time.

After giving instructions to her people, she took out a P7 pistol from her waist, released the safety, put it back on her waist, got up, opened the door, and walked out.

"Boss Jin, what's the current status of the ransom payment?"

Ricardo arrived at the last room on the second floor and went in with a smile.

Jin Biao was playing cards with two of his underlings when he replied, "I just received a message from Captain John. The 300 million ransom is ready. The transaction will take place at 10 PM tonight."

"When will you kill the hostage?" Rickard asked more seriously, then added, "Boss Kim, I have something important to discuss with you."

Jin Biao threw down his cards and waved to his two henchmen opposite him: "Kill the hostages only after we receive the ransom. We're afraid they might call us on video in the middle of it."

"The person's already gone. What's the matter? Tell me... *bang!*"

Ricardo, who was behind him, suddenly drew his gun and fired.

Just then, Jin Biao turned his head and saw the bullet graz his right cheek. His expression changed drastically, and he grabbed a teapot and smashed it.

Boiling water splashed on his face. Riccardo yelled and pulled the trigger, firing wildly. Of the six bullets fired, only one hit Jin Biao's right shoulder.

"Holy shit!" Jin Biao dodged and weaved, and when he saw that she had run out of bullets, he grabbed a dagger and rushed over to stab her dozens of times, blood and boiling water mixed together and flowed out.

Meanwhile, the gunfire outside intensified, and soon shouts rang out, "Boss Jin, Captain John's men are attacking us!"

"Damn, these guys are trying to pocket the ransom!" Boss Jin pulled out a pistol from behind him, released the safety, and walked out of the room, only to see the three men already shot and lying on the ground.

"John, that bastard, actually tried to kill me to pocket the $3 million ransom! I've been working with him for years!"

Jin Biao cursed as he put away his pistol and shouted to the people cleaning up the mess, "Stop messing around, pack your things and move to another place. John knows this spot."

……

"Morwick, there's an urgent matter in my team. I'll arrange for another player to accompany you tonight's trade."

Captain John hurriedly drove away from the door of a new white house.

Using the excuse of giving him a ride, Mowick naturally came to the door. Seeing that John's car was nowhere to be seen, he then got on his motorcycle and rushed to meet up with the 32 mercenaries.

The group had just finished meeting up when a text message arrived on their phones:

"Now, take your men, drive at full speed, and head to this address... Shoot all kidnappers except the hostage, otherwise your brother's life will be in danger."

"By the way, from now on, put on your headset and we'll stay in real-time communication."

Mowick quickly put on a Bluetooth headset, dialed the number, and soon a man's hoarse voice came from the other end, speaking fluent local dialect:

"You can start now. Just drive at maximum speed and head over there. There's no need to hide your tracks."

The person on the other end of the phone was as if they were there in person, accurately predicting everything from the progress of hiring mercenaries to the kidnappers' nighttime transaction time.

Mowick had long since given up any doubts and complied completely.

When the group arrived near the abandoned factory, they could hear the sounds of gunfire and shouts from a distance:

"Damn Jin Biao, you wanted to keep all the ransom for yourself, and you even killed my girlfriend..."

"You son of a bitch, John! You wanted to pocket the $3 million ransom, so you ordered that bitch to ambush me and brought so many people to do so!"

Mowick, of course, heard these voices clearly, and was both surprised and furious: "Captain John has actually colluded with the kidnappers."

He cursed a few times, then slammed on the brakes and turned to the mercenary captain behind him, saying, "This mission is for you to rescue my brother and kill all the kidnappers."

"If I'm not mistaken, those guys look like they're from the police station..."

Mowick gritted his teeth and said, "No, they cooperated with the kidnappers, they all deserve to die!"

"OK, you pay us, we'll get the job done."

After the mercenary captain finished speaking, he made a hand gesture, and the mercenaries behind him immediately scattered and advanced quickly with their rifles in hand.

Rat-a-tat-tat... A dense barrage of bullets flew through the air. John, who was looking over with a puzzled expression, suddenly had his pupils shrink as dozens of bullets pierced through his body in an instant.

"My brother is in the fourth room on the second floor. Don't let anyone else get close." Mowick ran the fastest with his rifle, and even threw a grenade next to John. He was practically insane.

Jin Biao, who was fighting back from the third-floor corridor, mistook these people for a professional army. He turned pale with fright and kept shouting, "I surrender! I release the hostages..."

Bang! A bullet shot out and hit him between the eyebrows.

Jin Biao's mouth opened and closed twice, his face filled with terror as he collapsed. Even in death, he couldn't understand how he had attracted a professional military force, at least a platoon.

This overwhelming gunfight was a foregone conclusion; in less than two minutes, all the kidnappers were killed, riddled with bullets.

Mowick was the first to rush upstairs. Seeing his brother, bruised and battered, still alive, he breathed a sigh of relief and excitedly pulled out his phone:

"Thank you! Thank you all!"

"Brother, it was a security company hired by the big boss; they directed the rescue!"

Mowick rambled on, recounting everything that had happened that day.

With tears welling in his eyes, Adelong asked, "The big boss has prepared five million for me?"

"Yes, but I only used 800,000; the rest I didn't touch," Mowick replied.

"This boss is so good to us. I'm sure I can earn this money back for him. By the way, you didn't take any company money, did you?"

Mowick shook his head. "No, that security company was very capable. He directed the entire process and provided the best solution. We had a smooth journey."

Adelon then looked at the phone that was still connected, pressed the speakerphone button, and asked, "What's your company called? Who's in charge this time? I'll praise you to the big boss..."

"Shattered Star Pavilion, employee number 001," came the hoarse reply from the other end of the phone.

Mowick quickly said, "You guys are too strong. How did you know the latest information? When I arrived here with my men, we happened to find them fighting amongst themselves. They couldn't even take hostages. It was too coincidental and too smooth."

"Look at the entrance, at the nine o'clock position."

Mowick hurried outside, then suddenly realized, "It was a security camera!"

"When you were interviewed, you blamed the entire rescue operation on Shattered Star Pavilion, saying that it was the security company you hired." The person on the other end of the phone hung up after saying that.

Aidel stared blankly at his phone for a long time before finally saying, "How come I've never heard of this security company?"

"Yeah, it feels like their people are everywhere. This organization is terrifying! Luckily, they didn't misappropriate any funds, otherwise they would have definitely angered the big boss!"

Mowick grew increasingly alarmed as he thought about it. He had been a puppet for half a day and still felt like he was dreaming. He never imagined that such a tricky kidnapping case could be resolved so easily!

"Brother, talk to the big boss. I want to work for him too, even if it's only a tenth of the salary."

Adelon didn't dare to make a guarantee, only replying, "I'll give it a try."
