Douluo Amon: I am the Heavenly Venerable of the Dragon King.

Chapter 364 Fors vs. Dragon Leap

Both teams have now taken to the stage.

Fors stood at the very front of Shrek Academy, with Tang Wulin and Na'er standing side by side behind her. Behind them was Gu Yue, who sat in the center, flanked by Yuanen Yehui and Ye Xinglan. Finally, the main control soul master, Xu Xiaoyan, was at the rear. It was almost a triangular formation.

The Monster Academy team was in a similar situation. Long Yue stood at the front, with Dai Yueyan and Hua Lantang standing side by side behind him. Behind them was Dai Yun'er, who sat in the center. On either side of Dai Yun'er were two agility-type battle spirit masters, and finally, Tower King Ye Zhi.

The two sides gazed at each other from afar, their eyes gleaming with intense light.

On the surface, Monster Academy undoubtedly has the upper hand, but no one has ever seen Shrek Academy's full strength in team battles.

Therefore, this is destined to be a clash of titans.

"Ten, nine, eight, ... three, two, one, the match begins!" The referee's impassioned voice announced the start of this decisive battle.

On the podium, Dai Tianling sat up straight, watching the match. He, too, hoped to see an exciting game and a resounding victory.

Long Yue will definitely lead his team to victory against Shrek Academy. It all depends on how they achieve it.

Even Enci's eyes sharpened. He wanted to see just how strong Fors was. Since Lufa had specifically mentioned him, he must be quite strong.

On the Monster Academy's side, Long Yue strode forward, facing Fors. He released his martial spirit, his body swelled, and a double-pointed spear appeared in his hand. His eyes flashed, and his gaze was fixed on Fors.

He would wash away the previous humiliation with victory. He wanted to win this match in one fell swoop and defeat his opponent in the shortest amount of time.

Behind Long Yue, the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda shone brightly, and beams of light shot out, landing on his companions. It was the Pagoda King Ye Zhi unleashing her power.

Ye Zhi, a Soul King, had excellent control over the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda. Streams of amplifying light fell upon her companions, causing the Monster Academy members' cultivation levels to surge, increasing their attributes by nearly fifty percent compared to normal circumstances.

In an instant, they completely overwhelmed Shrek Academy in terms of momentum.

Tiger King Dai Yueyan and Wolf King Hua Lantang, two powerful offensive Soul Masters, strode out under her amplification, flanking Long Yue on either side, to meet the Shrek Academy group.

In this match, Monster Academy showed no intention of holding back; they were determined to go all out and defeat Shrek Academy as quickly as possible, proving themselves with a resounding victory.

"Oh, you're pretty serious."

Suddenly, Fors appeared in front of Long Yue, causing the others from Monster Academy to pause in their tracks. This was...

"Spatial teleportation".

Long Yue's eyes flashed. They were a hundred meters away from Shrek Academy, and the only way they could appear in front of them in an instant was through spatial abilities. Although he didn't know why the other party would choose to teleport one person over, but...

"A good opportunity."

Now that Fors is deep in enemy territory and the rest of the Shrek Academy is still some distance away, they definitely won't be able to provide support in time. This is a rare opportunity, and Long Yue raised his double-pointed spear without hesitation.

"Hmph, take one of my punches first."

Facing Long Yue's impending attack, Fors struck first, gathering multicolored light in her right hand and blasting it towards Long Yue's chest.

"Let's compete in strength!"

Long Yue's gaze sharpened, his left hand gripped the spear tightly, and his right hand clenched into a fist as he struck at Fors. The Mountain Dragon King Martial Soul had never been afraid of anyone in terms of power!

"boom--"

To Long Yue's surprise, a strange force came from his right hand, where he had made contact with Fors, and his tall, ten-meter-tall body was sent flying, crashing into the arena's protective barrier above and behind him.

"Dragon Leaps!"

"Brother Longyue!"

Dai Yueyan and Dai Yun'er behind him exclaimed in shock, and the others were also horrified. How could this be? What had they just witnessed! In a pure contest of strength, Long Yue had actually fallen into a disadvantageous position and been directly knocked away by a girl!

"You were careless."

Fors's voice rang out in front of Hua Lantang, startling him and bringing him back to his senses instantly. The fact that Long Yue had been knocked away was so astonishing that even these battle-hardened veterans were momentarily stunned.

"not good!"

Before Hua Lantang could react, a fair hand had already touched his chest. Hua Lantang wasn't wearing his battle armor yet!

"boom--"

Intense five-elemental light erupted from in front of Hua Lantang, enveloping his entire body.

"Aido!"

Things happened so fast that the others at Monster Academy hadn't even had time to react before Hua Lantang was attacked.

However, they were seasoned veterans. Tiger King Dai Yueyan lit up his first and third soul rings, and his entire body rapidly expanded. Then, a light shone from his body, and battle armor appeared on him. He then fiercely swung his tiger claws at Fors.

Wind King Lin San and Shadow King Tengteng also swiftly donned their battle armor and pounced towards Fors. However, there was another attack that was even faster than the three of them!

"Soul Impact".

Dai Yun'er's eyes gleamed with a deep blue light. After Long Yue was knocked away, she was momentarily stunned. However, upon seeing Hua Lantang being attacked, she quickly realized that now was the time for battle.

Therefore, she used Soul Impact without hesitation. Relying on her spiritual power cultivation, Dai Yun'er was confident that even Long Yue would be briefly affected by her, thus showing a certain period of stiffness.

That time was enough for Dai Yueyan and the other two to land their attacks on Fors.

"Child's play."

Unfortunately, Dai Yun'er chose the wrong target to unleash her skill. Among Nan Fusheng's four special clones, Fors's mental strength was undoubtedly the strongest.

Despite only being a Soul King, her current mental strength is close to 17,000 points, which is about three times that of Lu Fa.

A glint of light flashed across Fors's eyes, and Dai Yun'er, who was meeting her gaze, felt her soul being struck, as if she had vanished without a trace, like a clay ox sinking into the sea.

In a daze, Dai Yun'er felt as if Fors's figure had been magnified infinitely, and in front of her, she was like an ant.

Blood began to flow from Dai Yun'er's mouth and nose, and her body went limp, causing her to collapse unconscious. A minor drawback of spirit-type soul masters is that when using soul skills against opponents with far superior mental strength, they are very susceptible to backlash.

At the same time, Dai Yueyan, Feng Wang Lin San, and Ying Wang Tengteng, all clad in battle armor, launched their attacks as if they were already upon them.

Despite being surrounded by three people, Fors's expression remained unchanged, as if she were not the one being attacked.

"Boom—" Dust flew up.

Where are they?

As the smoke cleared, Dai Yueyan and the other two immediately looked around warily, because their attacks hadn't hit Fors at all.

"There it is!"

Dai Yueyan's tiger-like eyes narrowed as he turned his gaze toward Shrek Academy. There, Fors was calmly watching them, as if everything that had just happened had nothing to do with her.

This is assuming we ignore Hua Lantang, who is lying on the ground, seriously injured and unconscious, and Dai Yun'er, who is also lying on the ground behind him.

Dai Yueyan never imagined that things would develop to this point. The battle had only just begun, and two of his comrades had already fallen.

A brief silence fell over the arena.

"How could this be? At the start of the match, Fors broke into the Monster Academy's camp alone. That must be the ability of teleportation! And then she actually punched Long Yue away. What was that five-colored light wrapped around her hand?"

Then, before the others from Monster Academy could react, Fors quickly eliminated Hua Lantang. Princess Dai Yun'er's collapse was likely due to a mental attack she used on Fors, which resulted in a backlash.

Fang'er's voice trembled slightly. You must know, Princess Dai Yun'er is a mental-type Soul Master! For her to suffer a backlash, just how powerful must her mental strength be!

Are all the people from Douluo Continent monsters?! They defeated Lu Fa, a one-word Dou Armor Master, without even using their Martial Soul. And although Lu Fa was only a one-word Dou Armor Master, he was able to fight beyond his level and defeat Shen Wei, a two-word Dou Armor Master.

And with this one encounter, Fors has already defeated two Heavenly Kings from Monster Academy. Is the gap between Star Luo Continent and Douluo Continent really that big?

On the podium, Dai Tianling's smile froze. This was different from what he had expected! In his view, among this group of Douluo Continent teams, the only ones he needed to pay attention to were Lu Fa and Shen Wei from the Sun Moon Royal Soul Master Academy.

While the others possess considerable talent, they are still far behind these two. As long as Lu Fa and Shen Wei don't participate, this seven-on-seven team match should be a sure thing.

Although the Shrek Academy students had performed well in individual and two-on-two matches, defeating other members of Monster Academy, in his opinion, they were still far inferior to Long Yue.

Because a single Dragon Leap was enough to defeat the other seven Heavenly Kings of Monster Academy. In Dai Tianling's view, the most important thing in this match was simply how the members of Monster Academy could defeat the members of Shrek Academy.

Was it a complete victory? Or a Pyrrhic victory?

But now, seeing Fors' performance, a bad feeling crept into Dai Tianling's heart. Would their Star Luo Empire lose again this time?

"This is the Five Elements Divine Light?!"

Enci, sitting next to Dai Tianling, had a complex look in his eyes. This ability had stirred up long-buried memories in his heart.

"Tongyu!" Enci sighed, uttering a name. It was the name of his first eldest disciple, and also a knot in his heart.

"Why does she possess this ability? Could it be that her martial soul is also the Five Elements Qilin?"

Coming to his senses, Grace's gaze was fixed on Fors; he was all too familiar with this ability.

"No, that's not right."

A hint of confusion appeared in Enci's eyes, because when the Five Elements Qilin Martial Soul possesses a person, there will be very obvious characteristics. Judging from Fors' appearance, he doesn't look like a Five Elements Qilin at all.

Moreover, the light that just now resembled the Five Elements Divine Light seemed to be more pure in power than the one that Tong Yu had unleashed.

No, that's not right either. His eldest disciple, Tong Yu, developed his martial spirit when he was a child and, unable to cope with a failed love affair, attempted suicide by poisoning himself. By a twist of fate, he awakened the faint Qilin bloodline within him, thus evolving into the Five Elements Qilin.

"Could it be that her martial soul is the true Five Elements Qilin?!"

But what about that teleportation ability? Enci was filled with confusion. No matter how hard he racked his brains, he couldn't figure out what Fors's ability was all about.

……

Above the arena, the referee promptly removed the seriously injured Hua Lantang and the unconscious Dai Yun'er from the area. As they left, the referee nodded to Dai Yueyan, indicating that Dai Yun'er was alright.

This relieved Dai Yueyan, but his expression turned serious. Fors' strength had exceeded his expectations, and it seemed that this match would be a tough one.

"boom--"

Heavy footsteps sounded from behind Dai Yueyan; it was Long Yue.

"Leave Fors to me; you can deal with the others."

A bloodthirsty glint appeared in Long Yue's eyes; his emotions had been stirred up by Fors's punch.

Feeling the slight numbness in his right arm, Long Yue had a sudden realization. He was certain that in terms of pure strength, he was stronger than Fors.

However, he was just knocked away by Fors. This was not because Fors' power suddenly increased, but because the power of the elements amplified her.

"Could this be the Five Elements Divine Light? And such a level of elemental manipulation ability!"

Looking at the remaining trace of five-colored light on his right arm, Long Yue thought to himself.

His knowledge of martial spirits was quite extensive. Just as his fist made contact with Fors's, intense elements condensed in Fors's hand, and upon contact with his own fist, they transformed into powerful kinetic energy, which sent him flying.

He had never heard of such a method of using elements before. Wasn't Fors afraid that he wouldn't be able to control that enormous kinetic energy?

The elemental burst is concentrated in the fist. If you're not careful, not only will you not be able to fight your enemy, but you might also lose your fist in the instant of the burst.

"For Ling'er to be harmed by her own soul skill, her spiritual power must be at the Spirit Abyss Realm!"

Long Yue made a judgment in his mind: the fact that Dai Yun'er, whose spiritual power had reached the Spirit Sea Realm, was instantly backfired by her soul skill was something that could only be done if one's spiritual power was at least one major realm lower.

"Lu Fa, Shen Wei, and Fors, these people from Douluo Continent are indeed remarkable. Each and every one of them possesses such formidable strength."

Long Yue's eyes began to glow red, and the violent aura brought by the Mountain Dragon King Martial Soul began to be released without reservation.

Since Fors is so strong, then he should be able to fight without restraint.
