Chapter 470 Aunt Yuexuan

Chapter 470 Aunt Yuexuan (Part 1)

Tang Hao said calmly, "With your aura flowing out like this, how can you hide yourself in the world of Soul Masters? When you've washed away all your pretense, I will tell you everything. Only then can I decide my future."

"All the glamour has been washed away?" Tang San was somewhat stunned, but he didn't ask any further questions and could only quietly leave with his father.

Wiping away her tears, Hu Liena quietly walked down the hillside, composed herself, and her face gradually calmed down. She knew she had no right to act on emotion.

Orphaned at a young age, she and her brother were raised by the Spirit Hall. It was the Spirit Hall that nurtured them, enabling them to have everything they have today. Hu Liena knew very well how much her teacher had sacrificed for her.

This debt of gratitude alone is something I could never repay in my lifetime.

Therefore, on the day of her coming-of-age ceremony, she had already vowed to dedicate her life to the Spirit Hall.

Feelings are a luxury for me. Especially since that man comes from the Haotian Sect.

She dared not think any further, and only by forbidding herself from recalling that brief time she spent with him on that hellish journey could her heart find peace.

"Girl." A sharp voice rang out from ahead.

Hu Liena looked up and saw two people standing there quietly waiting for her.

Seeing these two people, Hu Liena's emotions stirred again. Two years had passed, and finally she no longer had to live a life of killing.

"Elder Ghost, Elder Chrysanthemum."

These two individuals are none other than Ghost Douluo Gui Mei and Chrysanthemum Douluo Yue Guan. Pope Bibi Dong dispatched these two titled Douluos here to await Hu Liena, demonstrating the importance she places on her.

Chrysanthemum Douluo smiled and said, "Congratulations, girl. Your success in getting out of here is the greatest success. We will celebrate with you when you return to the Papal Palace."

Ghost Douluo still looked so ethereal. He stepped forward, patted Hu Liena's head, and said, "Let's go. Her Majesty the Pope has been waiting for you. She has come three times in the past two years, and each time she left, her eyes were filled with disappointment and worry. I think she will be very happy to see you back."

Hu Liena's eyes welled up with tears as she recalled all the things her teacher had done for her, and she finally suppressed her feelings for Tang San. Almost impatiently, she followed the two Title Douluos towards the Spirit Hall.

She had no idea that after she and Tang San left, the entire Killing City had been stained with a terrifying crimson.

Ten days later. Tiandou City.

Although ten days had passed, Tang San still hadn't recovered from the atmosphere of the Killing City. Two years of living on guard had instilled in him a habit of doubting everything.

Although the immense killing intent accumulated within the Haotian Hammer had transformed into the Killing God Domain, he was still frequently in a state of extreme tension.

Tang San himself knew that this was not good, but how could he easily recover from the habits formed over the past two years and the life he had lived in the dark world?

Arriving in Tiandou City again, his heart, which had grown cold in the City of Slaughter, began to recover somewhat. However, he did not understand why his father had brought him to the capital of the Tiandou Empire.

Fortunately, my appearance has changed so much that even if I run into someone I know in Tiandou City, probably no one will recognize me.

Tang Hao led Tang San into the city. The combination of the father and son seemed a bit strange. Although Tang San was also dressed in plain clothes, his changed temperament and appearance made him easy to notice.

His handsome appearance, slightly pale face, inner noble temperament, and the cold aura that he exudes all draw attention.

Tang Hao remained as dejected as ever, showing no sign of bothering to groom himself. A closer look revealed the lifelessness in his dull, yellowed eyes. Tang Hao's heart had already died the moment Tang San's mother passed away.

Tang Hao walked all the way to the most bustling area in the center of Tiandou City and stopped in front of a tall building.

Tang San subconsciously followed his father's gaze to the building in front of them. It was a five-story building, which was considered very tall even in Heaven Dou City. The first impression this building gave was one of elegance and refinement.

The overall architectural style is somewhat rustic, and the plaque has only two simple characters: Yuexuan.

There weren't many pedestrians coming and going, but it was clear that those who entered and left were either richly dressed or possessed exceptional poise. Both men and women were present.

"Dad, where is this place?" Tang San asked.

Tang Hao said calmly, "This is the place where you'll be stripped of all your worldly trappings. Let's go in."

With that, Tang Hao took the lead and walked towards Yuexuan.

The two had just reached the door when they were stopped. Two young men dressed in blue robes blocked their way. The two young men looked quite handsome and were neatly dressed. Each raised a hand to block their path.

The young man on the left said calmly, "Excuse me, please wait a moment. Yuexuan does not receive people who are improperly dressed."

Tang San frowned. Although his clothes were simple, they were very neat, clearly indicating that the other person was referring to Tang Hao. He naturally stepped forward, looked up at the two young men standing on the steps, and said in a cold voice, "Get out of the way."

Two invisible killing intents surged forth instantly, and the two youths staggered back as if electrocuted. When they looked at Tang San again, it was as if they were looking at a monster. They stared at each other in horror.

They weren't even Soul Masters, so how could they possibly stop Tang San, who had just come from the City of Slaughter and was brimming with murderous intent?

Tang Hao glanced at his son but didn't say anything, and strode inside.

Tang San followed his father into the Moon Pavilion.

The two youths who had stumbled earlier only felt the coldness emanating from Tang San and no longer had the courage to step forward to stop him.

Only after Tang San's figure disappeared from sight did they breathe a sigh of relief, only to find that their clothes were soaked with sweat. One of them hurriedly ran towards the back of Yuexuan.

Upon entering the first floor of Yuexuan, a faint, refreshing fragrance greets you.

The screen wall was carved from the finest boxwood, emitting a faint woody fragrance. In front of the screen wall, two exotic orchids, each three meters tall, emitted a delicate aroma. Although it was only a step into the Moon Pavilion, it seemed to isolate one from the hustle and bustle of the outside world.

Beyond the screen wall lies a spacious hall. The floor is paved with gray square tiles, each a meter long, and the surrounding furnishings are all made of various expensive woods. Behind a large table at the front, several simply dressed but quite pretty young women stand. On either side of the table, there is an elegant wooden staircase.

The girls were clearly surprised to see Tang Hao and his son, obviously not understanding why someone dressed like Tang Hao could come in.

Tang Hao slowly stepped forward, walked to the table, and said to the tall girl at the head of the table, "Tell Yuehua that an old friend has come to visit."

The young woman paused, her delicate brows furrowing slightly. "You are...?"

Tang Hao put his hands behind his back and said, "Just tell Yuehua that when the moon is waning, you vaguely see an old friend, and she will know who I am."

Looking at Tang Hao, and then at Tang San beside him, perhaps influenced by Tang Hao's indifferent demeanor, the girl's eyes flickered slightly, and she nodded, saying, "Please wait a moment." After saying that, she quickly went upstairs along the stairs next to her.

Not long after, slightly noisy footsteps came from upstairs. Hearing the sounds, Tang Hao couldn't help but frown slightly.

Four people came down from upstairs. One of them was one of the two young men who had been at the door earlier. Of the other three, one was a middle-aged man in a purple robe, and the other two were tall and thin, dressed in blue. They appeared to be around the same age as the man in purple who was in the lead.

The middle-aged man in purple looked at Tang Hao, and a hint of disgust naturally appeared on his face. He then looked at Tang San beside Tang Hao and walked downstairs.

The tall girl from before followed the four downstairs, pointed at Tang Hao, and whispered to the man in purple, "Steward, he's the one looking for Madam."

The man in purple nodded, a hint of arrogance unconsciously showing on his face. He didn't go downstairs completely, but stood on the stairs and said to the two men in blue behind him, "Yuexuan only receives elegant guests. Please ask them to leave."

Two middle-aged men in blue nodded and quickly descended the stairs. Their pace was swift, yet not hurried; rather, it was rhythmic. With each step, the soul power emanating from them intensified, creating an invisible pressure.

Tang San naturally stepped forward and looked at the purple-clad man above who didn't even bother to look at him and his father. The only description he could think of was that he looked down on people like a dog.

Two men in blue quickly approached Tang Hao and his son. The one on the left said, "Please leave."

Tang Hao said calmly, "What if I don't leave?"

The man in blue turned his gaze to the man in purple, who was referred to as the steward. The man in purple waved his hand and said, "Do I need to teach you? Ask them to leave."

The two men in blue immediately sprang into action, each raising their hands to grab Tang Hao and his son. Tang Hao looked at his son and said, "Don't kill anyone, don't destroy this place."

Tang San moved. He took a step forward, and the two men in blue simultaneously felt a powerful suction force coming from him. Almost involuntarily, they reached out and grabbed at Tang San.
