"Hong'er, the Sea Soul Fleet plan is now almost officially underway."

In Soto City, at the headquarters of the Technology Chamber of Commerce, in Chen Hong's private courtyard, Chen Lin, having finished his work, hurriedly walked in and gulped down a pot of tea.

Since Chen Hong discovered that he could refine the Faith Turbulence in Soto City and would no longer be affected by it, he gradually reduced the time he spent returning to Shrek Academy.

Aside from periodically returning to check on the withered vine and the growth rate of the wild boar Bajie, Chen Hong usually stays in Soto City. His promise to Shrek Academy to establish a Soul Guidance Device Academy is showing some progress; the busiest period is over, and Chen Hong can now be a hands-off manager.

Furthermore, the Shrek Seven Devils had not yet returned and were still lingering at the Heaven Dou Royal Academy, further diminishing Chen Hong's interest in returning to Shrek Academy.

Several of the research subjects from the Shrek Seven Devils haven't returned yet, and Chen Hong is still waiting for them to come back so he can take a look at them—no, he wants to give them a check-up.

He has gained a completely new understanding of soul bones, and he can see more about the secrets of Tang San and Xiao Wu. So now he is looking forward to the Shrek monsters returning soon.

(Tang San, who was showing off his immortal herbs, froze: Luckily, I predicted your prediction!)

"The first top-tier warship, the Sea Soul Ship, cost nearly 100 million (million-level gold soul coins). This is the biggest investment I've ever made in my life!" Chen Lin wiped the water from the corner of his mouth, looking at Chen Hong, who was teasing a blue-gold eagle with a wingspan of nearly 1.5 meters, with a helpless expression.

I don't know what's wrong with my child. There's always this random, big-headed doll (Huang) spinning around on his head, and now there's a White-faced (Ten Years) Shadow Chaser Falcon flying overhead.

In the past six months, the Shadow Falcon has grown into a near-adult state. Its growth will slow down afterward, and its size will increase more slowly, but its cultivation level will continue to rise.

Chen Hong released the White-rimmed Shadow Chaser Peregrine Falcon in his hand and watched it chase after the three-no-big-headed dolls in the sky. A smile involuntarily appeared on his lips.

Chen Lin had no idea what Chen Hong was laughing about, so he said with dissatisfaction, "You little brat, I'm talking to you! I used to know what you were researching, but ever since you built that Soto mental network, you've become more and more mysterious. I have no idea what you're thinking all day."

"Hehe." Chen Hong chuckled, his gaze fixed on the Shadow Peregrine Falcon soaring through the blue sky, clutching the head of the three-dimensional doll. He said cheerfully, "I just discovered that Xiao Ying's (the Shadow Peregrine Falcon's name) soul power absorption speed is far greater than Bajie's. Bajie took a year to become a White Realm Soul Beast, while Xiao Ying only took three months. Hmm, I've heard that some Soul Beasts are born at the Yellow or Purple Realm. Hmm, but that's a special case, requiring special training time."

Some dragon-type soul beasts hatch into hundred-year soul beasts, but this does not mean that they are born as hundred-year soul beasts. Rather, these soul beasts begin to cultivate rapidly while still in their eggshells. Due to some reason, their cultivation speed is extremely fast, and they quickly become hundred-year soul beasts.

"My senior told me that when a powerful soul beast's cub is born, its soul ring is white. This means that the soul is unchanging. If a soul beast wants to accumulate a large amount of soul power in a short period of time and complete a realm transformation so that its soul changes from white to yellow or even purple, then it means that its soul power absorption efficiency is very high. And that high efficiency is not due to the enhancement of the soul realm."

Chen Lin couldn't help but roll his eyes. He felt that Chen Hong was interrupting him again, playing a guessing game.

Chen Hong didn't care. Looking at the sky, the enraged, expressionless, big-headed doll instantly transformed into a gigantic maw, swallowing the Shadow Chasing Falcon whole. He smiled and said, "Under the condition that the environmental energy density remains unchanged, bloodline—the bloodline of a soul beast—is a crucial factor affecting the speed at which a soul beast absorbs soul power!"

Some powerful soul beasts, from the embryonic stage, have their powerful bloodlines begin to function, absorbing soul power in rapid succession, which is why they are born at the Yellow Realm or even the Purple Realm.

The Shadow Falcon's bloodline is slightly better than Bajie's, but not by much; it only allows Xiaoying to become a White Realm Soul Beast in three months. Of course, this is with the blessing of Chen Hong's Sage's Ring. If the tenfold acceleration of the Sage's Ring is removed, Xiaoying will become a White Realm Soul Beast in two to three years, while Bajie will need a full ten years.

A small discovery made from the Shadow Chasing Falcon resolved some of the doubts surrounding Chen Hong's study of soul beast cultivation, and was of great help to Chen Hong in his later research and breeding of soul beasts.

The Three Essentials of Cultivation in "Soul Beast Cultivation": Environment, Soul, and Bloodline.

The formula for cultivating soul beasts is: Cultivation speed = Cultivation efficiency (Soul enhancement × Bloodline enhancement) × Environmental energy concentration!

The terrifying thing about this algorithm is that if the environmental concentration can be increased tenfold, then with Chen Hong's sage blessing and tenfold soul enhancement, even if the soul beast does nothing, its cultivation speed can become 100 times faster! (Ice and Fire Yin-Yang Eye: Someone tagged me?)

So far, Chen Hong's Sage state is an independent multiplication zone in the Soul Beast cultivation formula that does not involve dilution, and is therefore exceptionally noble.

The only pity is that Chen Hong's Sage's Blessing is useless to Soul Masters. It's not that it's useless, but the effect is not very obvious. Of course, it is also possible that Chen Hong's own strength is too low.

"Alright, let's get back to the main topic. The initial cost of 100 million should be manageable to be kept under 50 million once you've become more proficient." Chen Hong silently closed the "Soul Beast Cultivation Manual" in his mind, then smiled at Chen Lin and said, "After all, you're starting with a Yellow Jade-class warship, so it's normal for the budget to be far over budget. Once you've mastered the technology, you should be able to build a Purple Emperor-class warship with the same cost."

The Yellow Jade-class and Purple Radiance-class warships are the internal classification system of the Technology Chamber of Commerce for soul-guided warships. There are five classes in total: White Glow (length within 50 meters), Yellow Jade (50-100 meters), Purple Radiance (100-200 meters), Black Nether (200-500 meters), and Red Annihilation (no data available).

Compared to some surface-based technological civilizations, the Zihuang-class is a large destroyer, the Heiming-class is an aircraft carrier, and as for the Hongyan-class, apart from Chen Hong, no one in the Technology Chamber of Commerce knows why they would build such a large ship.

Of course it is! The goal is the stars and the sea!

"In short, there's not much to worry about with the Sea Soul Fleet. With Uncle Ning Fengxun there, they can basically be self-sufficient."

The Technology Chamber of Commerce currently does not need warships, so it would be best if the Sea Soul Fleet could be self-sufficient, while the Chamber of Commerce would be responsible for accumulating experience.

"Huh? Shrek Academy is back?? Why are they all so different? Have they all been possessed??"

Just as Chen Hong was about to have a further discussion about the Sea Soul Fleet, his expression suddenly changed. He sensed the familiar yet unfamiliar aura of the Shrek Seven Devils in the Soto mental network.

Since the establishment of the Soto Mental Network, the weak mental field within Soto City has become increasingly stable. Chen Hong can almost treat the entire weak mental field as an extension of his mental perception domain, and can easily sense certain special or familiar auras within the city.

Now, Chen Hong sensed the familiar yet unfamiliar aura of the Shrek Seven Devils within the weak mental field, causing him to subconsciously pause for a moment.
