Starting with the Uchiha clan, they began cultivating demonic arts.

Chapter 306 Dragon Ball World

After determining the world he was in, Uchiha Touyu prepared to leave immediately.

However, in reality, Uchiha Touyu underestimated the technological level of this military base. Before he could even leave, a maglev motorcycle drove directly to his side.

"Hey!? Where did you come from, you savage? What are you doing near our Black Silk Legion's base?"

A man who looked like an officer sat on a motorcycle, pointing a gun at Uchiha Touyu and shouting a question.

However, what Uchiha Touyu heard was a bunch of languages he couldn't understand at all—he was in a new world, and this time Uchiha Touyu wasn't being reborn through possession, so naturally he couldn't understand the language of this world.

However, this is not too troublesome. Even without a cultivation system, Uchiha Touyu can still use some mental techniques with his incredibly powerful mental strength.

The officer felt dizzy and lightheaded just from looking up at him. It was fortunate that the Dragon Ball world, with its hypnotic abilities and other mental powers, did not suppress these forces.

Therefore, Uchiha Hiyu easily controlled the officer and began to use his mental power to scan his language system.

"Hmm... So it's the Black Silk Legion!"

The so-called Black Ribbon Army is a boss army that appeared when Dragon Ball was still more of a comedy manga. All the soldiers wear a red ribbon around their necks. The original name was not the Black Ribbon Army, but it was changed from red to black for some reason.

The legion boss, Black General, travels the world collecting Dragon Balls, but his goal isn't world domination; he simply wants to grow taller...

Well, anyway, the early Dragon Ball world was a comedy manga, and many of the early bosses had the ability to pull off ridiculous antics that made people laugh. Using Dragon Balls to wish for someone to grow taller wasn't anything surprising.

This is also the northern base of the Black Silk Legion. As a combat legion with the potential to dominate the world, the Black Silk Legion has various armed bases all over the world. Although this base is quite well-equipped, it is not considered special among the hundreds of bases of the entire Black Silk Legion.

Upon inquiry, Uchiha Touyu revealed that there were no strong individuals in this base—martial artists were quite common in the early stages of Dragon Ball, and everyone believed in the existence of powerful warriors, a stark contrast to the later situation where only Satan remained to deceive and swindle.

The Black Silk Legion, a powerful legion aspiring to rule the world, has gathered many talented individuals and powerful martial arts masters, including even a young Goku who had trained under the Turtle Hermit School and had exchanged a few blows with him.

To put it bluntly, a young Goku who had just debuted and hadn't undergone any training would most likely have been utterly defeated by the Black Ribbon Army. While the strong members of the Black Ribbon Army were nothing in the later Dragon Ball series, which was transformed into a shonen manga, they were indeed among the top human fighters in the early Dragon Ball world.

This gave Uchiha Tou a bold idea.

A moment later, Uchiha Tou followed the junior officer on a motorcycle back to the Black Silk Legion's base and met with the base commander, an officer with the rank of major.

This black-robed major had well-proportioned muscles, a strong physique, and long, steady breathing. His footsteps were extremely calm. Uchiha Touyu could tell at a glance that this guy was definitely a trained fighter, and his strength was probably no less than that of a naval major in the One Piece world.

"So you're the expert that Dam discovered? Want to join our Black Silk Legion?"

Major Black Silk's gaze lingered on Uchiha Touyu for a moment, especially on his tender, newly grown skin, before he frowned and asked a question.

In fact, if it weren't for the fact that Uchiha Touyu also had a lot of muscles and was wearing a strange dinosaur skin outfit, this black-silk major would probably have had Uchiha Touyu kicked out long ago—what kind of seasoned expert would have such delicate and smooth skin?

"That's right. I've heard that the Black Silk Legion has been recruiting extraordinary people and offering them generous treatment. I think I'm quite capable myself, so I'd like to give it a try."

"The Black Silk Legion doesn't accept just anyone—if you want to become a member of our Black Silk Legion, then prove your strength!"

The major in black silk spoke seriously, then unbuttoned his sleeves, revealing a short-sleeved outfit:

"I'll be the one conducting the test, but you'd better think it over; the Black Silk Legion's tests are extremely brutal!"

"Well, I've had some training, though I'm not exactly a formal martial artist, but I can handle a dozen fully armed soldiers. If my strength isn't enough..."

Major Black Silk didn't continue speaking, but the cold glint in his eyes clearly indicated the consequences of failing the test.

Of course, Uchiha Touyu didn't care about this at all. After listening to the black-robed major's words, he simply nodded slightly and then walked to face him.

"Alright, enough talk, let's get started!"

Major Black Silk's face stiffened, clearly showing his annoyance:

"Since that's the case, then don't blame me! Behold my Whirlwind Fist!"

Although it's called Whirlwind Fist, it's actually just a rapid series of punches. To this attack, Uchiha Tou didn't even look at it, simply extending one hand to block all of its punches.

Even without any cultivation system, Uchiha Tou's physical abilities are already at the level of Kaido and Charlotte Linlin. Not to mention that although he doesn't have an energy cultivation system, he can still use martial arts techniques from the Human Immortal Martial Arts.

In fact, the basic training of the Human Immortal Martial Arts, that is, the training before the Martial Saint stage, can also be effective in this world. However, compared to the ki of the Dragon Balls, the power of the Human Immortal Martial Arts is far inferior, and it can only serve as a supplement to a training path.

Uchiha Touyu had not undergone basic training in the Human Immortal Martial Arts, but his physical attributes meant he didn't need to worry about such things and could still use various techniques.

The black-haired major unleashed a flurry of punches, feeling as if he had struck an impenetrable wall. Moments later, Uchiha Touyu pushed him with his palm, pressing down on the major's chest. The major was sent flying backwards as if riding on clouds, crashing into the wall of the training room.

With a loud bang, a huge human-shaped crater appeared in the wall of the training room. The major stood blankly in the ruins, patted his body, and only after finding that he was not missing any limbs did he breathe a long sigh of relief.

Uchiha Touyu wanted to join the Black Silk Army, not kill the major in front of him. So he used a technique that involved hitting from a distance, which demonstrated his strength without actually seriously injuring the major.

After regaining his senses, the Black Silk Major's gaze towards Uchiha Touyu changed. As a large military organization capable of sweeping across the entire world and even ruling it, the Black Silk Legion, besides being tightly organized and having cruel punishments, also offers substantial rewards for meritorious service.

Although this Black Silk Major modestly claimed that he was not a martial artist, his martial arts skills were actually quite good among the officers of the entire Black Silk Legion. It was precisely because of this that he was able to see how terrifying Uchiha Tou's strength was.

Introducing such a master into the Black Silk Legion would be a great achievement, and the reward would certainly be substantial!

Therefore, the black-robed major dusted himself off and immediately approached him with great enthusiasm:

"I never expected you, sir. You look so young, yet you are such a master. May I ask your name?"

"Just call me Uchiha Touyu. Now I guess I've passed the test?"

"It passed! Absolutely passed! With your strength, sir, you'd definitely rank in the top five even within the entire Black Silk Legion!"

"Our little base can't even keep a big shot like you! I can recommend you to the Black Silk Legion's headquarters; you'll definitely get better treatment and a better position!"

Nodding slightly, Uchiha Touyu didn't really care about the so-called better treatment and position; he just wanted to get some basic cultivation methods from the Black Silk Legion.

Furthermore, the Black Silk Legion's technological level is by no means low. Dr. Groh was able to create several androids that could defeat Super Saiyans, making him one of Earth's top scientists.

In the Dragon Ball world, besides the ki training system, there is also technology, magic, and superpowers. Although, from the perspective of the Z Fighters on Earth, apart from Piccolo, the others are just good at fighting and have no special skills.

However, if we look at Dragon Ball as a whole, there are definitely many strange and wonderful skills. Not to mention the greatest miracle of Dragon Ball, there are also Majin Buu's transformation ability, the android technology developed by technological advancement, the time travel technology of the future, the Namekians' instant healing ability, the Senzu Beans of Earth...

Overall, while the variety of skills in the Dragon Ball world is not extensive, each one is simple, direct, and miraculous, definitely no less impressive than those in the One Piece and Naruto worlds. It's just that the mainstream cultivators in the Dragon Ball world are not all-rounders, not that the Dragon Ball world lacks such abilities.

Dr. Gro was a top expert in technology, and Uchiha Tou was probably half because of this evil doctor.

There are only a handful of genius scientists in the Dragon Ball world. Excluding Dr. Arale from the movies and crossovers, Dr. Gero from the Black Ribbon Army, Bulma, and her father, they are roughly the three top scientists in the entire Dragon Ball world.

Furthermore, training and technology in the Dragon Ball world can complement each other. Not to mention gravity chambers and human modification, Cell's ability to use so many skills was due to Dr. Gero using a smart brain to analyze the Z Fighters' fighting style and inputting it into Cell.

It is evident that, apart from cultivation methods such as the Turtle Hermit School and the Crane Hermit School, technological cultivation is in no way inferior, and in fact, it completely surpasses these classical cultivation methods in terms of efficiency.

The headquarters of the Black Silk Legion is located in the dense forests of western Earth, covering an area comparable to a small town.

After arriving by plane, Uchiha Touyu was greeted by a tall, bald black man, who was also Black Marshal's adjutant in the entire Black Silk Army.

"Hello, Mr. Uchiha Touyu, are you the one who wants to join the Black Silk Army?"

The tall, bald black man stared intently at Uchiha Touyu, scrutinizing him from head to toe. At this moment, Uchiha Touyu no longer looked like the savage who had just arrived in this world, dressed in dinosaur skin. Instead, he was now wearing the uniform of the Black Silk Legion.

"Indeed, it is I. I have heard that the Black Silk Legion has been recruiting extraordinary individuals and offering them generous treatment and conditions, so I naturally want to give it a try."

While this lieutenant Black was observing him, Uchiha Touyu also glanced at the lieutenant. In the original work, lieutenant Black was the final boss in Goku's fight against the Black Ribbon Army. His battle robot caused Goku some trouble. Before entering the battle robot, he also exchanged a few blows with Goku.

Although in the original story this tall black man was easily defeated by Goku in just a few moves, to be honest, the fact that he wasn't instantly killed already speaks volumes about his strength. In the World Martial Arts Tournament, he would at least be a top-eight contender.

After observing Uchiha Tou for a while, this tall, dark-skinned man had the same question as the black-robed major before him. However, his emotional control was much better than that major's, and he didn't mention any fighting.

"Our Black Silk Legion naturally welcomes all kinds of extraordinary individuals, but to obtain the best conditions, we still need to conduct a test. Don't worry, it's just a simple test of your strength and speed, sir. Different levels of strength will receive different levels of treatment."

Uchiha Touyu nodded:

"Then let's go test it out. I'm still somewhat confident in my abilities."

The tests were simple: a boxing machine to test strength, running to test speed, and a super-heavy barbell to test strength. In these basic tests, Uchiha Hiu demonstrated unimaginable strength.

After all, she has the physique of Charlotte Linlin and Kaido, pure physical strength. Even if Piccolo were brought out, he would definitely not be able to compare to her. In the Dragon Ball world, people train in ki, and physical strength is just a side benefit.

A barbell weighing tens or hundreds of tons can be lifted with one hand, and the speed of running is so fast that it cannot be seen with the naked eye. As for the so-called boxing machine, it was smashed into scrap metal with a single punch.

According to Uchiha Touyu's estimation, even if he relied solely on his physical combat strength, it would be between 50 and 100 points. His destructive power might be a bit weak, but because of his highly skilled combat techniques, he wouldn't be at too much of a disadvantage in battles of the same level.
