Naruto: Starting from Eating the Gold Fruit

Chapter 518 Engagement?

After Orochimaru announced the success of the experiment, Yuya did not keep it a secret. He sent messages to the heads of the various ninja clans in Konoha the very next day.

The mass production of Six Paths Chakra is complete. The next step is to determine how to allocate the initial shares.

The first batch should not be very large.

Moreover, the safety of the first batch is not guaranteed.

However, there is no doubt that the clans that obtained the Six Paths Chakra before all understood what this chakra meant to them.

Those who didn't get it before could only be envious, but now that they have the opportunity, they definitely want a piece of the pie.

Thus, a predictable battle for control of the game ensued.

Uchiha Clan Territory:

The Uchiha clan territory now only consists of the areas where the Uchiha clan members reside.

As for the rest of the places, they were all given to Yuya by Fugaku Uchiha.

Oh no, it was Fugaku Uchiha who, deeply grateful for Konoha's kindness to the Uchiha clan, voluntarily gave 95% of the Uchiha clan's land to Konoha, and from then on, the Uchiha clan and Konoha would stand together through thick and thin!

Therefore, apart from the area occupied by these buildings, the Uchiha clan no longer owns any land.

Itachi Uchiha removed the ANBU mask from his face and opened the door.

"I'm back."

"Ni-chan!" Uchiha Sasuke ran up to the entrance.

Welcome back!

Uchiha Itachi smiled slightly: "How was the team today?"

Upon hearing Itachi's words, Sasuke's face immediately turned a mixture of red and blue.

"What's wrong?" Itachi Uchiha asked, puzzled.

After taking a deep breath, Uchiha Sasuke looked at his older brother seriously and said, "Brother, help me train my Sharingan later."

Itachi Uchiha was taken aback, then looked at Sasuke with amusement: "You lost to Naruto?"

Sasuke Uchiha instantly broke down: "No! No way! I didn't give up! It was Kakashi who stopped my counterattack in the end! I was about to win! Really!"

Itachi Uchiha's lips curled up; his younger brother was really something...

Oh well, it doesn't matter what happens to my own brother.

"Itachi's back?"

From the inner room, Fugaku Uchiha's voice rang out.

Itachi Uchiha immediately suppressed his smile and replied softly, "Yes, Father, I'm back."

Sasuke obediently shut his mouth when he heard Fugaku speak.

It must be said that Fugaku still held a certain status in the family.

"Come and eat first."

"A good father."

After washing his hands and sitting down at the table, halfway through his meal, Itachi Uchiha heard Fugaku ask him, "Itachi, you're... old enough to get married, aren't you?"

Itachi Uchiha paused in his eating, then nodded slightly: "Yes, Father."

"That girl, Quan, is quite nice. You have excellent taste. This matter can't be delayed. How about I take you to Quan's house tomorrow to arrange your engagement?"

Itachi Uchiha and Sasuke Uchiha both looked at Fugaku Uchiha in bewilderment.

Fugaku Uchiha, however, remained calm.

Itachi Uchiha hesitated. To be honest, he really didn't know if he could be a good husband if he got married so early...

but……

He did indeed have a deep relationship with Izumi.

Although……

He valued his younger brother the most.

"Um, Father, why does my brother need to get married in such a hurry?" Sasuke asked his father cautiously.

Fugaku Uchiha said expressionlessly, "Now that you've reached the age, don't delay any longer."

Uchiha Itachi was silent for a moment, then nodded in agreement to Fugaku's urging to marry him: "I understand, I'm willing."

A barely perceptible smile appeared on Fugaku's face.

……

The next day:

The Uchiha clan compound became lively.

Who in the entire Uchiha clan doesn't know about the relationship between Itachi Uchiha and Izumi Uchiha?

However, Izumi Uchiha's family never imagined that Fugaku Uchiha could be so shameless!

Quan is still so young! How can you be so heartless!

Uchiha Izumi's father strongly opposed Uchiha Izumi's relationship with Uchiha Itachi.

Uchiha Izumi's grandfather had previously stated that he was strongly opposed to merging the clan's territory into Konoha.

So his son was more or less influenced by him.

Now, because of this incident, it seems that Uchiha Izumi and Uchiha Itachi are about to be separated, and Uchiha Fugaku has stepped forward.

Fugaku said: Your grandfather was a piece of trash, and so are you.

Your daughter doesn't look like you at all; it's truly a stroke of good luck for your ancestors.

Your grandfather has a mental disability, and so does yours.

You don't even work for the Security Department, you don't receive the monthly allowance from Konoha Village, and you'd be sleeping on the streets long ago if I hadn't given you the house on the Uchiha clan's land.

You clueless idiot, your daughter and my son are in love, what business is it of yours?

This was the first time Fugaku had ever cursed someone in public like this.

I have to say...

It was actually pretty cool.

Uchiha Izumi's father was severely scolded, and his face looked extremely unpleasant.

But in the end, he did not fall out with Fugaku.

Itachi Uchiha and Izumi Uchiha got engaged.

Strictly speaking, after those elders passed away, the entire Uchiha clan was basically ruled by Fugaku.

These guys' backers are either sick or old, so how dare they bark at me like dogs?

After settling his son's marriage, Fugaku immediately announced:

Since Itachi Uchiha is already married, the Uchiha clan is naturally no longer a suitable place for this newlywed couple to stay.

So Fugaku drove the newlywed couple out of the Uchiha clan's territory.

Uchiha Izumi was heartbroken, thinking that her future husband's father didn't like her—after all, normally, how could someone be kicked out of a marriage after just an engagement?

It wasn't until Itachi Uchiha was led by Fugaku Uchiha to the Hokage's office building, and seeing the various clans' personnel inside, that Fugaku introduced them to the others:

"This is my son, you all know him. He got married yesterday. I kicked him out of the Uchiha clan's territory. From today onwards, he is the head of the Uchiha branch family."

The others stared in disbelief at Uchiha Fugaku.

A moment later, Sarutobi Asuma slammed his fist on the table and roared, "Are you kidding me?! You think you can just split the family like that?! You can split the family, but you can't take two portions!"

Fugaku Uchiha was displeased: "Why can the Hyuga clan get two portions, but our Uchiha clan can't?"

Hyuga Hizashi slammed his fist on the table: "Fugaku, you bastard! Who are you targeting?! How many people are in the Hyuga branch family? And you pull this stunt?! Is Itachi the only one in your Uchiha branch family?!"

Fugaku Uchiha calmly crossed his arms and said, "And his wife too."

Uchiha Itachi's face darkened.

He knew why his father wanted him to get married so quickly...

Are you waiting here?!
