Perhaps only when it pierced a person's heart would the victim be shocked to discover that they had been attacked, but by then it would be too late.

Badr had already written the script for what was to happen, but unfortunately Helga wasn't going to follow it.

She reached out and, to Badr's astonishment, grasped the crystal cone, flicking it lightly into pieces.

The next second, the soil of the entire island surged up, and the precious trees and beautiful flowers were all swallowed up by the soil that had previously supported them, turning into all sorts of magical animal clay sculptures that pounced on Baldr in mid-air.

Suddenly, many sharp spikes appeared in the soil that Helga controlled, causing Helga's domain to stagnate and vying with her for control of the domain.

On the second day, the king's blood became nourishment for the "tree".

As soon as Badr finished speaking, the spikes began to grow rapidly under the illumination of Badr's field of light, turning into small saplings, with abstract human faces appearing on their trunks.

These treants began to draw nourishment from Helga's domain and launched an attack on it.

Without hesitation, Helga wrapped the tree-men in mud containing stones and crushed them into sawdust at high speed.

Helga, preoccupied with the tree people, had no time to deal with Baldr in the sky, so he could continue chanting.

On the third day, the king's sweat became rain from the sky.

On the fifth day, the rain turned to ice.

Heavy rain began to fall from the sky. According to Badr's plan, he would use this rain and the ice formed by the subsequent rain to completely seal Helga's territory. However, just as He was about to use the rain, it "rejected" His command and flew towards the sea not far away, merging with the seawater.

"Thanks, Salazar!" Helga thanked Salazar in the distance as he annihilated the treants, for it was Salazar who had intercepted the rain summoned by Baldr.

Badr's astonishment deepened; he had never witnessed anything like this before: how could mortals dare to lay a finger on the authority of the gods?

He forced himself to calm down, but unfortunately, his next chant involved "storm" and "fire," and with the help of Rowena and Godric, the three chants were completely nullified.

Badr was pale, and his white robe was soaked with sweat. The "Hymn of the King of Gods" had taken a heavy toll on Him, and even He, as the God of Light, could not bear the last line.

He swallowed the blood that gushed from his throat and sang his final words: "On the ninth day, the king gained boundless wisdom and fell from the tree—"

At this point, the phantom of Odin behind Baldr had materialized, becoming a golden giant floating behind Him.

Faced with the God-King's attack, Helga did not choose to withstand it head-on, but instead was slammed into the sea along with the island. A huge hole was punched in the seawater, and Sky Island crashed onto the seabed.

The giant's divine power raged, causing powerful tsunamis and earthquakes. But in the end, faced with the endless seawater and the solid earth's crust, the giant exhausted its last bit of divine power and turned into dust and disappeared.

At the moment the giant disappeared, Baldr also fell from the sky and crashed onto the exposed seabed, his chest pierced by a mistletoe.

Helga appeared beside Him and carried Badr's body back into the air before the seawater surged in.
