Ancient Wizards Return to Hogwarts...

Chapter 491 Voldemort: Just you wait, I will definitely be back!

Dumbledore saw Helga and Rowena. As for Rice, not wanting to be too high-profile, he chose to conceal himself and did not swagger onto the field like his two old friends.

Rowena and Helga originally planned to eliminate the Secret Order's underlings first, but Dumbledore's words made them stop in their tracks.

"What the hell is love and justice..." Rowena felt like she had a thousand complaints to make, but the timing seemed a bit off.

Helga didn't have so many concerns. Dumbledore's words suited her well, and given her current mood, she simply and decisively exclaimed, "I'll help you!"

Then, to the astonishment of his two friends, he leaped from the top of the Quidditch pitch and crashed directly into Voldemort inside the dueling arena.

She didn't care about anything else and directly chose to fight two against one with Dumbledore.

Rowena, Salazar: ...

They didn't know what to say; perhaps Helga had been holding back a lot of anger in the dungeon and needed to vent.

Now that Helga had taken action, Rice and Rowena did not hesitate and launched an attack on the Secret Order monks inside the Quidditch pitch.

From her high vantage point, Rowena unleashed wind blades at the cultivators, killing them one by one.

Rice strolled around the stadium as if he were just wandering around, but any monks who got close to him would have their blood drained and be instantly killed.

As for Helga, she joined forces with Dumbledore in the attack.

A few simple, unadorned earth spikes, followed by some small meteorites, made Voldemort suffer greatly. However, after enduring a long and arduous struggle, his ultimate attack was finally ready.

The black sludge, forced into the corner of the dueling arena by the flames and sandstorm, began to churn, and then a huge wolf's head emerged from it.

Its flesh was rotting, but deep, bone-revealing wounds were still visible on the wolf's head. Not only were there wounds on its head, but its body was also covered with horrific gashes, some of which showed signs of charring.

However, after emerging from Voldemort's domain, the domain's power quickly repaired the wounds on its body, its withered flesh became plump again, and its messy hair became shiny and smooth.

Summoning the wolf and healing its wounds drained Voldemort of his last remaining strength. Once the wolf had fully emerged from the ground, Voldemort's domain vanished.

The last bit of black sludge clung to the wolf's tail, helping it to reattach its severed tail.

"Fenrir the wolf!" The weakened Voldemort revealed a sickly smile. "A true god! An Old God of Norse mythology!"

Helga calmly looked at the imposing Fenrir the wolf, unmoved by its terrifying aura. She only had one question for Voldemort.

"So you've ultimately placed your hopes on the gods?"

Voldemort narrowed his eyes.

"Now that you've entered my realm of death, it becomes my power. You, and Dumbledore, will also become a part of me!"

Helga understood Voldemort's meaning.

Not bad. This guy is still a wizard after all, and hasn't completely become a lackey of the gods. Perhaps Salazar would feel a little gratified that this dark wizard from Slytherin still retains a glimmer of hope.

If he were to worship the Norse wolf he summoned, or even recognize it as his master, Salazar would be completely disarmed.

Voldemort didn't grasp the true meaning of Helga's question, nor did he bother to ponder it. After a brief exchange, he waved his hand, and the dire wolf pounced on Dumbledore.

At the same time, a few wisps of wolf fur fell from its body and instantly transformed into a giant wolf longer than a person, following behind the demonic wolf and attacking the two of them together.

Helga glanced at the demon wolf and realized that it was merely a creature in form but lacked spirit, relying only on its powerful divine body to launch instinctive attacks.

Dust billowed up from the ground, quickly enveloping the summoned wolf pups. With a gentle swirling motion, she transformed the pups into clay sculptures.

A few seconds later, they made a popping sound and returned to their wolf fur state.

Dumbledore, on the other hand, manipulated fire, conjuring a fire phoenix, which then fought the dire wolf.

After exchanging blows for several rounds, the wolf's fur was ignited.

Helga stepped aside, giving Dumbledore more space.

She also wanted to take the opportunity to see the capabilities of the current headmaster of Hogwarts.

After observing for a moment and gaining a general understanding of Dumbledore's strength, she pointed at the wolf, and the wolf's two hind legs were covered in sand, instantly fixing it in place and unable to move.

Dumbledore's phoenix seized the opportunity, swooping down from the sky and swiftly and accurately pecking out the wolf's eyes.

The blind wolf howled in pain and began to fight back, but it was already driven by instinct and had lost its sight. How could it possibly be a match for Dumbledore?

After several pounces from the phoenix, the demon wolf collapsed to the ground with a thud, its aura rapidly dissipating. A few seconds later, it reverted to its original form, becoming a highly decomposed wolf carcass.

Dumbledore casually covered the flames with his hand, only to find to his surprise that he had only burned a portion of the rotting flesh and hair, while the rest of the body showed no signs of being burned at all.

"The remains of gods are not so easily destroyed. Their bodies will only decay after the divine essence within them has dissipated on its own," Helga said with the air of someone who had been through it all.

Dumbledore couldn't help but have a thought: how many gods did she kill back then, given how skilled she was?

Seeing that even his last trump card had been exposed, Voldemort's expression turned incredibly grim.

He pulled out his wand, ready to put up a last-ditch effort.

However, Voldemort's reflexes were severely impaired at this moment. He had barely drawn his wand when he was struck by Dumbledore's Disarming Curse. His wand flew high into the air, tumbled into the wall of fire, and instantly turned to ashes.

"It's all over, Tom," Dumbledore said calmly, pointing his wand at Voldemort.

Voldemort's expression grew increasingly ferocious: "Just you wait, Dumbledore, I will be back."

He also has Horcruxes!

He won't die as long as the Horcrux isn't destroyed!

"I'll be waiting for you." Dumbledore showed no emotion at Voldemort's words. "When you come back, I'll deal with you again, until your Horcruxes are all gone."

He had anticipated this moment and was mentally prepared.

This is his duty, and also the sin he must atone for—a way of making amends for the mistakes of the past.

With a flash of light, the last trace of color vanished from Voldemort's face, and he collapsed onto the dueling platform, kicking up a cloud of dust.
