Chapter 511 Cola Infiltrates the Secret Service

Chapter 511 Cola Infiltrates the Secret Service

Los Angeles, Beverly Hills.

After dinner, Thomas went upstairs to pack his luggage.

His girlfriend, Victoria, followed behind, watching Thomas retrieve his suitcase and enter the dressing room. She said, "You finally get your annual leave, wouldn't it be nice to go on vacation to the Caribbean?"

She opened a cabinet and took out a route map she had planned: "From Nassau to Puerto Rico, the whole way is beautiful."

Thomas said, "Didn't I tell you? We're going on vacation to Washington."

"Washington? What's so fun or interesting about that hellhole?" Victoria exclaimed, raising her voice in displeasure. "The Washington Monument? The Lincoln Memorial? Capitol Hill? I have absolutely no interest in those damn places!"

Thomas, having finally found love, tried to communicate calmly: "We can go to the White House Independence Day celebrations; ordinary people never have that opportunity!"

Victoria asked, "Because of Martin, right?"

Thomas touched his bald forehead: "Martin is about to receive the Distinguished Presidential Medal of Freedom!"

"He got it, not you!" Victoria couldn't tolerate her boyfriend prioritizing someone else more: "Can't you just give in to me this once?"

Thomas also compromised slightly: "Next time, I promise."

These words, instead of calming Victoria down, only fueled her anger: "Go find your Martin! See if he'll sleep with you!"

"Shut your filthy mouth!" Thomas was truly enraged this time, pointing to the door and saying, "You can leave now!"

Victoria demanded, "You're letting me leave?"

Thomas took a few deep breaths, forcing himself to calm down, and said, "Let's stop here!"

He was filled with regret. He should have broken up with this woman after Hefner's party last time, instead of choosing to stay together because of that.

No! Thomas realized he was wrong; he shouldn't have been in a relationship at all!

Victoria asked, "What do you mean?"

"We broke up!" Thomas said, feeling inexplicably relieved. The pressure on his shoulders disappeared, the gloomy sky above him cleared up, and he instantly felt full of energy.

He immediately understood that the breakup was a genuine and urgent desire in her heart: "We're over, you can move out now."

Victoria was furious and started packing her things without saying a word.

Thomas watched all of this with a cold eye.

Blinded by love, I'm thinking about many things right now.

How many parties has he turned down for his girlfriend? How many invitations from beautiful women has he turned down?

It's not worth giving up an entire forest for one tree!

Victoria quickly packed her things, picked up her bag, and went downstairs.

Thomas followed.

"You'll regret this!" Victoria gave Thomas the middle finger. "Go to hell!"

Thomas felt a pang of sympathy for a moment, but when he saw his bald head in the entryway mirror, he swallowed the words that were on the tip of his tongue.

Thomas heard a car starting outside and went out.

As Victoria drove off, she gave Thomas the middle finger and shouted, "Super Agent Thomas, a man who needs Vigo to get going! Super Agent Thomas..."

Thomas got angry, rushed outside, and yelled at the car.

She can say he's bald because it represents his hard work and struggle, but she can't say he's incompetent!

Many neighbors came out to see what was going on.

Thomas hurried home; he still had a lot of luggage to pack.

He vowed never to have a girlfriend again.

A night of love is much more comfortable than this.

…………

Martin arrived in Washington once again, and this time he was received by a Secret Service agent named Benjamin.

The car crossed the Potomac River, turned onto Pennsylvania Avenue, and arrived at the Hilton Hotel.

Before getting out of the car, Benjamin specifically instructed: "Mr. Davis, I will pick you up at eight o'clock on the morning of July 4th to attend the celebration. You are free to do as you please during this time."

Martin shook his hand and said, "Thank you."

Benjamin left him a business card with a phone number on it, then his tone suddenly changed, and he said in a low voice, "Master, this is what I should do."

He patted his chest: "Long live the Cola Cult!"

Martin was slightly taken aback by this, then nodded and said, "You're a member of the Cola Cult?"

Benjamin suddenly started taking off his clothes.

Bruce was startled and instinctively reached for his pocket.

Benjamin unbuttoned his black jacket, then his white shirt, revealing a red t-shirt underneath, and solemnly declared, "The eternal Cult of Cola! The eternal God of Cola!"

Martin was surprised that his followers had even expanded into the White House Secret Service. He nodded slightly with a sense of accomplishment: "Ben, you've done a great job."

He gave Bruce a wink.

Bruce pulled out a business card with his contact information and handed it to Benjamin: "Call this number if you need anything."

Benjamin said, "Yes, Master."

Martin prepared to get out of the car.

Benjamin added, "Many of the Secret Service brothers have joined the Coca-Cola Cult, and they really want to meet the cult leader."

Martin thought for a moment and said, "If the opportunity arises, you can introduce me to them."

Benjamin was pleased: "Yes, Master, I will find a suitable opportunity."

Bruce looked at the Secret Service agent. Having seen many performances, and being an agent who wasn't a politician, he could tell that this person wasn't acting or talking nonsense.

Has the Coca-Cola cult infiltrated the Secret Service and the White House Secret Service?

Benjamin accompanied Martin and Bruce into the Hilton Hotel, collected the suite keys, gave them a few instructions, and then said goodbye.

Martin and Bruce went upstairs and stayed in the same room they had stayed in last time.

Bruce took out the equipment he had prepared in advance and carefully checked all the rooms to make sure there were no problems.

When I was in Los Angeles, the two bodyguards who had been guarding my house also came over and lived across the street.

Martin said, "Hopefully, we won't run into the same mess as last time."

Bruce opened the window and looked outside, saying, "It shouldn't be. Those people were too crazy last time..."

"They dare to be crazy about me, but they wouldn't dare do that to Harvey Weinstein." Martin knew that Old Brooks was referring to the reporters from the News of the World. The team of reporters who secretly filmed him last time were not only captured by the FBI, but were also branded as Russian spies.

He asked, "Old Brooks, has the News of the World done nothing about Harvey?"

Bruce has been monitoring the situation closely: "They might be gathering evidence, or they might have already gathered evidence, but they haven't taken action because Harvey and his connections involve many parties."

Martin stated directly, "I really want to get rid of that bastard Harvey."

Bruce said frankly, "It's difficult, or rather, impossible, for us to do it on our own."

Martin nodded. "Find the right opportunity." He changed the subject: "I never imagined the Coca-Cola cult could infiltrate the Secret Service and the White House."

Bruce was also surprised: "I didn't expect it either. It seems they really like, or even idolize, you as their leader."

Martin joked, "Unfortunately, the Cult of Cola is a loose organization."

"Do you really want to take over the White House and dissolve the United States?" Bruce had heard Martin's drunken ramblings: "That would require an army of beautiful women."

Martin, seizing the opportunity, added nonsensically, "Perhaps we could have Coca-Cola hold a few more Coca-Cola Cult promotional events in Washington to attract more young people from various departments to join the Coca-Cola Cult."

At this point, he suddenly had a thought: "Even if we can't do anything, when we encounter problems in the future, maybe someone can put in a few words of help, and perhaps one of those words will make a difference."

Bruce thought for a moment: "Thomas has to handle this kind of thing."

Speaking of his agent, he sighed, "Thomas broke up with his new girlfriend."

Martin laughed: "When he comes to Washington, we must celebrate his return to single life."

Thomas, who is single and bald, seems to be even more powerful in combat.

Martin's phone rang. He glanced at it and answered, "Hey Neves, I'm in Washington. Are you calling to invite me to dinner?"

Across from him was FBI agent Neves: "I'm at the Hilton Hotel. Want to meet and talk?"

Martin said, "Let's go to the coffee shop next door."

The reply was, "Okay."

Martin and Bruce went downstairs to the Starbucks next door.

Neves was sitting at a table in the corner and waved to the two of them.

Martin strode over, sat down opposite him, and said, "Congratulations on your promotion, old buddy."

Neves said, "I should thank you properly."

Martin waved his hand: "There's no need for formalities between us."

Neves said with a laugh, "Without those Russian spies, I wouldn't have been able to rise to the position of assistant director."

These are things that are public knowledge, but there are some things he won't tell Martin, such as how he is appreciated by several bigwigs in the White House, which will make his rise over the next four years much smoother.

Martin didn't continue that topic, instead asking, "How's your research on adapting related events into a movie coming along?"

Both sides had already discussed this matter, and Neves had given it careful consideration, saying, "The time frame for this is too short, and some aspects of the adaptation would be quite troublesome. My suggestion is to wait a few years."

Martin expressed his understanding.

Neves continued, "I had rivals within the FBI. There were unspoken rules within us. Similar incidents happened too often, and no one would expose them. But I got promoted, which blocked his path forward."

Martin understood what he meant: "This guy won't cause me any trouble, will he?"

"They won't really cause you trouble," Neves cautioned. "They might create some obstacles for you, like taking a backseat to your status as an American hero, or giving you a little lesson. As long as they have a legitimate reason and it's not too outrageous, the White House won't say anything."

Martin said, "I'm in Washington, should I keep a low profile?"

Neves advised, "It's not about keeping a low profile, it's about being careful. America is a society governed by the rule of law. As a public figure of your caliber across the country, they won't take action unless you break the law."

He chuckled. "But don't forget, we're the FBI, experts at fishing."

Martin nodded: "I'll be careful. If there's an emergency, I'll call you immediately."

Neves added, "The key is not to give them a chance."
