Chapter 72 Unfastening the Loop Ring

Before the production team moved into post-production, Zombie Dancer Studios booked the entire House of Beasts club and threw a celebratory party.

In addition to the eighteen handsome men, 30 beautiful women were also hired to perform.

Enraged by this, Benjamin yelled, "If you can't handle this, I'm shoving a microphone in your mouth!"

Martin retorted sharply, "If I can handle it, you're going to eat the microphone?"

Benjamin raised the microphone: "I ate it!"

Robert shouted from the audience, "Martin, I support you!"

Andrew pointed at him and said, "Two men, drag this traitor away and cut him off!"

Before Benjamin could react, Martin dodged to the next target, and with another ripping sound, the fabric tore apart once more.

This was an event he arranged, and of course, he left a back door for it.

No, there's a bug.

Martin was quite the talker; in a flash, the headlights came on.

He raised his arms and shouted, "Yes!"

Benjamin realized what was happening: "You cheated!"

Martin shouted to the audience, "I've solved it, haven't I? Do you want to see Benjamin eat the microphone live?"

"Eat! Eat!" Everyone started shouting.

Martin waved to Bruce on the side of the stage: "Old Bruce, where's your Vaseline? Throw a bottle up here."

Benjamin looked at the round-headed microphone and estimated that once it was swallowed, it would be difficult to pull it out.

Bruce went to the bar, carried a box to the side of the stage, and handed it to Martin.

Martin removed the lid, revealing a microphone made of cream chocolate, the very shape Benjamin often used when filming.

"Director, have a taste." Martin offered it to Benjamin.

Benjamin pointed at Martin: "You rascal, if you're going to give it to someone, just give it to me directly. Why all this fuss?"

Martin thought to himself, "How can I make a lasting impression on you if I don't come up with something unique?"

Although he has no memory of Benjamin Calvin's past life, Martin thinks he's very good at making B-movies.

Benjamin finished the chocolate microphone in one go, then walked off the stage arm in arm with Martin, leaving only twenty car headlights behind.

Brianna, the financial manager of the film crew, bid thousands of dollars in tips on set and then sought out brave men from the group of handsome actors.

Everyone rushed to the edge of the stage and started throwing plastic rings at it.

The flowers were colorful, like a celestial maiden scattering blossoms.

At the bar, Bruce asked, "Is this how things are done in your circle?"

Martin looked at Benjamin: "Hollywood must play even more elaborate games, right?"

Benjamin hadn't actually encountered this before, but he couldn't show his ignorance: "What's so special about this?"

Robert, brimming with confidence after landing a role with lines, leaned over and asked, "Director, do I have the potential to become a big star?"

Benjamin looked him over carefully, patted Robert on the shoulder, and said, "I'm not trying to discourage you, but even if you went to Hollywood and sold yourself, you'd have a hard time finding anyone who wanted you."

Robert suddenly felt the harsh reality hit him, and looking back at the stage, he said, "I want to lie down on that stage and make money."

Martin waved his hand: "Go ahead, go find Carrington, he'll arrange it for you. Making money, nobody will laugh at you."

Robert hurried over to the stage.

Bruce poured Martin and Benjamin each a glass of wine and said, "Shall we practice shooting tomorrow?"

Martin nodded: "Okay, same place as always."

Benjamin picked up his glass, clinked it with Martin's, and suggested, "Your action scenes are pretty good, they look really cool. It would be good for you to practice with guns more, you'll be able to use them in the future."

He roughly knew Martin's goal: "Hollywood is a circle that relies heavily on connections, but there's a prerequisite for getting ahead: your basic abilities can't be too bad."

Martin agreed: "Very good advice."

Benjamin cautioned, "Don't go too far for now; many scenes in the later stages of this film will require dubbing."

Suddenly, Martin spotted an unusually large woman coming down from the second floor and said, "I'm going to the restroom."

Bruce reacted just as quickly: "Let's go together."

Benjamin was confused.

Sofia came down from the second floor, raised her large arm, and greeted, "Ben, good evening."

Benjamin soon fled as well.
