Chapter 728 Musk and the Three Silicon Valley Sisters

Chapter 728 Musk and the Three Sisters of Silicon Valley

Macy's in Union Square, San Francisco.

Martin sat at the autograph table, signed a DVD handed to him by a fan, and said with a smile, "Thank you for your support."

The afternoon autograph session was approaching, and the queue had thinned considerably.

There was a tall, chubby man with a commemorative Blu-ray disc at the end of the line.

When Martin looked up again, he saw Musk at the back of the line and wondered what the guy was doing there.

Musk quickly got to the front of the line, handed the disc to Martin, and asked, "Old friend, wanna take a picture together?"

After Martin finished signing, there was no one else behind him, so he simply stood up and stood with Musk.

The latter held the disc in one hand, turned on his phone's camera with the other, handed it to Bruce, and added, "Make me look handsome in the picture, and make Martin look ugly."

Martin said, "Listen to him."

No matter how you photograph him, he's more handsome than Musk.

After taking the photo, Musk took back his phone and said, "Wait for me."

He first posted this group photo on Twitter.

Regardless of anything else, Martin Scorsese, the newly crowned Oscar winner, is currently very popular; let's ride that wave first.

Musk racked his brains to promote Tesla.

After Martin watched him finish his work, he asked, "You didn't come all this way just to take a picture with me, did you?"

Musk said, "I heard you came to San Francisco to promote your DVD, so I came all the way here to invite you to dinner."

He glanced at Martin, a man worth billions of dollars—who could ignore him? Especially someone who had climbed his way up from the bottom: "So, are you free tonight?"

Martin stretched his wrists, which were a little sore from signing so many autographs, and said, "Let's go."

The two left Macy's, got into a Tesla driven by Musk, and headed straight for the San Francisco Bay Area, entering a restaurant near the bay.

Dinner was sumptuous. Martin is from Hollywood, and Musk has deep ties to Hollywood, so the conversation revolved around Hollywood the whole time.

After chatting for a short while, Musk brought up the old topic again: "Have you forgotten about Amber Heard that I told you about last time? That's not very friendly of you, is it?"

Martin retorted sharply: "What about the beautiful women you were talking about in Silicon Valley's tech scene?"

Unexpectedly, Musk was prepared, pulling out a photo and pushing it towards Martin: "I'm always particular about what I do, so I've prepared three candidates for you at once."

Martin took the photo, which showed three women with long, golden-brown hair, and frowned.

Because the three women all looked to be quite old.

Martin thought to himself, "This is clearly Menez's type. Did Musk make a mistake?"

"These three are sisters," Musk introduced: "Susan Wojcicki, Janet Wojcicki, and Anne Wojcicki."

Martin returned the photo: "Dude, I thought your appreciation of beauty was on par with mine, but it's a disaster. Is this what you call a beauty?"

Musk pressed down on the photo: "Let me finish what I have to say before you judge whether they are beautiful or not, okay?"

Martin gestured for him to proceed.

Musk explained, "Susan Wojcicki, Google's 16th employee by serial number, is now in charge of Google's Google Games business and is rumored to be a likely successor to the CEO position at YouTube. Larry Page and Sergey Brin rented her garage when they started their business."

He then pointed to the second oldest woman: "Janet Wojcicki, PhD in Anthropology from the University of California, Master of Epidemiology, a respected professor, holds numerous patents, and is worth hundreds of millions."

"And this one," Musk said, pointing to the youngest woman, "Anne Wojcicki, the youngest of three sisters, founder of a DNA testing company, with a net worth greater than you and me combined. She's Sergey Brin's wife."

After hearing these words, Martin looked at the photos again and found that the three ladies... were indeed quite pretty.

Musk carefully selected these three women with a specific purpose in mind, saying, "They're all married..."

"Wait!" Martin interrupted the bastard. "Elon, what do you mean?"

Musk laughed and said, "I've heard some rumors from Hollywood that this isn't your type, is it?"

Such rumors circulate frequently in Hollywood, and Martin had heard of them before. However, he naturally refuted these slanders with a clear stance: "Do you think that's possible? Does it fit my aesthetic?"

Musk thinks the latter statement might be true, but he doesn't believe the former statement at all.

Who doesn't have a girlfriend or wife who works in Hollywood?

Who doesn't know all the scumbags in Hollywood? What's going on between Jolie and Aniston? And how did the rumors about Charlize Theron even start?

There are even rumors in the modeling world that supermodels have invited Martin to their bachelor/bachelor parties.

Are all of these fake?

Martin shook his head: "You're not being sincere."

Musk loosened his tie and began to speak seriously: "Depp is your mortal enemy. If you help me get close to Amber, it's like I'm helping you get your mortal enemy's wife, right?"

Martin looked at him and said, "If you want to do something shameless, don't drag me into it and raise the banner of justice."

Musk's outrageous remarks didn't end there: "Look, I helped you, so in exchange, shouldn't you help me?"

Martin said, "Your purpose in finding these three people is not simple."

"How could it be simple?" Musk said bluntly. "There's no such thing as a simple relationship between a man and a woman."

Martin, considering the three women's identities and wealth, said, "Stop talking nonsense. What do you want to get from them through me?"

Musk said, "As far as I know, all three of them are your fans, the kind who really like you... Well, Tesla is preparing for a fundraising round, and I want to bring in people from Google; they're the best starting point!"

He seemed prepared to sacrifice himself: "Martin, the two of us will go together, two against three, absolutely no problem!"

Martin sneered. He had a brother who could easily take on three people of that age.

Musk continued, "If we can convince them, we can definitely get Google on board this time."

Martin continued to sneer.

Musk said, "Susan and Anne have billions in assets..."

"If you had told me this six years ago, I would have thanked you." Martin wasn't morally fastidious; when he was in Atlanta, his biggest goal was to find a rich woman to settle down with.

He later found two wealthy women, Kelly and Louise, but they wouldn't give him a chance to lie down; they were only willing to give him a push from behind when he was sprinting.

Martin shook his head, deciding to stop thinking about it: "Let's just forget about it for now."

Musk understood: "If you can work with me to convince them, a portion of the funding for this Tesla equity financing round will be specifically reserved for you."

Martin is no longer the poor kid he used to be. He's worked so hard to climb up the ladder, why should he put his brother down?

He refused outright: "You should go by yourself. I have faith in your abilities."

Martin says he can't enjoy the beauty of these women in the tech industry.

Musk accused, "Everyone says Martin is the most loyal friend, but what happened? You're not loyal at all. I helped you deal with Depp, but you won't help me with anything."

Martin said, "I'm afraid Sergei Brin will kill me."

Musk shook his head, seeing that he couldn't persuade Martin, and didn't say anything more. Instead, he thought about taking matters into his own hands. One against three would be a big problem, so he would find one as a breakthrough point first, which wouldn't be a big problem.

He quickly set his sights on Sergei Brin's wife, Anne Wojcicki.

Martin and Musk were already close, and Martin used his shamelessness to his advantage: "Tesla's financing and share expansion seems to have encountered a lot of difficulties. As a friend, I'll help you solve your problems. I just received a large share of my profits this year and invested in Tesla."

Musk thought to himself, "Didn't we just talk about this? And you still won't help."

He said, "Simply having money won't help much. Don't forget, my endorsement negotiations with your agent fell through, and you renewed your contract with Cadillac."

Martin said, "Cadillac offered me a $1500 million endorsement contract every year, and you won't even give me $500 million, and you won't put your investment commitment on paper. Talking big is meaningless..."

Musk said, "Simply investing is out of the question."

"Dude, you're underestimating the GG effect I can have!" Martin added, "Last year, I was number one on both the Hollywood celebrity power and income lists!"

Musk doesn't care about this.

Martin added, "I am the leader of the Cola Cult. According to incomplete statistics, there are tens of millions of Cola Cult followers in North America alone, and hundreds of millions worldwide. Although I don't endorse Tesla, I am optimistic about and have invested in Tesla. How big is the GG effect in that?"

Musk looked at Martin and suddenly realized that Martin was really handsome, sunny, and loyal.

He is a very high-profile person, and one of the main reasons for doing this is to attract attention and make Tesla more popular.

But since the jerk on the other end had just rejected him, he certainly wasn't going to back down: "Let me think about it."

Martin didn't insist. Tesla was already listed on the stock exchange, and if all else failed, trading on the secondary market was an option.

After dinner, Musk asked the crucial question: "I remember Johnny Depp's 'Transcendence' is coming out soon, haven't you received a premiere invitation from Megan Ellison yet?"

Martin said, "Don't worry, I'll let you know when I receive it."

"I'm different from you; I'm incredibly loyal to my friends!" Musk said, sounding like a devoted buddy. "I'll definitely help you deal with Depp!"

…………

Columbia Building, Los Angeles.

A mansion occupies the entire top floor of the building, where Johnny Depp and Amber Heard moved as their love nest after their marriage.

Amber went out to a party.

As night fell, Depp and his cronies began their daily, indispensable party.

Alcohol and flour are essential for parties.

After taking the medication and drinking a glass of wine, Depp's previously dejected spirits immediately became high.

Listening to his henchmen discussing flour, Depp suddenly remembered something and asked one of them, "Coulson, you mentioned last year that Fernandez said his superiors would target Martin Davis?"

Because they're usually either drunk or partying, they've long forgotten about this.

Coulson said, "I'll call and ask."
