Chapter 807 Clara's Miraculous Healing Techniques

In the temporary stable set up by the film studio, the crew set up their cameras, and a special track was laid from the inside along the wall to the doorway.

When Martin entered the set, Chad called him and the three stunt performers together.

Martin kept his hands and feet moving in preparation for more intense action scenes.

Chad demonstrated the move himself, saying as he gestured the famous action: "Martin, you take down Buck here first, get into a fight with Lewis, kick down Teles who's charging at you, and then take care of Lewis."

He pointed to the two black horses the horse trainer had brought over: "The horses are nearby. Be careful not to hit them."

Chad continued, "Martin, after you knock Lewis down, put him on the reins."

He then reminded the two jockeys, "Keep an eye on the jockeys and don't let the horses actually start running."

The jockey replied, "No problem!"

Chad knew Martin had recently been studying directing, so he specifically asked, "Do you have any other questions?"

Martin wouldn't let his personal matters affect the entire crew's filming, saying, "If there is, I'll ask you when you have time."

Chad wasn't worried about Martin taking his job. On one hand, he didn't plan to leave the John Wick series, and on the other hand, Martin was a master of action acting, but not a good at filming action scenes.

Back at the hotel, Blake Lively went to Philadelphia for a GG business event, but Martin wasn't short of female company, as Clara came all the way from Los Angeles.

Because his leg wasn't feeling well, Martin didn't go to the restaurant. Instead, he took Clara back to their room and ordered dinner to be delivered.

She placed her hand on Martin's leg: "I don't know anything about medicine, but there's a way to make you feel better."

Martin understood the unspoken message: "Tell me about it."

Clara said, "Go take a shower first, then I'll help you."

Martin went to the bathroom to take a shower and came out quickly.

Clara had already laid the sofa flat and spread a blanket on it. She patted it gently and said, "Oppa, come here."

Martin, wearing a bathrobe, went over and sat down.

Clara pushed him onto the sofa: "I can't examine you like this. Come up here, don't lie down, turn over."

As Martin rolled over, his bathrobe was ripped off.

"I see it, don't move." Clara pressed her face against it to get a better look.

In the afternoon, the fighting continued while they were running. This series of action scenes had relatively few gunfights; most of them were close-quarters combat.

Chen Hu also designed an action scene that resembled a knife-throwing competition, taking advantage of Martin's throwing skills.

Martin can take on more than a dozen opponents by himself, and even though he is agile, he can still get accidentally injured.

For safety reasons, the prop knife is made entirely of resin to imitate metal, but it is not light in order to make it look like it is flying.

During filming, Martin was hit on the head at least three times by a prop knife, one of which hit his forehead, leaving a large red and swollen area.

Then Nicholson chimed in, "Leo, you're such a jerk! Martin's so tired he can barely lift his head, and you're still showing off beautiful women to him?"

Soon after, Taylor Swift commented: "I feel sorry for Martin for ten minutes. My tour is coming to New York soon. I'll be there to see you. I hope you're not covered in injuries."

Angela Lindwall commented: "I'm in New York, going to see you tonight with Carolina."

Carolina quickly left a message as well: "Hopefully our visit won't worsen Martin's injury."

Most of these celebrities' replies were set to be visible only to Martin's account.
