But when Li Chuan appeared wearing the Sagittarius Gold Cloth, he was genuinely confused.

Aiolos died long ago, and the Pope couldn't possibly bestow a Saint Cloth upon a traitor. That leaves only Athena, or perhaps Aiolos didn't die in the thirteen years.
