Chapter 18 Jerry's Hero's Robe

Chapter 18 Jerry's Hero's Robe

"Jerry, Jerry!"

Just then, a familiar voice came from ahead. Jerry looked up and saw Elsa, holding her magic bubble gun, jumping out of a police car and running towards him, yelling.

"Alright, I'll leave the child to you now. I'm leaving!"

Tony saw that some police officers were walking towards him, so he greeted them and immediately activated his armor and took off.

He was unwilling to waste his precious time chatting with the police.

During this trip, he had a new idea and needed to hurry back to verify it.

"Thank you, and don't forget the model you mentioned!"

Jerry waved goodbye to Iron Man as he flew into the air, reminding him of the model he had promised.

"Jarvis, do I, Tony Stark, really have such a bad image in the eyes of those kids?"

Tony was somewhat hurt by Jerry's repeated reminders and her distrustful attitude.

"Sir, you just sometimes have a bad memory for these kinds of things!"

Jarvis replied tactfully.

"Really? Then now you operate the lab's robotic arm to make a life-size model of armor for that boy, and have Miss Potts send it to him first thing tomorrow morning!"

"Yes, sir!"

Only after watching Tony Stark disappear completely in his armor did Jerry return to normal.

"Jerry, Jerry, did you send those demons back to hell?"

Elsa ran up to Jerry and asked excitedly.

"Of course, as a demon lord, my specialty is sending them to hell!"

Jerry smiled and patted Elsa's head upon hearing this:

"Elsa, why are you here all alone? Where's Daddy?"

"Sheriff Haas just received word that you were still at the warehouse, so he personally led a team there!"

At this moment, Ms. Bailey, who had already released Jerry, explained.

It seems that Iron Man sent the warehouse location to the police station while he was saving him.

But it doesn't matter. He was careful during the fight and shouldn't have left any trace of killing the thugs.

Three of the bandits died by daggers, and he had long since restored the murder weapon to a bench leg. The last bandit died under his legs without leaving any fingerprints.

He was also very careful during the fight, and did not get any blood on his body.

Actually, it's not a big deal that fingerprints were left behind. He was taken away from the school bus by four thugs and taken all the way to the warehouse. It's impossible that there was no physical contact between them.

Most importantly, no one would believe that an eleven-year-old boy with excellent grades and conduct could kill four vicious armed criminals without injury while locked in a room.

"Ms. Belle, I'm a little tired. Let's go back to the car and rest for a while!"

The aftereffects of just activating Superman mode haven't fully healed yet. Instead of standing here, I'd better find a place to rest for a while.

"Okay, I'll take you to your dad's car to rest!"

Ms. Belle nodded quickly and pulled the bouncy Elsa and Jerry to the car.

As for the police officers who had surrounded him, Jerry recognized most of them; they were mostly his father's colleagues. His uncles and aunts greeted them warmly, drawing a flurry of praise.

His behavior on the school bus had already spread among the police officers, and now every officer who sees Jerry will say, "Like father, like son," in praise.

Some veteran police officers with children would inexplicably think of their own unruly kids when they saw Jerry, and in comparison, they would let out a long sigh.

When it comes to the intense competition among children of the same age, Jerry is arguably the best in the entire Queens.

Midnight, twelve o'clock, in a residential building in Queens.

Jerry slammed off the alarm clock and slowly sat up in bed.

About an hour after returning to the school bus station, Jerry's father, Haas, heard that Jerry had been sent back by Iron Man and rushed back.

With the four robbers killed and almost all the bank's cash recovered, the aftermath became less important.

So Sheriff Haas took Jerry and Elsa, along with Ms. Bayley, to a fancy restaurant in Queens for a lavish celebration, as a way of celebrating that Jerry hadn't been injured.

Jerry subtly inquired with Hass and learned that the police hadn't suspected him; they simply assumed he was some extraordinary, unsung hero who had bravely killed four robbers, cleaned up the evidence, and left.

Of course, the police do not encourage such private behavior, and the fact that all traces were handled so cleanly gives the police reason to believe that this unsung hero may not be so simple.

After getting up, dressing, and putting on a baseball cap, Jerry carefully opened the door, crossed the living room, grabbed his wand, and quickly left the house, arriving at the building's elevator.

Starting today, he decided to spend two or three hours every night earning little red stars.

Little Red Star is arguably his most important resource right now. Going to the small world requires Little Red Star, accelerating his learning of magic requires Little Red Star, and activating Superman mode also requires Little Red Star.

The source of the little red star is doing good deeds, especially stopping crimes. The bigger the crime, the more little red stars you can get after stopping it, which has been well demonstrated during the day.

Pulling his baseball cap down low, Jerry carefully avoided the building's security cameras and security guards before making his way to the first floor.

This isn't the late 20th century in the Harry Potter world. In a technologically advanced world like Marvel's, surveillance facilities are ubiquitous.

If he doesn't want to be discovered by the police or S.H.I.E.L.D., which specializes in handling special cases, he needs to be more careful.

The main problem is that he hasn't learned the Disillusionment Spell yet, otherwise he wouldn't need to be so careful.

Walking through the streets of Queens, Jerry didn't immediately head to areas with high crime rates. Instead, he skillfully navigated the winding streets and arrived at a shop on a particular street.

"Lina's Magic Cabin!"

This is a shop that specializes in selling all kinds of fairy tale costumes and props to children. It is also Elsa's favorite shop. Elsa's several Snow Queen outfits and various magic wands were all bought from this shop.

Why is Jerry coming to this shop so late?

That's because he needs a set of battle robes of his own!

In reality, there won't be any bizarre phenomena like Superman, where all you need is a pair of glasses to make yourself unrecognizable.

In order to avoid being recognized while earning red stars, he needs a distinctive suit that can conceal his appearance, just like all superheroes.

For a proper wizard, what garment could be more suitable than a wizard's robe?

As it happens, according to Jerry's knowledge, this "Lina's Magic Hut" sells several different colors and styles of wizard robes.
