Chapter 202 The New York Sanctum

Chapter 202 The New York Sanctuary (First Update)

"Jerry, why did you stop?"

After walking for a while, Ms. Belle realized that Jerry was missing. She turned around and saw him standing there blankly without moving. She called out to him in confusion.

"Oh, here it comes!"

After Jerry realized what was happening, he replied and immediately followed.

Regardless of whether that house is related to Kamar-Taj or not, it is not advisable to explore it now.

We strolled around until around 7 or 8 p.m., then found a restaurant on Brick Street and had a hearty dinner, thus concluding our sightseeing plans for the day.

Back home, the three of them, Haas, were exhausted after a day of shopping. After taking a shower, they went back to their rooms.

Jerry also returned to his room.

Jerry had been pondering the house with its powerful magical energy that he had discovered that day, and he felt that it was very likely the sanctuary of Kamar-Taj in New York.

If it really is the New York Sanctuary, should he go and make contact with it?

After thinking it over all the way, he finally decided to just remember the house number and not go over to investigate for the time being.

According to Odin, Kamar-Taj is currently the largest and most powerful sorcerer organization on Earth, and its leader, the Sorcerer Supreme, is known for his power across multiple dimensions of the universe.

Although Jerry coveted the endless spellbooks of Kamar-Taj, given his current strength, he felt it best not to rush into contact with them.

After all, he was a wizard unlike the sorcerers of this world; he used his own magic to cast spells.

Moreover, he hasn't fully mastered the three systems of magic yet, there are still many spells he hasn't learned, and he doesn't have much energy or time to add another major system of magic.

So, let's wait and see. Let him grow stronger and need more magical knowledge to improve himself before tentatively contacting Kamar-Taj, the powerful mage organization that protects the Earth from corruption.

"It's almost time to travel through time!"

Putting aside his thoughts about Kamar-Taj for the moment, Jerry opened the Strange Panel, preparing to travel through time.

In fact, his little world's cooldown period ended more than a month ago.

However, at that time he had not yet fully mastered sealing magic, so he temporarily extended the time he spent entering the Harry Potter world.

Sealing magic is currently the best way to deal with Voldemort, and it's also the magic he'll be using to enter Harry Potter, so it's best to master it completely before entering.

Moreover, during this time he and Thor went to Asgard twice more, focusing on reviewing the magic of Asgard once again.

The purpose of entering the Harry Potter universe this time is to refine my combat system in order to prepare for the real crisis that is about to occur.

Although Loki was imprisoned in the Asgardian dungeons because of him, in his opinion, even without Loki, the Purple Potato would send others to Earth to cause trouble.

If he is not strong enough, he will be in great danger when facing a large alien army.

The crucial point is that in the current situation, the only advantage he knew about was the plot of Avengers 1, and everything that happens afterward is also unknown to him.

If the Purple Sweet Potato Spirit himself shows up, then we're really doomed.

So during this time, in addition to learning sealing magic, he also spent a lot of time riding the incredibly fast Thestrals to clean up the crime situation in New York and even the surrounding cities.

The goal is to earn more Little Red Stars so that he can stay in the Harry Potter world for a longer period of time and improve his overall strength.

"Begin the time travel!"

Pressing the time travel button on the strange panel, Jerry opened his eyes again and found himself back in the Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley.

Because I only spent 50 days in the world of "The Sorcerer's Apprentice", there are still more than half a month before the start of the next Hogwarts term.

"So many letters?"

As soon as Jerry appeared in the room, he was shocked by the hundreds of letters on the table in front of his window.

Upon opening them, they found numerous greeting letters from classmates, including Hermione, Ron, Neville, Daphne, and Malfoy.

Most of them were describing their summer vacation, asking about Jerry's training with the National Quidditch Team, and inviting him to visit their homes sometime.

In one of Ron's letters, he mentioned that he and his two brothers had rescued Harry from his aunt's house two days earlier in his father's magic car and brought him to live in the Burrow.

Hermione's letter invited him to go to Diagon Alley next Wednesday to buy second-year textbooks.

Oh, and there was also a letter from the school, just announcing the textbooks the second graders needed to buy and the start of the school term.

However, when Jerry saw the textbook list in the letter, seven of which were Lockhart's books, he couldn't help but twitch his lips.

He suddenly remembered that the Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher for the New Year was Lockhart, a fraudulent wizard who could only cast Oblivion Charms and who relied on stealing other wizards' experiences.

His actual magical combat ability is probably not even as good as that of a second-year wizard.

"Looks like we should take care of this guy first, if we have the time!"

Jerry didn't want his Defense Against the Dark Arts class to turn into a completely meaningless drama class.

"I never imagined that even after I'm no longer in this world, the owl's search function would still pinpoint this location!"

Jerry had assumed that since he had been missing from the world for nearly two months, the owl should not have been able to find his location if someone had sent him a letter.

In retrospect, even though he is no longer in this world, the owl still regards the place where he last disappeared as his final resting place.

Come to think of it, it was the same during the Christmas holidays.

During the two weeks he was gone, gifts were delivered to his room at the Leaky Cauldron bar like owls.

"August 6th? That's still in time!"

After checking the time, Jerry began replying to each of the classmates who had written to him.

Hogwarts' holiday was in mid-June, and Jerry returned to the main world immediately after renting a place at the Leaky Cauldron.

Having spent 50 days in the world of "The Sorcerer's Apprentice," and also 50 days in the world of "Harry Potter," the current date shown on the calendar is August 6th.

School starts on September 1st, so he has more than 20 days to do other things.

The next day, Jerry mailed all his replies through the Owl Post Office in Diagon Alley, and then left Diagon Alley after saying goodbye to Tom, the owner of the Leaky Cauldron.

When Jerry arrived at King's Cross Station by subway, he didn't go to Platform 9¾, but instead bought a regular ticket like everyone else.

Because he wasn't going to Hogwarts, but to the coastal city of Hastings.
