Chapter 678 Star-Lord's Decision (First Update)

"What?! Quill is your son?! I always thought he was Yondu's biological son, after all, they look exactly alike!"

Before Star-Lord could even react after hearing Ego's account, Drax was already looking on incredulously.

Hearing Drax's words, everyone found it even more unbelievable.

"Oh my god, Yondu is blue! They're not even the same color!"

Rockets looked at Drax speechlessly.

"Drax, I really think if our combined IQ is 500, then my IQ alone is 750!"

Jerry reached into the magic crystal ball and pulled out the Soul Gem, which had been sealed away, and laughed.

When Ego saw the Soul Stone in Jerry's hand, a glint flashed in his eyes, but he quickly composed himself, adopting a guilty expression, and advised Star-Lord:

"Quail, I'm so sorry you've suffered so much all these years. I've been looking for you all this time. Come back with me, and I'll tell you about your special bloodline!"

"Oh, let me think about it, let me think about it first!"

Star-Lord was a little confused.

At this moment, Gamora pulled Star-Lord along towards her room:

"You all sit down and have something to eat first. I want to talk to him alone."

Although Gamora found Ego somewhat suspicious, if Ego really was Quill's father, she felt that Quill should go and see him, which would relieve a worry for him.

Ten minutes later, Star-Lord and Gamora came out of the room.

"Quail, I didn't expect you to be so fast. I should give you the nickname 'Quick Gunner'!"

Rocket, seeing Star-Lord's somewhat conflicted expression, deliberately joked and teased him, seemingly trying to alleviate Star-Lord's inner turmoil in this way.

"So you went to the room to have a baby? But Quill, you really got here so quickly?"

Upon hearing Star-Lord's reply, Ego's face immediately broke into a wide grin.

"Then let's go on Mr. Igor's boat!"

Jerry suggested.

"It's a great honor!"

Igor smiled and nodded.

"Shrink to a smaller size immediately!"

At the entrance to Ego's spaceship, Jerry cast a shrinking spell on the Dawn, turning it into a small ornament, which he then tossed to Star-Lord.

"My magic power has recovered a bit during this time, so I can cast some minor spells now."

"This is such a convenient magic."

Star-Lord looked at the spaceship in his hand, which was only the size of a thumb, and couldn't help but sigh.

Seeing this, Igor didn't say anything, he just smiled and said:

"I need to rest for a bit. If things go smoothly, I should be able to reach my planet in about half an hour!"

The magic Jerry just displayed could be easily replicated by his divine power, so it's not surprising at all.
