Marvel's Hogwarts Wizard

Chapter 788 Second Activation

Chapter 788 Second Stimulation (First Update)

"Charles, come to the lab after class."

In a large living room of the castle, Jerry greeted Charles, who was giving a lesson to mutants, and then took Apocalypse to the laboratory.

After the first battle, Charles and Eric, taking into account Jerry's advice, divided their newly formed mutant force into four departments.

The first department, Xavier's School of Geniuses, is entirely under Charles's control. Its main function is to locate mutants using brainwave amplifiers and to guide the development of their abilities.

The second department, the X Intelligence Department, is headed by Mystique Raven, who can transform into anyone. Its main task is to recruit mutants that Charles has found and to obtain important intelligence from various human countries.

The third department, the Brotherhood of Mutants, is headed by Eric and leads a team of skilled mutants to carry out high-profile punitive operations against mutants who commit evil deeds and humans who harm mutants.

The fourth department, the Research Department, is headed by Hank. It recruits mutants with research capabilities and develops various equipment to enhance the mutants' power.

Because of the human shielding magic that Jerry put on the castle, even though various countries are currently hostile to mutants, they can't do anything about them.

"Is he the mutant you mentioned who can help us enhance our abilities?"

Inside the laboratory, Charles, Eric, and Hank, who had gathered again, looked at the Apocalypse in Jerry's hand with curious expressions.

"Yes, his name is Apocalypse, one of the earliest mutants."

Jerry quickly explained Apocalypse's origins, abilities, and the purpose of bringing him here.

"So, he's over five thousand years old?"

Hank looked at Apocalypse as if he were looking at a mummy.

Charles, standing beside him, frowned.

"Based on what you said, I'm afraid that once he wakes up and regains his abilities, he might not be so willing to help."

Actually, he was more worried that Apocalypse's awakening would pose a threat to the entire world. After all, according to Jerry, Apocalypse was not a good person, and he possessed more than two hundred abilities, making him much more terrifying than Shaw.

Eric, who was also somewhat worried, patted Charles on the shoulder and comforted him:

"I don't think there's any need to worry about that. Since Jerry brought him here, he must have a way to get his help."

Eric knew Charles so well that he naturally knew what Charles was really worried about, but ever since he saw Jerry kill Shaw in an instant on that island, he felt that even the first mutant, Apocalypse, might not be able to cause any trouble, especially with them around.

Charles nodded upon hearing this, but still raised his hand slightly, ready to use his mind control to freeze Apocalypse at any moment.

"Then let him wake up!"

Jerry carried Apocalypse to the laboratory window, placed it on the ground, and let the bright sunlight shine directly on it through the glass.

After being reincarnated multiple times, Apocalypse gained an energy-absorbing ability similar to Shaw's from the body of one of the mutants, allowing him to quickly obtain energy from the sun through sunlight exposure.

Five minutes later, Apocalypse's eyelids twitched slightly, and then he suddenly opened them wide.

Apocalypse, who had just woken up, was in a daze. After a while, he recalled everything that had happened before he fell asleep, and his whole body instantly floated up from the ground.

"Where is this? Who are you?"

Apocalypse looked around at the surroundings and at Jerry and his group of four in front of him, his eyes turning cold, and said in ancient Egyptian.

Jerry didn't answer. Instead, he reached out, picked up the television in the lab, turned it on, and handed it to Apocalypse.

"It's five thousand years in the future now, you can quickly learn about it through this."

Among the more than two hundred abilities of Apocalypse, there is one called Super-Efficient Learning, which allows it to learn a large amount of knowledge in a short time by invading the magnetic field of a television, much like artificial intelligence.

A minute later, Apocalypse, whose eyes had returned to normal from white, gave orders to Jerry and the other three in fluent English:

"These mere slaves have dared to rule the world! I will rebuild my empire. Submit to me, and I will help you improve your abilities and lead you to destroy humanity."

Through the television's magnetic field, Apocalypse not only quickly learned all the current languages, but also completed the entire five thousand years of history, and saw news reports about the deeds of mutants such as Eric.

"We don't intend to exterminate humanity, nor will we ask you to exterminate humanity. If you are willing to join us, you can become a professor at our school."

Hearing Apocalypse's condescending tone, Charles slowly raised his hand and replied warily.

"That's not up to you. You either obey me, or you die!"

Apocalypse's eyes turned cold, and the walls around the laboratory immediately began to disintegrate.

As a former ruler, Tianqi never allowed anyone to disobey him; anyone who dared to defy him faced certain death.

Seeing that Apocalypse was about to launch an attack, Charles immediately put his finger on his head to try to control him mentally. However, Apocalypse's mental strength was stronger than Charles's, and he could not hold him still at all.

Eric controlled the laboratory and thrust the steel pipe at Apocalypse, aiming for a fatal blow. However, Apocalypse pulled out the pipe as if nothing had happened, and his body instantly healed. His healing ability surpassed Logan's.

Every mutant has a weakness. Mutants like Shaw and Eric are vulnerable to mutants with mental abilities, while mutants like Charles, who possess mental abilities, are vulnerable to physical weaknesses.

Jean Grey's strength mainly stems from the external power of the Phoenix; she is actually quite similar to Charles in this respect.

But Apocalypse is different. Because of his constant reincarnation, he has acquired the abilities of more than two hundred mutants. He has no flaws, whether in mind or body, making him a true all-rounder.

"The soul leaves the body!"

However, before Apocalypse could retaliate with his abilities, Jerry had already cast a Soul Reaper on him.

Charles's mental strength was not as strong as Apocalypse's, so he could not be affected by him. However, Jerry, a single-universe level powerhouse, had mental strength that far surpassed Apocalypse's.

Therefore, the outcome is self-evident.

"Alright, now we can start enhancing our abilities."

Having been struck by Jerry's Soul-Stealing Curse, Apocalypse stood behind Jerry with empty eyes, all his previous domineering and terrifying aura gone.

Eric put down the various deadly metal objects around him and patted Charles on the shoulder:

"I told you Jerry could handle it!"

Hank on the other side also breathed a sigh of relief.

What followed was quite simple. Under Jerry's orders, Apocalypse helped Charles reactivate his abilities, greatly enhancing his telepathic powers.

With the fourth-generation EEG amplifier, Charles can now clearly locate and see any mutant on Earth who is not isolated by special devices.

After activating Charles's abilities, Jerry had Apocalypse help Eric, Hank, Logan, Raven, and others to activate their abilities a second time.
