Marvel's Hogwarts Wizard

Chapter 798 Bell Universe

Chapter 798 The Bell Universe (First Update)

"Oh, don't be so rude. Although as his wife I should protect his innocence, he can be quite unreasonable at times."

He's in room 7520 at the Philia Hotel right now. If you get there quickly, you might be able to catch him. If possible, take my phone and take a couple of pictures for me; I can use that to escape this miserable marriage.

Laurel, who was about to get up and fight back, relaxed when she heard that Catwoman was actually going to cause trouble for George. She then revealed George's whereabouts to Catwoman in a resentful tone.

She was just worrying about how to get rid of her husband George and take control of the entire company, and now someone came looking for trouble with George. How could she miss this golden opportunity?

It would be best if Catwoman could kill George. Even if she couldn't, as long as she got the phone, she could later use countless methods to frame Catwoman for George's death.

Even if Catwoman later says that Meiling cosmetics are poisonous, who can believe the words of a murderer?

Besides, the public relations team of such a large company is not to be underestimated.

"It seems you're being obedient. I'll take a picture for you, but you might not have a chance to use it."

Catwoman saw that Laurel was so honest, and since Laurel had spoken up for her when she was scolded by George at the company, she let her go, picked up the phone on the table next to her, and tucked it into her waistband.

"Jerry, let's go!"

Catwoman strode to the window and beckoned to Jerry, who was sprawled on the sofa.

However, Jerry did not get up:

"A person who can control her husband's position at any time and even know exactly who he is with is not that simple. Most of what she just said was a lie; she is deceiving you."

George wasn't the mastermind; she was. She wanted to use you to kill George, and then use Meiling to rake in money like crazy.

"The cat spoke!"

Laurel, who had just started to smile as she watched Catwoman leave, was immediately filled with shock.

In her eyes, Catwoman was just a lunatic dressed in strange clothes, at most someone who was a bit more skilled, so she didn't find it hard to understand.

But the cat lying on the sofa could actually talk, and it even told her everything that was on her mind—that was truly unbelievable.

Catwoman trusted Jerry completely, so without saying a word, she turned around and pounced on Meiling.

An angry wildcat can be very dangerous.

"In that case, I have no choice but to kill you all!"

Seeing that her scheme had been exposed, Laurel's face turned fierce. She stopped pretending to be a resentful woman and started wrestling with Catwoman in the bedroom.

After learning about the side effects of Meiling, Laurel did not give up using it or try to treat it. Instead, she used it even more, making her skin harder than a rock.

Because she wanted revenge on George, she wanted power and money, and only by becoming stronger could she obtain all of that.

Catwoman's speed, strength, and reflexes far surpass those of ordinary people, making her no match for Laurel. However, her tough skin and loss of pain receptors make her completely fearless in the face of attacks.

For a time, the two were truly evenly matched.

As for Jerry, he just lay there watching the two women wrestle, showing no intention of helping them at all.

First, he knew Catwoman wouldn't lose; second, he understood that revenge is most satisfying when done personally.

Most importantly, Catwoman never asked him for help.

"I won't let you get away with this!"

After a fierce struggle, Laurel realized that she was no match for Catwoman. Although her skin was tough, her internal organs were not, and she was suffering from Catwoman's superhuman blows.

So she seized the opportunity, kicked the catwoman away, and pounced directly towards the window.

The bedroom was on the second floor, so she wouldn't get hurt if she fell directly down. Once she got to the street, Catwoman would naturally be unable to chase her anymore.

However, while the idea was wonderful, they forgot about the strange talking cat over there.

Just as half of her body had flown out of the window, she suddenly floated up.

"Yugadimurleviosa!"

It turned out that Jerry calmly cast a levitation spell.

It would take a lot of magic for Jerry to float someone as heavy as Laurel, but he wasn't going to float her for long; he only needed to briefly stop her from escaping.

Sure enough, Catwoman, realizing what was happening, lashed out with her whip, looping it around Laurel and then yanking her back.

After half an hour.

Jerry looked at Laurel, whose mouth was bleeding and who was bound by ropes, and then asked Catwoman:

"You really don't intend to kill her?"

Laurel was no match for Catwoman after all, and was tied up with ropes and hung from the roof beam in the living room.

Catwoman lifted Laurel's chin with her fingers:

"I think it might be better to hand him over to the police for trial."

Today's battle allowed Catwoman to vent all the hatred that had been building up in her heart, and considering that her recent partner was also a policeman, she ultimately gave up on killing him.

Jerry didn't care about this. Whether someone of Laurel's level lived or died was irrelevant. Even if she escaped from prison in the future, she wouldn't pose a threat to him.

So, Jerry and Catwoman then threw all the evidence they had gathered, along with Laurel who was tied up, at the entrance of the police station.

It wasn't easy to extract evidence from Laurel, after all, she was a ruthless person with no sense of pain due to necrosis of all her nerves.

Fortunately, Jerry can read minds.

Because of his magical abilities, he cannot use advanced spells such as the Imperius Curse and the Cruciatus Curse, but he can still use his mind-reading ability, which is based on mental power.

Therefore, Jerry doesn't need Laurel to answer; he can simply ask her and find the answer directly from Laurel's mind.

The following day, Laurel and George were arrested, and news of the toxicity of Meling cosmetics appeared on the front page of the newspapers.

Laurel's testimony about the catwoman and the talking cat led the police to believe that she had been using toxic cosmetics for too long, which had damaged not only her nerves but also her brain.

Three days later, Jerry slowly opened his eyes after fully absorbing the magic power he had gained from eliminating the Meiling Group and acquiring the Little Red Star.

"We can start by building a prototype!"

With a flick of its tail, a cat bell made of a fusion of vibranium, uranium, and magical metal appeared on the table.

Subsequently, Jerry infused various spells and laws into the bell.

He is not yet able to create a complete universe, but having regained some magic, creating a simplified version of the Bell Universe shouldn't be a problem.

The simplified version of the bell universe contains all the laws of a truly complete universe, but its area is a bit small, only thirty square meters.

But it doesn't matter. As his magic power increases, the Bell Universe will gradually grow larger, eventually becoming not much smaller than the Ring Universe of the Marvel Universe.
