Chapter 67 Two-Person Mission

"Why are these items so expensive..." Orochimaru muttered to himself in disbelief.

Orochimaru lightly tapped the "Saiyan bloodline" option with his finger, his eyes quickly scanning each line of text, the shock in his eyes growing stronger.

[Bloodline: Saiyan]

Source: Dragon Ball

[Rank: Nine Stars]

[Introduction: Saiyans are one of the most powerful fighting races in the universe. Possessing Saiyan blood grants the user near-limitless fighting potential.]

Saiyans possess a base strength far exceeding that of ordinary humans, and upon awakening, they can easily destroy planets. Each time they struggle on the brink of death, their strength increases exponentially. Furthermore, their lifespan far surpasses that of humans, allowing them to maintain peak performance for hundreds of years.

[Disadvantages: Saiyans' tails are their weakness. If they are caught or cut off, their strength will be greatly reduced, and they will not be able to move freely in space.]

During a full moon, untrained Saiyans may transform into Great Apes and lose their minds.

[Exchange Points: 2500000]

[Note: Upon redemption, you will immediately gain the ability to transform into Super Saiyan Stage 1]

Orochimaru's pupils contracted slightly, and he muttered, "Nine-star level, Super Saiyan Stage 1."

Orochimaru's finger slid lightly across the screen, and he selected the "Saiyan Transformation Demonstration" option.

In an instant, a shocking image unfolded in his mind.

A powerful figure with spiky golden hair, enveloped in golden flames, floated in the universe.

He exuded a suffocating sense of oppression, and just looking at him made Orochimaru feel suffocated.

The next moment, the Super Saiyan suddenly raised his hand, and a dazzling beam of energy shot out from his palm.

The beam of light pierced through the galaxy and instantly struck a distant planet. The planet, comparable in size to the world of ninjas, exploded the moment it touched the beam, shattering into countless fragments scattered throughout the universe.

But that wasn't the end. The Super Saiyan swung his arms rapidly, unleashing a barrage of energy blasts like raindrops.

Orochimaru stared intently at the scene before him, each energy blast precisely striking a planet and instantly pulverizing it. In the blink of an eye, the entire galaxy vanished, as if it had never existed.

"How is this possible?"

Orochimaru's eyes widened in disbelief. His lips trembled slightly, and his breathing became rapid and erratic.

"This... is simply beyond imagination. To destroy an entire galaxy single-handedly is beyond the reach of ninjutsu." His voice carried an undisguised shock.

Even if he could grasp just a tiny bit of this power, he could completely change the landscape of the entire ninja world.

Orochimaru took a deep breath, trying to calm his inner turmoil. He shifted his gaze from the introduction of Saiyan bloodline to the other items in the mysterious shop.

[Item: Power Gem]

[Source: MCU Universe]

[Rank: Nine Stars]

[Introduction: One of the six Infinity Stones, representing one of the six primordial laws of the universe, it is the embodiment of the Law of Power, containing the energy of the entire universe. The wielder can enhance their own power, manipulate all forms of energy, and easily destroy an entire planet.]

Once all six Infinity Stones are collected, they will become the tools to grant wishes, allowing one to alter the fate of the entire universe with a mere thought.

[Exchange Points: 2300000]

"The primordial laws?" Orochimaru muttered to himself, his voice filled with disbelief. "A mere gem can control the fundamental laws of the universe?"

Orochimaru's eyes were flashing with fanaticism.

"This goes beyond the simple concept of power; it directly touches upon the essence of the world."

For so many years, he has pursued the limits of ninjutsu and explored the mysteries of life in order to uncover the ultimate truth of the world.

And now, a gem representing the primordial laws of the world is presented to him in such a straightforward manner, which he can exchange for directly as long as he has enough points.

At this moment, the shock brought by the Saiyan bloodline had been forgotten.

Compared to simply enhancing power, mastering the laws of the universe is the true path to eternity, and the allure of the Infinity Stone far surpasses his Saiyan bloodline.

"Such a powerful world exists, capable of materializing the laws of the world into physical form," he murmured, his voice filled with disbelief.

He scanned the dazzling array of goods. Behind each item seemed to lie a whole new universe, a power system beyond imagination.

"And the Main God Space... it can actually traverse countless worlds, gathering so much incredible power," he said softly, his voice filled with deep awe. "Just how powerful is the Main God?"

"If I hadn't joined the Main God Space, I probably would never have been able to imagine this level of power in my entire life," Orochimaru murmured, a strange light flashing in his eyes. "Let alone ever being able to touch it."

"But, millions of points," Orochimaru said softly, his tone filled with complex emotions.

He quickly calculated his current accumulation, and compared to this astronomical figure, the points he had were pitifully small.

Finally, Orochimaru clicked on [Magneto X Gene].

The recipient will possess the power to manipulate electromagnetic force, one of the four fundamental forces. They can control all metallic substances, create powerful magnetic field barriers, and even move a planet directly. As their abilities improve, they may be able to influence subatomic particles and manipulate electromagnetic waves in the spectrum.

After reading the introduction, Orochimaru let out a soft breath.

Despite Magneto's already powerful genes, he felt somewhat bored under the impact of his Saiyan bloodline and the Infinity Stones.

However, the concepts of "four fundamental forces" and "subatomic particles" mentioned in the introduction caught his attention.

Orochimaru pondered for a moment, then sighed softly. His fingertip hovered over the "refresh" button for a second before finally tapping it.

A flash of light appeared, and the shop interface instantly changed. Orochimaru's gaze swept quickly over the newly appeared items, a glint of light suddenly appearing in his eyes.

"That's interesting," he murmured, a slight smile playing on his lips.

Several options on the new list caught his attention. While these items were expensive, they were still within his budget.

I'm currently reading the error-free version! This is the first time I've published this novel.

[Sun Breathing: 10000 points]

【Crimson Storm: 35000 points】

……

As he continued browsing, one item suddenly caught his attention. Orochimaru's pupils contracted slightly, and a meaningful smile appeared on his lips.

"This," he murmured, a glint of light flashing in his eyes, "maybe it can be used as a trump card."

Without the slightest hesitation, Orochimaru decisively chose the item, and then a ball of light appeared in Orochimaru's hand.

Just as Orochimaru finished storing it, the voice of the Supreme God rang out again:

[Mission about to begin, 5, 4, 3...]

As the countdown ended, Orochimaru's vision suddenly went completely black.

………………

The sea breeze, carrying a salty, fishy smell, rushed towards him. Orochimaru subconsciously opened his eyes and found himself standing on a huge reef, surrounded by an endless expanse of azure sea.

"It seems this mission will still take place at sea," Orochimaru muttered to himself, his gaze sweeping over the undulating waves around him.

Just as Orochimaru was about to carefully observe his surroundings, a familiar voice entered his ears.

"Orochimaru? What are you doing here?"

He turned around and saw Fugaku Uchiha standing on the other side of the reef with a look of surprise on his face.

The two locked eyes for a moment, and both saw something unusual in each other's eyes.

Orochimaru narrowed his eyes, a slight smile playing on his lips. "Fugaku, I didn't expect you to be a reincarnator too. What a pleasant surprise."

Fugaku frowned and strode over to Orochimaru's side: "So that explains why your performance on the battlefield has been getting better and better lately."

Orochimaru leaned slightly forward and said, "Since we're on the same mission, let's not hide anything from each other. How about we exchange the information we have?"

After a moment's hesitation, Fugaku cut to the chase: "How many cycles of reincarnation have you experienced?"

"This is the second time," Orochimaru admitted, but his tone was tentative. "And you?"

"Same." Fugaku nodded. "And in the previous missions, I was the only one on the job. I didn't expect this time it would be a two-person operation."

As soon as he finished speaking, Orochimaru seemed to notice something was wrong, and a hint of doubt flashed in his eyes.

"Strange," Orochimaru muttered, "why hasn't the main god issued any main quests?"

Upon hearing this, Fugaku's face showed a knowing expression. He gently shook his head and said, "There's no need to worry too much about that. Sometimes the main quest isn't issued immediately."

He paused, then continued, "It might require us to trigger certain conditions. In the last mission, I only received the main quest under specific circumstances."

Orochimaru nodded thoughtfully, and after a moment, he slowly spoke in a low voice: "It seems we need to figure out where we are and what the situation is before deciding on our next move."

He paused, his tone suddenly turning serious: "But one thing is certain, the Supreme God won't force us to join forces without a reason. This mission will likely be far more challenging than before."
