Chapter 448 Deadpool, I used Old Wolf's corpse as a weapon.
The ridiculously comical-looking fellow, dressed in a red bodysuit and carrying two long swords, circled around Sargeras.
"Please, even if you're bringing in someone for a cameo role, shouldn't it be Sargeras? Don't you, the mighty Dark Titan, need to develop the Burning Legion?"
Or, God, are you here to destroy this place? Are you going to destroy my world? Deadpool rushed in front of Sargeras and said.
Sargeras was speechless. When he first arrived in this world, he played the role of a god of magic, and what he presented to the Ancient One was his orderly side.
The Fel Dark Titan and the Burning Legion—I've never revealed these identities before, so how did this guy know?
"I don't fucking care who those two guys are. You brought me here for no reason, and now you'd better take me back, or I'll kill you." Wolverine stood up, grabbed Deadpool by the neck, and lifted him up, saying this.
Why did you inexplicably get yourself into this godforsaken place? What the hell are you doing, you bastard?
Wolverine was furious. He was having a good time drinking at a bar when this idiot dragged him to a place called the Time Management Bureau, and then inexplicably ended up here.
"Wait, man, didn't you see I was talking to someone? Oh my god, you've got your hand on my waist." Before Deadpool could finish speaking, Wolverine's claws were already embedded in his waist.
"Answer my question, where am I?" Wolverine's other claw also pierced Deadpool's body.
"Oh my god, you're in, you're in! I've been dreaming of this day." Deadpool looked up and gazed at Wolverine with deep affection.
This expression immediately disgusted Wolverine, who swung his claws and flung Deadpool away.
"Shut the hell up! I'm going to find a way back now. If you don't want to die, don't follow me. You've been saying these weird things since the beginning!" Wolverine wiped the blood off his claws with a look of disgust and was about to turn and leave. He felt his head would explode if he stayed with this idiot for another minute.
Upon meeting, he immediately claimed that they were destined to be together, that they were mortal enemies, and that he would make him act until he was ninety years old, even though Wolverine's actual age was over two hundred.
"Oh, come on, buddy, I wasn't talking about you, I was talking about Hugh Jeman's guy. But if you want to leave, maybe these two can help us." Deadpool said, pointing to Rhodes and Sargeras, who were watching the show.
"Them?" Wolverine looked at Rhodes and Sargeras with a puzzled expression.
"I don't know the younger one, but this other one, he's an expert in spatial magic. He leads his demon army to invade other worlds and is infamous throughout the universe." Deadpool whispered the last sentence into Wolverine's ear, but given Rhodes and Sargeras's power, they could hear it unless you didn't speak.
"Hey guys, as you can see, this idiot got me here. Can you help us get out of here?" Wolverine ignored Deadpool and approached Rhodes, speaking directly to him.
"Hey you, the clown in the red bodysuit, how did you know who I am?" Sargeras didn't answer Wolverine's question, but instead looked at Deadpool and asked.
"How would I know who you are? Please, I'd like to know too. I used to be a normal person, but because of some things, I became a psychopath and gained some superpowers."
"After I become a psychopath, I can know a lot of weird and wonderful things, that's how it is." Deadpool shrugged and said.
"As a lunatic, just be a lunatic, I—ah!" Before Wolverine could finish speaking, Deadpool pulled out a katana from his back and stabbed it into Wolverine's chest.
"Oh my god, I'm just returning it. Anyway, you're not going to die, right?" Deadpool said, then playfully fiddled with the katana stuck in Wolverine's chest.
He finally had a pair of adamantium-forged swords, and only these two swords could harm Wolverine.
"Are you fucking crazy? If you want to fight again, I'm ready to fight you to the end."
"If you say I'm sick, then I definitely am. I had cancer before, then I gained superpowers, then I got a mental illness, and then I learned some strange things."
"Dude, we'll find our way home together, but not back to your world, but back to mine. The anchor of our world is dead, so you have to come with me," Deadpool said.
"Rhodes, I think this guy is an idiot, let's go!" Sargeras, the red-hooded Deadpool, shook his head helplessly as he looked at him.
What kind of people are these? A lunatic!
"Wait, Sargeras, this is the guy the God of Time wanted us to find. He's one of the members of this special team dealing with the multiverse crisis," Rhodes said.
According to the plot of Loki, when the multiverse was about to collapse, Loki sat on the throne of time and used his divine power to change the World Tree.
He prevented the multiverse from collapsing, but once he left that position, the multiverse would be plunged into utter ruin.
Nokia is now incredibly powerful, thanks to the power of time, but he can't leave his throne. So he needs a group of proxies, and Deadpool is one of the people he's chosen.
"Wait, wait a minute, sir. You just mentioned a special team to deal with the crisis in the multiverse. I feel like I've heard that somewhere before."
"Fuck! That's what the guy who sent us here said too. He recruited me into a squad, and then he wanted to erase my timeline." Deadpool pointed at Rhodes and yelled.
"The person recruiting you is just a peripheral errand runner. I was directly asked by your future boss to recruit you," Rhodes said.
"No! Don't even think about it. I've already been fooled once. Although the uniform they made for me is cool and the weapons they crafted are perfect, there's no way I'll let my timeline be erased," Deadpool said.
"Are you in cahoots with that Mr. Paradox? You brought me here." Wolverine stopped fighting Deadpool and came to Rhodes and Sargeras to ask.
"Strictly speaking, you two are both chosen ones. I'm here to recruit you and give you some targeted training," Rhodes said.
"Oh! Take this! My precious sword!" Deadpool pulled out the small dagger from his chest and stabbed it directly at Rhodes, showing no mercy whatsoever.
The sturdy adamantium touched Rhode's body with a clang, and then Deadpool's precious adamantium sword shattered into pieces.
"What?! Is this really made of adamantium? Or is it some scrap metal from somewhere?" Deadpool was speechless as he looked at his broken precious sword.
Rhodes waved his hand, and Deadpool, like a toy, suddenly flew into the sky, then quickly landed on the ground, creating a large crater, and his body was smashed beyond recognition.
No one can ambush you without paying a price; I'm very petty.
Deadpool's body twitched a few times, then began to recover at a speed visible to the naked eye.
"Ouch!" Deadpool crawled out of the crater he had fallen into and let out a cry that was hard to tell whether it was from pleasure or pain.
The sound gave Rod goosebumps. Damn, this thing was disgusting.
"I can't help training a guy like that. If Rhodes wants to train him, you do it yourself! I want to strangle him whenever I see him," Sargeras said with a disgusted expression.
He, the Dark Titan, had traversed the universe for so many years and seen countless demons and monsters, but this despicable fellow was someone he had never seen before.
"Alright, now you two listen to me carefully. I've made a deal with someone to help him train a squad capable of dealing with crises in the multiverse."
"Because a crisis will occur in the multiverse in the future, and you two are among its members," Rhodes said.
"I refuse. You can't erase my timeline of existence," Deadpool said, having just turned his head back.
Rhodes sighed, then used the power of his cosmos to fix Deadpool in place, suspending him in front of him in a starfish shape.
"Hey buddy, this pose is kind of embarrassing for me. How about I strike a pose myself?" Deadpool said.
"Shut up!" Wolverine, Rhodes, and Sargeras said in unison.
Clearly, all three of them had reached their limit in their tolerance for Deadpool.
"I have no interest in your multiverse plan. I just want to go back to my own world," Wolverine said.
At this moment, he and Deadpool were both frozen in place by Rhodes using some inexplicable power.
"I know your situation. First of all, Deadpool, I can assure you that your timeline will be fine. I know you're worried that your world will be destroyed after the person you anchor dies, and I will take care of that," Rhodes said.
Rhode learned about the Anchors from Loki, the God of Time. Simply put, every world has a binder, commonly known as an Anchor.
This guy is the protagonist of this world, and once the protagonist dies, then this world will come to an end. In Deadpool's world, it is obvious that the anchor is Wolverine.
Rhodes is now the possessor of the power of death, and resurrecting a life is extremely simple for him. As long as the anchored person is resurrected, everything will be fine.
However, there is an even crueler truth: the future will not move forward, but will be restarted when needed, just like a movie will restart after it ends. But Rhodes does not intend to say this.
"Oh! Really! Come on, why didn't you say so sooner? You made me suffer so much."
"No problem, as long as you can save that little wolf cub in my world, I'll offer you my chrysanthemum." Deadpool said.
"I'm not interested in your chrysanthemum; you can keep it for yourself. As for you, Wolverine, can you tell me what regrets you have? Maybe I can help you make up for them," Rhodey asked.
"All I want right now is a bottle of liquor, to get completely drunk, and lie on the bar floor. It's that simple," Wolverine said with a sneer.
To make up for my regrets, my closest comrades-in-arms are dead, and even the woman I loved most is dead. All of this is because I messed things up by drinking. Now all I want to do is get drunk every day.
Are you kidding me?! Is this Wolverine really that pessimistic?
"Hey buddy, I want to know how you're going to save my world. It's not that I don't trust you, I just want a definite guarantee."
"You know, I used to be a mercenary, so I had to sign a contract or something, and you'd have to give me some kind of deposit," Deadpool said.
"I have the ability to revive the dying. We need to go back to your world, find his body, and I can bring him back to life," Rhodes said.
"Oh my god!" Upon hearing this, Deadpool immediately covered his mouth, his eyes widened, and he looked at Rhodes with disbelief.
"What's wrong? Is there a problem?" Rod asked.
The Wolverine who is dead is the anchor of the world. The one who is already dead should be the one from Logan, who was buried well.
He was buried by that little wolf girl. After Wolverine died, there was only a simple grave with a cross in it. Speaking of which, when I watched Logan, I was quite sad.
"Ahem! His body, well, it's a little... a little incomplete, but that's okay. I'll take some time and piece his body back together, trust me, it'll be quick," Deadpool said.
If he had known that corpses could be resurrected, he shouldn't have used Logan's corpse to dance and use it as a weapon to kill a bunch of Time Bureau people.
Dancing on the grave wasn't his idea; it was just because the audience was really enjoying it!
"Oh! Looks like you really messed with me in the other world." Wolverine said, looking at Deadpool with a look of disgust.
Couldn't this bastard have used his own corpse—even though it's from another world—to do something strange?
"Don't look at me like that, buddy. The situation was tense, and I didn't have any weapons. Your skeleton is made entirely of adamantium, which is the sharpest weapon available," Deadpool said.
"You're lying. Aren't those two knives on your back weapons? Besides, you'll steal other people's weapons when you fight," Wolverine said.
Rhodes, standing to the side, was speechless. What on earth did Deadpool, that idiot, do to Wolverine's remains?
"It doesn't matter if the body is intact or not. As long as there is even a fragment of his body, I can bring him back to life even if he's right here," Rhodes said.
Even across worlds, as long as a medium exists, Rhode can summon the other party's soul. Once the soul arrives, Rhode can easily revive it.
"Wait! You mean? As long as you have a part of his body, you can resurrect him, and right here." Deadpool said with a look of utter disbelief.
"That's right! Don't tell me you carry Wolverine with you."
"Hahaha! Luckily I kept some as a souvenir. Wait a minute, I'll take it out. I'll put it here!" Deadpool reached into his crotch and, after a while, pulled out a silver bone.
When using Rhodes' skull as a weapon, he kept a piece of Logan's rib as a souvenir, but he didn't have many pockets on him, since large pockets would affect the aesthetics of the uniform.
So he could only stuff it into the only place where he could put things; this rib represented his unforgettable love for Wolverine.
"?? This is another world, my rib, you're really a pervert." Wolverine showed a disgusted expression.
Let alone Wolverine, even Rhodes looked ethereal at this moment. That Deadpool is just too disgusting, disgusting beyond belief!
"I just left one as a souvenir. You should thank me, otherwise we'd have to go back to my world and get our stuff," Deadpool said.
Then he handed the rib he had pulled out of his crotch to Rhodes, but Rhodes did not take it.
"Just put it on the ground, you don't need to hand it to me, thank you," Rod said.
You fucking pulled that out of there, do you expect me to catch it with my bare hands? You idiot.
"Oh, okay, by the way, I change my underwear often, so it's actually very clean," Deadpool said.
Rhodes shook his head, then used the rib as a medium to directly summon Wolverine's soul using the power of death.
A moment later, Rhodey summoned Wolverine's soul from somewhere.
Without any hesitation, Rhodey activated his Death God power, recreated a body for him, and then resurrected Wolverine.
"Ah! Die! Weapon X!" Wolverine roared as he was resurrected.
Standing beside Deadpool, Wolverine, dressed in a yellow suit, appears to be a man in his thirties. (Hugh Geraldman is older, but according to the original comics, Wolverine's appearance doesn't change, so he still looks like a man in his thirties.)
The Wolverine in front of them, however, had a full head of white hair and even a gray beard, making him look more than sixty years younger than he actually was, and he looked incredibly old.
"Who are you? Where am I?" Wolverine roared at Rhodes and the others as he awoke, but when he turned around, he saw another version of himself, a younger version of himself.
Before he could even react, a guy wearing a red hood and a tight-fitting suit pounced on him excitedly and hugged him tightly.
"You're back, darling," Deadpool said, then kissed Wolverine on the chest.
"Ugh!" The old wolf, who had just revived, vomited. (End of Chapter)
