Chapter 204 Danzo is in trouble

The next morning, Uchiha Gen, Uchiha Mikoto, and Uchiha Sasuke arrived at the inn together.

Yesterday, Mikoto Uchiha spoke to Kushina Uzumaki, and Kushina told her to take her home directly.

Sasuke was taken along by Mikoto because Itachi had to attend the Ninja Academy and Fugaku had to work at the police department.

As for Uchiha Gen, he just returned and can rest for a few days before going back to work.

Anna Uzumaki gripped Kushina's hand tightly, almost speechless with emotion, only repeating, "Kushina-sama, Kushina-sama..."

"The Uzumaki clan no longer exists, so there's no need to address me as 'sir'. From now on, we are sisters."

"This must be Karin. She's so pretty and cute."

"Mikoto, don't you think so?"

Two-year-old Sasuke nodded.

"Mikoto-nee, she should be the older sister. Karin was born earlier than Sasuke and Naruto."

"The younger sister is better than the older sister; she gets to be taken care of by her older brothers."

"Karin, quickly call for help."

"Aunt Kushina," Karin Uzumaki said in a sweet, childlike voice.

"Hey, everyone, please come in." Kushina said with a smile.

Both of Kushina and Mikoto's best friends had sons, so they both really cherished Karin, who was a girl.

Upon entering the house, Naruto Uzumaki, dressed in light yellow clothes and not long after turning two, sat on the floor playing with toys and curiously looked up.

That's right, Naruto's surname is Uzumaki, not Namikaze.

This has nothing to do with whether Minato and his wife exist or not. Even if the couple were alive, Naruto would still have the surname Uzumaki.

Mikoto gave Kushina a reproachful look and said, "So-so. You didn't even introduce Naruto. How is Naruto supposed to address you...?"

Kushina scratched her head and laughed, "Haha, I forgot."

"Naruto, this is Gen-nii, that's Anna-san, and Karin-neechan."

Naruto then greeted everyone one by one. Uchiha Gen smiled and nodded, while Karin and her mother responded kindly.

Kushina then poured tea and asked Naruto to take Sasuke and Karin to their room to play.

Kushina and Mikoto greeted them, telling Naruto and Sasuke to take good care of Karin. Only four adults remained in the living room.

"Xuan, thank you very much. I'll offer you a cup of tea instead of wine." Kushina raised her teacup and said solemnly.

Uchiha Gen picked up his teacup and smiled, "It was just something I did on a whim, Kushina-nee, don't take it too seriously."

"Your casual act was a turning point in Anna and her mother's lives. I know all too well how difficult life is for people from a fallen country."

"This is a big deal for me too, and I will keep it in mind."

After saying this, Kushina picked up her teacup and drank, and Uchiha Gen followed suit.

"By the way, there's something I'm not sure if I should tell Kushina-nee..." Uchiha Gen said with a serious expression.

"What is it?" Kushina asked curiously.

"I told you, Kushina-nee, you need to calm down..."

Sensing that something was wrong, Kushina smiled slightly and said, "I'll do my best."

"That's right. On my way back to the village, I received Danzo's order to give Anna Karin to him. It seems he wants to absorb Anna Karin into his roots."

Mikoto agreed without much thought.

Uchiha Gen's heart skipped a beat. Could it be that Kushina was planning to cause trouble for Danzo today?
