High Martial Arts: Starting with a Conceptual-Level Superpower

After a moment, Canaan finally spoke.

"I don't know much about this martial art. I only know that it comes from a different race and is not a martial art from Earth. In fact, the weapons and martial arts I use are from a different race."

Upon hearing this, Feng Yi was taken aback. He only knew that Canaan's martial arts were very strong, and that the black longbow also looked extraordinary.

But he didn't expect that these things actually belonged to a different race.

How could a human in Canaan cultivate the magic of a different race?

Canaan saw the shock in Feng Yi's eyes and continued.

"The reason I am able to cultivate the martial arts of the alien race is related to the superpower I awakened. Of course, the dean told me all of this. The alien martial arts and the black longbow were also given to me by the dean. Not many people know about this, so please do not spread it."

Upon hearing this, Feng Yi finally understood why Canaan had remained so low-key. Her strength shouldn't be unknown; it turned out that all of this was due to Dean Ji Xing.

Canaan must have been secretly trained and hidden away by Dean Ji Xing.

As for the reason, Feng Yi guessed it was related to the martial arts of the alien races, or perhaps they wanted to give the other academies a surprise during this Hundred Academies Grand Competition.

However, Feng Yi was not interested in these things. The reason he wanted to find out about the martial arts techniques used by Canaan was mainly to find out what that mysterious piece of paper was.

It now seems to be related to a foreign race.

"Could it be that the mysterious paper also comes from a different race? Are those incomprehensible characters the writing of a different race?"

He already had some guesses about the mysterious paper.

"Do you recognize any other language?"

"I know a few people, but not many. Why?"

Canaan asked curiously.

Feng Yi didn't answer. Instead, he found a piece of paper, wrote down the words on the mysterious paper, and handed it to Canaan.

Do you recognize these characters?

Canaan took the paper, her embroidered eyebrows furrowing slightly, and spoke after a long while.

"I know some of them."

Canaan placed the paper on the table, pointed to a few words on it, and continued.

"This is the character for 'thunder,' these two are for 'supreme,' and these few characters are..."

After telling Feng Yi all the words he knew, Canaan still frowned and exclaimed in surprise.

"Hmm, I guess this should also be some kind of martial art from another race, and the level is not low. In the other race, the Supreme means the same as the Emperor Realm in our world. This is very likely an Emperor-level technique from another race."

"The imperial arts of a foreign race..." Feng Yi murmured softly.

If the mysterious paper truly records the inherited imperial techniques of a different race, then wouldn't the progress bar below the Big Dipper Space also mean that he can learn the techniques of that race?

"Who taught you your foreign language?"

Canaan couldn't fully understand the foreign language's writing system, but Feng Yi guessed that the people who taught Canaan might be able to.

Canaan spoke a name.

"Yao Tianyou".

"Is she a tutor at the academy?"

Feng Yi looked puzzled; he had never heard of this person before.

Canaan slowly shook his head, but then nodded.

This left Feng Yi somewhat bewildered; what did it mean by shaking his head and nodding at the same time?

Canaan explained this.

"He was different from the other instructors in the college. He was only responsible for teaching me, and he wasn't even in the college."

"Where is he?"

Feng Yi was very interested in this mysterious paper and planned to take advantage of this month-long gap to find out what kind of martial arts technique was recorded on it.

"He was in the restricted area of the academy."

After exchanging contact information with Canaan, the two said goodbye to each other.

Feng Yi was preparing to enter the academy's forbidden area, as one of the rewards for winning first place in this academy competition was the opportunity to enter the forbidden area.

Feng Yi also learned some things about the forbidden area of the academy from Canaan.

The forbidden area of the academy is full of opportunities. Over the long history of Tsinghua-Peking University, many outstanding talents have emerged, and these people have left their legacy in the forbidden area.

It contains various advanced martial arts techniques, as well as rare materials and weapons.

To obtain these things, one must pass certain tests.

As for Yao Tianyou, whom Canaan mentioned, he is the guardian of the forbidden area of Tsinghua-Peking University.

They are extremely powerful, spend most of their time in the forbidden area, and have a very eccentric temperament.

He didn't even give Dean Ji Xing any face.

Therefore, it was not easy for Feng Yi to find out what kind of alien law was recorded on the mysterious paper through him.

At the same time, Feng Yi finally learned who the fat man was when he said there were three people at Tsinghua and Peking University who should not be messed with.

That's Yao Tianyou.

Because of his eccentric temper, if he says he'll kill you, he really means it, without any room for negotiation. He was sent to guard the forbidden area because he beat several students who deliberately provoked him half to death and crippled them.

This is also a form of punishment for him.

It was because of this incident that he became one of the three people at Tsinghua and Peking Universities who were not to be trifled with. In fact, no one dared to mention his name afterward, for fear that he would hear it and think they were talking badly about him behind his back.

If he gets serious, even the dean won't be able to protect them.

The thought of dealing with such a person made Feng Yi feel uneasy.

I'm terrified that if I say something wrong, I'll get slapped to death.

Therefore, Feng Yi planned to first find someone to inquire about Yao Tianyou.

He felt that Yao Tianyou's personality couldn't have changed for no reason; there must be a cause.

The first person Feng Yi sought out was naturally Zi Hanshuang, one of the three people from Tsinghua and Peking Universities whom no one should mess with.

As a tutor at Tsinghua and Peking University, she certainly knows more than her students do.

Knock on Zi Hanshuang's office door, and Zi Hanshuang's cold voice immediately came from inside.

"Who?"

"Auntie, it's me."

A moment later, Zi Hanshuang, who was wearing a face mask, opened the door.

"Auntie, what are you doing?"

Zi Hanshuang sat back down in her chair, glared at Feng Yi out of the corner of her eye, and asked without opening her mouth.

"Blind?"

Feng Yi scratched his head awkwardly. He had just picked a question randomly to lay the groundwork for the questions he wanted to ask next.

"There's something I'd like to ask you."

Zi Hanshuang picked up her phone to check the time, then peeled off the face mask and asked while patting her face.

"What is it?"

Do you know someone named Yao Tianyou?

Zi Hanshuang suddenly stopped moving, looked at Feng Yi, and asked.

Why are you asking about him?

Seeing that Zi Han Shuang's expression was only somewhat puzzled, but there was nothing unusual about it, Feng Yi was certain that Yao Tian You had no grudge against her, so he told the truth.

"I stumbled upon a martial arts manual that seems to be related to a foreign race, but I can't understand the text. I heard that he can read foreign languages, so I wanted to go and ask him. However, I heard that he has a bit of a strange temper, so I came to inquire first to make preparations."

After hearing this, Zi Hanshuang did not press Feng Yi about the alien martial arts techniques. She believed that Feng Yi had his own judgment and would not do anything foolish.

"I've heard of Yao Tianyou, but I don't know much about him. He was already assigned to guard the restricted area before I came to Tsinghua-Peking University as a tutor."

After hearing Zi Hanshuang's words, Feng Yi couldn't help but feel disappointed, but Zi Hanshuang continued.

"However, you can ask your grandpa or grandma. I heard that Yao Tianyou was your grandpa's rival in love before."
