Mizukage's Pokémon Ninja Scroll

Chapter 524 The Military Strength of Kirigakure

Faced with the sudden shock, Tachibana Kenkawa also abandoned her intention to play with the little ones.

He swiftly moved forward and grabbed Xiao Ji by the back of the neck, who was still flying in the air.

Ignoring the little guy's struggles, he grabbed him and brought him back like a chick.

"Was that move just now... Fairy Wind?"

With a face full of curiosity, Jianchuan Ju held the little thing by the back of its neck and kept swinging it up and down, wanting it to unleash the move it had just used to show her again.

This made Little Pokkigu keep calling out "Abi~ Abi~" incessantly.

It wasn't until Lanzi, unable to bear it any longer, stepped forward and kicked Jianchuan Ju that he softened a little.

However, the "Fairy Wind" used by Togekiku earlier was indeed a pleasant surprise for Tachibana Kanagawa.

After Lanzi comforted her for a while, Jianchuan Ju finally understood.

This move, "Fairy Wind," is the latest move that Ji has just mastered after his evolution.

After several tests, Jianchuan Ju also learned about it.

This move is actually a lethal skill in itself.

Of course, its lethality does not come from the gentle breeze of the move itself, or from the non-toxic and harmless pink phosphorus powder.

That kind of thing wouldn't even tickle an enemy.

It is essentially a pure impact of natural energy.

This technique can be very harmful to those who haven't mastered Sage Mode or can't utilize natural energy.

This includes, but is not limited to, distorting the enemy's body, turning them into gold or dust, and continuous blowing can even gradually petrify them.

It has a kind of "bling-bling" magical girl feel, but with an instant-death effect that is terrifying.

However, to put it bluntly, this still relies on the infusion of pure natural energy to produce an effect, and it will not cause any harm to Tachibana Kanagawa, who has already learned Sage Mode.

However, what Tachibana Kenkawa cares about is not the slow-acting damage ability of "Fairy Wind".

Rather, this technique, which generates natural energy so simply, is ideal for those who want to learn Sage Mode.

Its effects may even surpass those of the secret treasure of Mount Myoboku, the "Clam Oil".

Yes!

For ordinary people who want to cultivate immortal arts, sensing the omnipresent natural energy is one of the most difficult steps.

After that, one must fuse natural energy with one's own chakra to generate Sage Mode energy, which is another significant hurdle.

Characters like Lan Zai, who have an inherent bond with Jianchuan Ju, can take a shortcut and experience the "Water Release Sage Mode".

Although the progress is very encouraging, we are currently stuck on the second step.

The fundamental reason is that although natural energy is ubiquitous in nature, it is not excessively abundant, especially for those who have not yet mastered the Sage Mode, making it even more difficult to utilize.

Although the three great summoning holy lands in the ninja world each possess their own unique Sage Mode, it is more suitable for the training of summoning beasts of the same clan.

Those who wish to learn immortal arts still require external assistance, and the difficulty is quite high.

For those who are not exceptionally gifted, even getting started is as difficult as climbing to the heavens.

In the original work, the number of people who could actually use Sage Mode was extremely limited.

This is why, after mastering "Water Release: Sage Mode," Tachibana only taught it to Blue, her Pokémon partner with whom she could share "bonds."

With the aid of the "Fairy Wind" technique, Lanzi mastered the "Water Release: Sage Mode" in just two days.

Although its power is far less than that of the monstrous Tachibana Kenkawa, who possesses the "Origin Sea" ability, its ability to fight alone has still been greatly enhanced.

Furthermore, "Fairy Wind" is still considered an attack move.

Pokémon can easily control the power of its moves and even press the pause button at any time.

Even under low-power release conditions, it can assist ordinary people who have never been exposed to Sage Mode in practicing Sage Arts.

Furthermore, as long as one has mastered Sage Mode, and is assisted by beings like Tachibana Kanagawa, Lanzi, or Xiaoji, even if uncontrollable natural energy is blasted out of the body, there is no need to worry about the risk of mutation.

This is why Tachibana Kanagawa believes that Kokichi's "Fairy Wind" is more effective than the "Toad Oil" from Mount Myōboku.

Of course, the two most fundamental conditions for mastering Sage Mode—a sufficient amount of chakra and the talent to master it—remain indispensable.

After all, the less chakra one has in their body, the faster they are eroded by natural energy when they cannot control it.

However, compared to the immortal techniques of the three holy lands, the learning difficulty is several levels lower.

Someone like Saigyouji Kabuto, although he should have the talent to learn Sage Mode, is too young and doesn't have enough chakra reserves.

After being gently blew on by Xiao Ji, half of its body immediately transformed into pink feathers that sparkled.

If it weren't for Jianchuan Ju watching over him and using her superb reaction speed to dispel the natural energy within his body...

Who knows, Saigyouji Kabuto might turn into some strange and adorable stone statue.

However, just because young people like Saigyouji Kabuto can't cultivate immortal arts yet doesn't mean others don't have the opportunity.

Kanagawa Tachibana estimated that there should be quite a few Jonin in Kirigakure with enough chakra to qualify for Sage Mode training through Fairy Wind.

As for talent, as long as one is willing to spend time honing it, many people should be able to gradually master it.

This is undoubtedly another way to enhance the high-end combat power of Kirigakure.

Currently, within Kirigakure, the lower-ranking troops have "kunai machine guns" to boost their combat power, which is combined with the air strike capabilities of the "Air Tactical Special Forces".

The middle ranks include the already established "Three-Force Units", the "Sniper Special Forces" which are still under construction, and the secretly trained "Secret Tactical Integrated Operations".

The upper level houses the "Independent Three-Tails Squad," which is currently under development, and the "Dragon Pulse Uchiha Madara Transformation Squad," which is ready to use immediately.

At the top level are several Kage-level powerhouses who are still growing, and even the subsequent "Immortal Technique Enhancement".

In addition, there are the old-school Seven Ninja Swordsmen and traditional bloodline families.

There is also a "White Zetsu Transformation Squad" in the field of espionage.

It seems that I don't even need to personally take action to sweep through the ninja world anymore?

Kanakawa Tachibana stroked his chin, thinking with satisfaction.

Management personnel are also of paramount importance; force alone is insufficient.

Madara Uchiha of the Dragon Vein World, despite having cultivated a ninja management team over many years, still ended up having to lower the bar and recruit a large number of mediocre wandering ninjas to govern the Land of Fire. Tachibana Kanagawa still vividly remembers this.

The Hidden Mist Village is currently struggling to manage even two cities, a fact that Tachibana Kanagawa himself is well aware of.

"The ninja are ultimately a violent organization, so perhaps we need to consider other aspects as well. It seems I'll have to mention this to Elder Yuan later."

However, neither the development of subordinates' magical arts nor the cultivation of management talent can yield results in a short period of time.

Jianchuan Ju has another matter to attend to right now.
