Chapter 201 Emotional Expert
Chapter 201 Emotional Expert
Sif walked at the very front of the group, her posture upright.
Her long black hair shimmered in the sunlight, making her beautiful and captivating.
Her armor was even more exquisite, inlaid with gems and magic patterns, highlighting her noble status.
She held a long sword in her hand, its blade incredibly sharp.
When the people in the market saw the procession, they all made way for them.
Their eyes were filled with awe and admiration. They knew that these Asgardian warriors were the guardians of Asgard and loyal warriors of Odin, the king of the gods.
Sif's eyes scanned the crowd and she quickly spotted Wes.
She strode up to Wes, nodded slightly, and said, "The Wizard Erwin?"
Wes nodded and replied, "It's me."
Sif's face turned serious as she said, "The King of Gods summons you."
Wes, having anticipated this, did not refuse: "Okay."
Sif turned around and waved to the Asgardian warriors.
Several magnificent horses pulled a splendid golden carriage slowly into view.
The carriage shone with a dazzling golden light, and exquisite carvings adorned its body, with every detail showcasing luxury and nobility.
The carriage wheels rolled on the ground without making a sound, as if they were floating in the air.
Sif gracefully boarded the carriage, her movements elegant and decisive.
Then, she turned to Wes and nodded slightly, saying, "Come on up."
After a slight hesitation, West had no choice but to board the carriage.
The moment he stepped into the carriage, he felt a tranquility and comfort unlike anything he had experienced outside.
The carriage sped towards the celestial palace at lightning speed, yet the carriage itself did not shake at all.
Wes sat in the carriage, marveling at the amazing craftsmanship of Asgard.
His gaze swept through the car window as he watched the scenery rushing by, his heart filled with curiosity and anticipation.
Wes looked at Sif sitting opposite him, who seemed hesitant and unsure of what to say. Wes smiled slightly and said, "Ask whatever you want."
Sif was slightly taken aback, then a hint of shyness appeared on her face.
She hesitated for a moment, then finally mustered the courage to ask, "What kind of person is she?"
Weiss immediately understood that the "she" she was referring to was Jane.
Wess pondered for a moment and said, "I don't know Jane."
When Sif heard Wes say this, a hint of disappointment flashed in her eyes. She had thought that Wes could give her some information about Jane, but she didn't expect that he knew very little about Jane either.
"However, I don't think Thor and Jane are a good match," Wes suddenly said.
Sif immediately perked up, her eyes filled with surprise and anticipation. She couldn't wait to hear Wes continue.
"The two don't have much in common. Thor is a warrior, and Jane is a doctor," Wes explained.
Sif didn't understand what the doctor meant, and a puzzled look appeared on her face.
Seeing this, Weiss quickly explained, "That is, a scholar."
Sif then realized what was going on.
Weiss continued, "The biggest problem between the two is their lifespan."
Sif frowned slightly, not quite understanding his meaning. "Lifespan?" she asked疑惑地问道, "Lifespan?"
"That's right." Wes leaned back comfortably on the soft cushions and said slowly, "When Thor was born, Jane's great-great-great-grandfather... didn't even know where he was yet."
Wes's words made Sif fall into deep thought.
Asgardians have extremely long lifespans, while humans have very short lifespans.
This is indeed a huge problem.
"Decades pass in the blink of an eye for the Asgardians," Weiss remarked.
His words made Sif realize more deeply the gap between Thor and Jane.
Sif's eyes revealed complex emotions as she began to re-examine the relationship between Thor and Jane.
"Jane only appeared when Thor was at his most vulnerable and down on his luck. Their relationship wasn't simply about love, and besides, how long could such a love last? Thor is the future king of Asgard; an ordinary person can't become the 'Queen of the Gods.'"
Sif murmured to herself.
This is actually a very simple principle, but Sif was too concerned about Thor and therefore overlooked it.
She was so immersed in her feelings for Thor that she couldn't objectively view the relationship between Thor and Jane.
Now, after Wess reminded her, she suddenly realized.
She realized that she could no longer blindly envy Jane.
The celestial horse was very fast, and it arrived at the celestial palace in no time.
Not a single mistake, not a single poem, not a single post, not a single piece of content, not a single look!
The magnificent palace stood tall amidst the clouds, exuding a powerful aura.
Sif stepped down from the carriage, still reeling from Wes's words.
Her thoughts were still preoccupied with Thor and Jane, her heart filled with contradictions and entanglements.
It wasn't until a guard came to inform her that the God-King had summoned her that Sif realized what was happening.
She quickly composed herself and prepared to meet Odin, the king of the gods.
"Thanks," Sif patted Wes on the shoulder, her eyes filled with gratitude. "If anything happens in Asgard, mentioning my name will definitely help."
"Thank you in advance," Wes said with a smile, expressing his gratitude for Sif's kindness.
"You're welcome," Sif advised. "Don't be timid when you meet the God-King. The God-King despises cowards the most."
Sif knew Odin's personality and preferences well, and she hoped that Wes could show confidence and courage to win Odin's approval.
Weiss nodded, indicating that he understood.
The celestial palace is enormous, with a magnificent and spectacular architectural style.
Most importantly, Wes sensed a magic circle enveloping the entire Asgard.
The magic circle emanated powerful magic, giving people an invisible pressure.
Squads of Celestial Palace soldiers patrolled continuously, their posture upright and their eyes alert, always guarding the safety of the Celestial Palace.
Even with the Mind Stone, entering Asgard wouldn't be an easy task.
Wes sighed inwardly.
Following Sif to a palace, Wes finally met Odin, the ruler of Asgard and the king of the gods.
Odin sat on his throne, his figure tall and majestic, his single eye revealing boundless wisdom and power.
Wes bowed to Odin: "Greetings, King of Gods."
Odin sat on his throne, holding his scepter.
His eyes were deep and authoritative, as if they could see through everything.
"I know you. The Ancient One mentioned you to me, saying you are the greatest variable in this universe."
Odin's voice was deep and powerful, each word seemingly containing boundless strength.
Upon hearing Odin's words, Wes's heart stirred slightly.
He wasn't surprised that the two bigwigs had interacted.
After all, they are both powerful beings in the universe, and over the long years, they may have even fought each other when they were young.
